Our family had a wonderful time at Triple R. All of the water features (splash park, pool and hot tub) were clean and well maintained. Our kids absolutely loved all of it. They have a catch and release pond and beautiful flowers throughout the campground. The pool is heated to a temperature that is comfortable to just casually walk in rather than standing on the steps talking yourself into going swimming. The hot tub has a nice rock waterfall feature that my 10 month old absolutely loved. The splash park has 7 water slides, a dumping bucket, sprayers and some other fun features as well. Aside from the water fun, the park also has a jumping pillow, playground, indoor rec center, store and food you can order to go. The food will not disappoint. We had their breakfast pizza, churros, pretzel bites, apple pie logs and the taco logs which were all delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. When we pulled in, we were greeted by a really nice lady who showed my husband our site on a golf cart prior to her leading us to the site. She did this so my husband could decide how to best navigate getting our big camper into our site. We will be returning next year to make more memories and to enjoy all that this park has to offer. You should check this campground out, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in the summer so it was quite crowded and busy. Overall, it was a beautiful campsite, with lots to do! My kids loved the hayrides, playground, pool area, and extra activities going on. The extra activities were actually quite amazing...things like hair tinsel, airbrush tattoos, etc. The issues we encountered were just other campers being rude and having no campground etiquette. We had site 1 at the entrance to the campground, which was also located directly in front of the basketball and volleyball court. Despite the campground placing signs to not walk through the site, it happened over and over again. It got even worse on Saturday when the bounce house was next to our site. We even found someone's garbage (used bowl and paper cup) on our picnic table when we came back from an activity. So clearly someone had been sitting at our table. It is almost like site 1 should not be a site given how much foot traffic goes through that area. If we go again we definitely will avoid that area of the campground. I think if we had a different site, our experience would have been more enjoyable. Again, the campground tried to out up signs and such, but nothing helped. I think if the bounce house wasn't there it would have been a little better. Don't stay at site 1 in peak summer months.

We have been living full time in our RV and traveling a whole year across the States and so far this is the best campground we have been to. Worth every dollar it costs. Very well maintained, clean, organized, everything (splash park, water slides, swimming pool, inflatable to jump, games, jacuzzi, games room, TV, meals, breakfasts, etc.) for the enjoyment of adults and children. It is much more than what is seen and described on its website. Its extremely friendly owner and staff who empathize with children, every weekend, make the place a lot of fun. The only thing that surprised us was that for such a well-kept campground, there was little demand for cleanliness in the bathroom, it never had a good or complete cleaning, for everything else it is really perfect. Definitely highly recommended.

I have mixed reviews at Triple R camping resort. It’s nicely maintained and flowers at every site are pretty. Nicely paved site and stoned roads at our “premium site”. Pools appeared clean and well kept. “Spa” was clean but really not a “Hot Tub” temperature; only Slightly hotter than the pool in my opinion. Restrooms near pools were clean. Unfortunately, this place is GEARED 1000 PERCENT TOWARDS KIDS!What I thought was not so good… check in is at 3. Arriving any time after noon but before 3 will cost you an additional $50 for the day! A bit over priced, in my opinion. $10a day per person for any guests you might invite over. (We are seniors) Also overpriced is the golf cart rental at $65/Day plus tax. There is No discount for (ailing) seniors. (Met neighbors camping in their 80s who told us this as they rented one for two days). Again, to me that’s overpriced! There are zero umbrellas (shade) over chaise lounges or seats near the pools unless you’re willing to pay $75 a day for a basic cabana of either plastic chaise lounges OR plastic Chairs. Providing some type of shade (for free) should not be such an anomaly! There are just four cute tables with grass like umbrellas but the stools with no backs are not comfortable seats for any long portion of the day. There are an abundance of SIGNS EVERYWHERE, the song “Do this, don’t do that, can’t you read the signs”?” came to mind! One sign says you’re not allowed to bring in your own shade. (Own umbrella I’m guessing)Staying in the shade is critical to some folks. Why is that not allowed. It would be more enjoyable if we had our grandchildren with us so. We won’t plan to come back especially at about $100/night for our premium site but lacking some of what we consider basic amenities at any “resort”Noteworthy details: See comments in post.

We had a great experience at this campground over the weekend. It’s close to Ellicottville which is why we stayed here. All encounters with the staff were positive and friendly. We didn’t bring our kids with us because we were celebrating an anniversary and had a blast. There are walking trails, there was a donut truck, wine tasting, wine slushies, fried dough and a band. We camp a lot and this campground has the most well kept sites. The gravel is so nice and the site had plenty of room. We will definitely be back with our kids.

Some of the negatives reviews may make it seem that this is not a "weekenders" campground. But I'm glad to say my family and I along with our crew 6 trailers who occasionally like to get carried away did not have any problems with owner or anyone. All very nice respectful staff. Only challenge is the terrain not really for biking. Having an electric bike works great even some great trails in the back. Patios are nice but still challenging to get a chair flat around a fire pit but worth it for the view beautiful hillside. Went from reading the one star warnings and all of us almost canceling to probably going back someday 👍 great campground for all.

Two thumbs up!!! Great place for kids. The whole place is kept tidy and orderly. The splash park, pool and hot tub area is the cleanest I've seen and the pool is heated to a nice temperature, warm enough for my 10 month old to enjoy. Way better than Jellystone in North Java, I'll never go back to that place that place is a joke. I can't comment on the cabins since we have a 5th wheel but I'm sure they're just as nice as the rest of the park. We bought some food from their kitchen and that was great as well. We will definitely be back.

This is a top-notch campground. It's spotless cleanThe owner is running around in a golf cart, constantly talking to people and keeping up on things. The pool is niceThe splashpad/waterside for the kids is in good shape, and they love it.The site we were in was a concrete pad by the lake. It was level and large enough to fit our 30-foot rvThere is a no weed rule, and it seems to be followed by the campers and strictly enforced by management. The golf cart rule is great they are not allowed after dark and no crusingThey had a band play one night. They make food we had a breakfast pizza it was pretty good. The bathroom/showers are not kept as clean as some other campgrounds but it's understandable because they were full. They have upgraded the power to be more dependable. The seasonal sites are absolutely gorgeous they don't look like shacks in different states of disrepair

Always a joy to visit this place! There’s always something fun to do and there’s never a dull moment! The cabins are very well kept and clean! They always feel so cozy and are the perfect size for a family of four! The location is wonderful for camping and you get a lovely view of the hills and nature around! The splash pad is so fun and friendly for kids of all ages and I love that there is even a employee working at the top to insure your child’s safety on the slides! The pool is great for both adults and kids and I love the cute palm trees around the pool to add to the fun beach feeling. If you don’t enjoy being wet, that’s alright! There are games for just about everybody! They have a basketball area, inside entertainment, a play set for your child, horse shoe, tether-ball, and a super fun jump pad with rules specifically to insure your child’s safety. The owners care so much about their customers having the best experience possible while at Triple R. The overall experience is so welcoming and fun! I definitely recommend!!

This campground is so great. Fun people, and gorgeous scenery. It's a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. The pool area is nice and modern, with lots of entertainment for the kiddos all over the park.

We stayed the weekend and everyone we encountered was nice. The facilities were clean and my 4yo son loved the pool and gem mining. The water in the water park was COLD to the point that I didn't even want to be in it much less put him in it. This is the only reason I took a star away. The scavenger hunts on the app were fun (we couldn't find the last couple in our short stay) and the dog park area was nice for some off leash time. Not our "style" of camping as everything is tight and there are a lot of seasonal sites, but with that said we still enjoyed our time.

What a great place to spend a few days! We stayed in a cabin and it was, by far, the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire park was well kept and clean. Between the pool, water slides, basketball, gaga pit, and everything else, our kids never ran out of things to do. Definitely a great spot to camp with kids.

John and Jennifer are the best camp hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The campground is clean, well maintained and there is always a fun activity going on. Triple R is our top spot to camp!

My family just got back from our 1st camping vacation at Triple R, and we loved it! Our cabin was brand new, immaculate, beautiful layout and a huge covered porch with an amazing view! The owner & staff were all very friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately the splash pad was not open while we were there because an irresponsible & selfish parent allowed their diaperless child on the slide, and had an "accident." This caused the spray pad to be closed the entire time we were there. The owner communicated everything to us. The spray pad did open on the day we left, and the owner allowed my kids to play in the splash pad area even though we had checked out. With the splash pad closed we still enjoyed the pool, and all the other amenities they had. My kids loved the playground, and the big pond behind our cabin to go fishing. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend camping here!

We camped during the week with my daughter and our grandchildren. We had site 500. Beautiful view of the pond. Grandchildren fishing with their dad and uncle had so much fun. Yes the hike back from the pool is rough but view compensates for that. We where lucky being there during the week so we had plenty of room at the pool, splash pad and playground. I’m sure weekends are packed. Very clean and well kept. We met Mark who took care of the grounds and basically everything else. He was so nice and very knowledgeable about the area and campgrounds and explained why our cable and electric had a problem due to a grid problem. Hats off to Mark. Only complaints are the rules a little excessive but doable. As for the 2 that take care of the slash pad they need to replace the lovers. T HR ey spent more time grouping then paying attention or opening the splash pad we had to ask twice to reopen we know it was slow but there where plenty of children there waiting for it to open. It was raining one afternoon while we where at the pool so we where trying to get out of the rain and where standing in the area where you need to rent by the pool. The 2 lovebirds came to us and kicked us out and said we need to pay to use and they proceeded to sit there so we did not. Your campground is wonderful and we will recommend to friends and family but you need to keep an eye on your pool employees

The owners here are amazing! We got to our campsite with our 3 and 1 year old and our key broke off into our camper door when we were trying to get inside. The owners did everything possible to try to help us get into our camper. They even gave our kids popsicles and food while we waited since everything we had was stuck inside the camper. We couldn’t get into the camper and it did damper our trip since we only booked a short stay. But I can’t thank them enough for being so involved and caring in our situation. We will definitely be returning again. They are truly wonderful.

Very clean and well kept! Will definitely go back again. The splash pad and pool are very nice. They should allow parents to go on the slides, in the splash pad, with children under 3. Pleasantly surprised with the outhouses around the campground, it was a surprise to see a portapotty with plumbing!

We had a wonderful time here! The owners are so nice! The campground and surrounding area is beautiful. There is plenty for the kids to do including Gaga ball pit, gorgeous basketball and beach volleyball courts, an awesome pool area with hot tub and new slides with splash pad! Our site was directly over the pond so kids could walk down and fish. Dog friendly, to all breeds which is very important to us German Shepherd owners. My only cons are the campground is all uphill so not bike friendly, there is no fenced in dog play area, the pond didn’t seem to be well stocked (or maybe the fish are all just too well trained). Overall, we highly recommend this campground!

We have been blessed to have stayed at this beautiful campground 3 times and are already booked for next year. The scenery is beautiful! We LOVE all the amenities! There is always something to do for adults and kids! I love that they constant make announcements letting you know when activities are starting and if a storm is coming in so you can prepare for it! John and Jennifer are very helpful and keep a clean campground. They have thought of everything including a cabin for people with disabilities.

We visited Triple R for the first time over 4th of July weekend. The grounds were beautiful, lots of fun activities for the kids and the pool area is great for all ages! They put on a great fireworks show and we loved the live music at the barn. We traveled here from Long Island (7+ hours) as we try and stay in a new place every month. The reason I am giving it a 4/5 is because this is a campground that absolutely requires a golf cart. We did not rent one prior to and were unfamiliar with the landscaping on the grounds and none were available when we tried. As beautiful as the landscape is the hills are steep! It is a lot of walking up hill with little kids and pushing stroller etc. Our site was all the way at the top and essentially we dreaded having to go up/down as all the activities are at the bottom. If you do visit make sure to stop at the coffee shop in town. It was such a cute spot, owner was so friendly and the coffee/food were great!

We were extremely disappointed in the treatment of the owners and staff at Triple R this past Friday. We hyped up the weekend to the kids, with the deceiving pictures online of both the pool and the campsites. We arrived Friday after a 2.5 hour drive to be turned away. The owners rushed out to the gate when we pulled in. Like they had seen a ghost. They told us our camper was too big. We made our reservations in March and she claimed her records showed that I typed in 23 ft camper. We have a 38.5 so I'm not sure where that would have come from. Our friends were already set up at the campsite next to us and didnt understand what the problem would be to get in. We were told he would allow us in to use the water park the next day... which was no favor on his part since we had paid for the weekend and were not reimbursed. We ended up finding another campground. However, we did return for the pool and waterpark. You couldn't move or swim in the pool. It was standing room only. The hot tub was filled with kids, and the so called water park was definitely nice, but geared for little ones. We order pizza, nachos, and chicken wings. Pizza was great but the nachos and wings were terrible.

I’m not one to write a review but campers need to know how AWSOME this campground is! Immediately after pulling in the gate we were greeted for check in, its painless, unlike some places where you feel interrogated. Then we were escorted to our site, thought that was so nice! we downloaded the app. that they recommended to keep up with all activities such as opening and closing of the pool and hot tub, crafts, lego building, face painting, bubble blaster, funnel cake, splash pad THE LIST GOES ON!!!) kids absolutely loved this place. I spoke a short time with the owner who was super friendly ( just like every employee encounter). great atmosphere! The campground is clean and organized. We stay At A deluxe site at the top of the pond. Sad part is, we just upgraded to a 43 footer and their max is 42. So we may not be able to say for 2023. I will keep checking yearly though to see if they expand with sites to accommodate our new size. Highly recommend Triple R !! Thank you for the great stays and loads of entertainment!

Stayed at Triple R while we explored the western part of NY state, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We aren't regular campers, but had rented an RV for the trip, and found the site we reserved to be quite level and easy to get in and out of. My teenage boys loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the selection of ice cream in the camp store. The whole hillside is scenic and beautiful, and the facilities are well kept. The flowers throughout the campground are a nice touch, too. Oh, and the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. Highly recommend.
