I have been using Laura’s Critter care for over five years now. I always know my babies are well cared for while I’m away. I love the quick communication from the staff, and the sweet pictures of my kitties and senior dog. Dana is my main sitter, and I feel like she really loves my pets like family. All of the other sitters that fill in when she is unavailable are equally as efficient and loving. Thank you guys for all that you do for me and my babies!

I recently started having Laura's Critter Care take care of my fur babies while I'm at work. The sitter comes for 45 minutes a couple days a week. Our sitter sends me pictures of my babies with every visit and all I see is happy smiles. I highly recommend using their service. I know my babies are fed, lots of hugs and pets.

We’ve used Laura’s Critter Care for a year or two now for our 2 pups and we couldn’t be happier!! Julie is our main caretaker but we’ve had several and all are great. We found Laura's Critter Care and needed help with our two pups during football season. It has been a wonderful experience for our pups and for us. Finding someone so caring as Chris has been fantastic. We love the photos while we are gone and the instant updates.We knew Chris was going to be perfect when she shook our hands for the first time then dove to the floor to say hello to our fur babies. Only a dog person will do that. Before finding Laura's Critter Care we didn't have very many options. We will continue to use Laura's Critter Care because the service is awesome!!

I most highly recommend Laura’s Critter Care. The gold standard care that they provide is worth every penny.Sheri and Rhonda from Laura’s Critter Care have been taking care of my mother-in-law’s elderly cat for the past two years. They come every day to feed, water, medicate, and scoop the litter box. Sheri and Rhonda have been highly dependable, extremely caring, and have been flexible and accommodating as we adjusted the kitty’s medications and tried to get her to eat specific foods. They send me daily texts with photos and updates on how the kitty is doing, and let me know when food, medications, or supplies are running low.Laura’s Critter Care is also extremely organized. A schedule listing which pet sitter is coming on which day is sent out in advance. My texts automatically go to both pet sitters and the office. When I make changes to the pet care instructions in the portal, the pet sitters are notified.I could not be happier with every aspect of my interactions with Laura’s Critter Care.

Laura's staff, Sheri & Kristin, are a wonderful team and gave our 4 cats excellent care while we were away for a week. We have two 17 year old cats who have to be fed three times a day, and all the cats had various diets and needs. They handled it beautifully and sent me lovely pictures of them engaged in their daily routines. Laura's Critter Care came highly recommended to me, and I pass that on, adding my own esteem and appreciation for their compassionate work.

We have used Laura’s Critter Care multiple times this year, even leaving our dogs for them to care for over a holiday week for 8 days. Our dogs are comfortable at home and in great hands with our Sitter. They really enjoy her visits while we are away and I enjoy the updates and pictures I get at each of her visits with our dogs. We previously boarded our dogs in a kennel which was more expensive, more stressful for them and my smaller dog always came home with digestive upset for days after. All of those issues are non existent with Laura’s. We appreciate this service!

My family and I can not recommend Laura's services fast enough! Every employee loves and cares for your fur babies as if they were their own. When we've been out of town for a couple days or a week they watch and care for our Lilly and home with such love and care. Getting photos of our pup regularly throughout each visit and the willingness each sitter offers to help and give updates and even assist with last minute things you may have forgotten to list on instructions is unmatched. If your unsure if your pets can safely stay home when your at work or out of town with Laura's critter care you can wholeheartedly trust they will be happy and cared for just as if you were home with them.

We just recently moved to the WNY-area with our two dogs. Relying mostly on the two of us to care for them, and kenneling not being an option for us, we were searching for an alternative to have our dogs cared for while we are unable to do so. Never being kenneled before nor cared for by a “stranger”, Michelle and Melissa took great care of our two boys while we are away. Laura's Critter care was such a life saver for me and my dogs! They take personal care of your pets, as if, they were their own. Whatever you want them to do, as far as, walking, feeding, spending time with them. Also, you will receive a picture and write up of how things went! Doesn't get any better than that! I have older cats and needed to know that someone would be here at a regular time and do all the little things that my cats need. I love that the agency has all that set up in their files and that if something happens they will be able to take action and get my loves the proper care. Beyond worth every penny (which isn't actually any different from what the Rover listings are going for). I am SO glad I made the switch to this professional service!!

I'm in a long-distance relationship and I usually go out of town once a month for a couple of days. Since I live alone, I'm thrilled to have LCC's sitters taking care of my cat and dog (or sometimes just my cat, on occasions when my dog comes on the trip with me). The website is easy to use for scheduling/requesting visits. And I love getting the text updates and photos after each visit. Carrie is my usual sitter, and I can tell by the photos that my shy cat loves seeing her. Carrie (and the other sitters) are also diligent about following all the care instructions, and quick to contact me if there are any questions or unexpected issues. I always have peace of mind that my pets are in the best care when I'm away.

I have been using Laura’s critter care for the past 3 months for weekly ‘drop in visits’ for my cane corso.. I can’t say enough great things! has exceeded my expectations! Sam is my drop in sitter and she’s wonderful.. brings my mail & packages in.. always gives me a detailed message on her visit! Has bought my dog a birthday present and treats ‘just because’It’s hard finding someone reliable.. let alone someone who can love your dog as much as you do.. but I know Sam loves loden and it puts my mind at ease while I’m at work! When we first inquired about using services with Laura’s Critter Care I was so impressed with how quickly I received a response, it was almost immediate. The initial process of gathering information and scheduling services was very organized and thorough. Laura made it so easy. Kathleen was assigned to us to walk our dog and we were so happy with the care our dog received. Kathleen was so kind and you could tell she really cared for our dog! Our, sometimes shy, dog grew quite fond of her quickly as well. We even received little updates about our cat. The daily check-ins and pictures we received gave us peace of mind while on vacation. We will definitely use Laura’s Critter Care again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for assistance with their animals!

We’ve been using Laura’s Critter Care for almost a decade now and we will be using them for another! When we decided to use Laura’s Critter Care it because our cat was diabetic and going out of town was a little more complicated then having someone come clean litter boxes. He needed his insulin and a certain feeding schedule. Not only did Laura’s Critter Care do a fantastic job but they kept us in the loop on all their visits. Leaving him was always stressful but we never worried about his care or health. Now we have two new cats and worry just as much, but we know they’re in safe hands. They look forward to their pet sitter Olivia visiting and we look forward to being away stress free. The folks at Laura’s critter care are wonderful! We normally take our dogs to the kennel overnight when we aren’t going to be home for the whole day but they were full! We had heard about Laura’s services and we called and they were so accommodating. They were able to get someone (plus a backup), both actually from our neighborhood, to come meet “the boys” that week. Jennifer and Autumn are our assigned sitters and they are amazing! We have used Jennifer 3 times so far and she gives our boys the same care and love we would give them. Plus the dogs didn’t need to stay anywhere overnight. Win-win for them! Jennifer kept us updated on her visits thru our assigned group number and sent pics each time she came. Our one dog is anxious around new people and he did so well when Jennifer came to the house. The scheduling and paying is all done online and it works perfectly. We will definitely be using them again!

Laura’s Critter Care is a phenomenal pet sitting service. Our cat sitters Rebecca and Marie go above and beyond to take care of our cats and our home, even when our cats are being a little difficult, or when our house doors froze shut during an ice storm! Each visit they send you photos of your pets and have a detailed checklist of everything that was done. They take away all our stress about leaving the cats at home knowing they will be looked after by very caring sitters. If you are considering using them you won’t be disappointed.

We love Laura's Critter Care. Any time we take a trip we schedule with Laura's to coordinate care for our two cats. Before our first trip our sitter came to our house to review everything and familiarize themselves with our pets, where everything is, etc. Every time they provide care they text multiple pictures of our cats, a checklist of what was done, and a few sentences about the visit. They will bring in mail, packages, open curtains, etc. as long as you discuss this with them. It can be nerve wracking leaving our kitties, but I always feel better knowing that I can count on my sitter from Laura's Critter Care to take amazing care of my cats and house.

We had a great experience with Laura's Critter Care. They are very accommodating and professional. They provide more than pet care, they are willing to water plants and bring in mail and take out trash, all if which provides a level of security in that it appears as if you are home. The house doesn't look empty. The care given to our cat, Willow, was amazing. We received daily pictures and updates. If we wanted to stay longer, we could easily have added more visits all online. Very happy with Laura's Critter Care and would not use anyone else.

Would highly recommend Laura’s Critter Care. Initially I needed to find someone to take care of my dogs as I needed to travel out of state for family. My dogs have never been boarded and I did not want to start now as they are 8 1/2 and 9 yrs old. So I preferred in-home care. I discovered Laura’s through inquiries at my vet office. What a great service Laura’s Critter Care is! While away, I felt completely comfortable knowing that my babies were being well taken care of and pampered by Laura with little disruption to their daily routine. Each visit Laura provided an update and photos of my dogs that put me at ease. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier to plot out dates and times. Communication is excellent (verbal updates are given as needed) and continues right until your arrival at home! I have had great experiences with Laura’s Critter Care since I’ve been using the services for watching my dogs. The communication between staff and myself had always been efficient and prompt. They met the needs of both my dogs regarding food, daily activities, and playtime. I really appreciate the photos and report card that they text me with each visit. If there is anything g extra I ask of them, they always make sure my requests are being attended to. I look forward to using the services they provide in the near future. My Aussi has some separation anxiety but she has been so comfortable being able to be at home while I was away and enjoyed the visits from each staff member.
