Everything is locked up, and they only have 2 staff working at a time. No self checkout either, so at least 1 staff member is occupied with a long line and therefore you’ll be waiting 15 minutes at LEAST for someone to come unlock the shelf so you can join the long line. Pharmacy also will always have a 15+ minute wait/line. No sense of urgency from any staff but who can blame them when the store is so clearly understaffed and mismanaged.

Bought 24 pack of "Nice" (walgreen's brand) water. Brought the empties back for bottle return. Store clerk and Supervisor refused to take them back saying that it's their store policy. Telling me to go to Key Food. Guess I such take my future business to Key Food as well 😆 smh. I could easily file a complaint as it is State policy that they can't refuse unless they don't sell the brand.

Huge line. Merchandise all over the place and the employees are either all new or weren’t trained properly. There were a few regular employees who were there for awhile and were helpful and knew what they were doing but they either work in the morning time since i rarely see them after work or probably left this location. It’s like the place has fallen apart. All the locked stuff and constant lowlife theft in this neighborhood doesn’t help either but that’s another issue.

I just came out from taking passport photos.The new manager Dereck is so mean he clearly is not properly ready to be taking care of a store where there is regular customers i’m definitely not against anyone in this world but I have a 6 month cookapoo mini size and I just came inside for photos in this occasion. The Manager Dereck told me im not allowed to bring my dog in the store. Ha! My dog is a puppy that being coming into the store to be spoiled for toys and snacks from this store all the time since he was 2 month old. Definitely I had him in his leash and I didn't walk around the store only stand in the photo area also he is properly trained for potty. I live 2 blocks away since 2020. Also this location is my pharmacy for prescription and where I buy my dishwasher machine soap, tide, bounty’s, paper toilet and more regularly. He claimed is the state law but honestly I’ve searched the law and it talks about big dogs and unleashed. I’m sorry Walgreens from kissena Dereck the Asian manager made me feel not welcome to this place ever again. If you are so attached to your dogs like me this store is not recommended. I’m a business owner myself and I think there should be a little bit of tact to treat customers he should at list ask questions not only kicking out my puppy out. Not to mention that he didn’t even wanted to take care of us and was all the time talking on the phone laughing and making jokes who knows with who. I will change my pharmacy to the nearest one. 👍 Good JOB new manager.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this pharmacy. The customer service was the worst I’ve encountered—associates were rude, and the pharmacists seemed uninterested and lazy. I encountered various issues that made my visit unpleasant. It’s disheartening when a place that should prioritize customer well-being falls short. I hope improvements are made to create a more positive environment for customers in the future.

Disgraceful. I spoke to Gina at 10 am about a prescription for Covid medicine. I am a senior with diabetes and asthma. She assures me they will text me when its ready, about 2 hours. No text. They won't answer the phone. I sent someone there at 6 pm and the script wasn't even filled! If I hadn't sent someone in person, they never would have filled the prescription. Never again would I use Walgreen's

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! I have been a custom since 2016 but Customer Service ESPECIALLY at the pharmacy for the past few months has become non existent! Even if you speak with the store manager you get absolutely nowhere! For almost 3 hours I have been trying to speak with the pharmacist and the phone just rings and rings and then disconnects! When I go to the pharmacy in person I wait an hour or more on the line! I understand that their workload has increased due to other neighborhood pharmacies closing but honestly that is not my problem! Do like doctors do and say you’re not accepting new “patients” since you can’t handle the increased case load or hire more staff! STOP using the have pity on us excuse for your horrible customer service! It’s time for me to start supporting the smaller private owned pharmacies in the neighborhood since this large corporation cannot handle their business professionally and I suggest others do the same! They want the increased revenue but can’t come through for their long term customers! Shame on you Walgreen’s!

Worst Pharmacy everYou will literally never get through to them on the phone don’t even bother calling. They will always have one person working. The lines are always long. After a long day of work I just want my prescription. But no I have to wait an entire hour for a simple 5-10min process. Like come on, please hire more people or fix your customer service

They do not answer the phone and the lines for them pharmacy are always extremely long. The employees work slow and uninterested like they don’t want to be there and as if they don’t care that people are waiting to be serviced.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. The staff and management barely seem competent, and the store is messy, dirty, and barely stocked. With the way these employees run this store, it will go out of business eventually. Worst Walgreens I have been to in my life.

It could be much better.The store looks like it's going out of business hardly nothing in that storePoorly stocked everything locked up waited a long time before someone came to unlock the for the soap, deodorants, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid , body lotion etc . You have no privacy shopping ring a bell it announces the department you are in.Shopping is such a chore thereThe sale items hardly ever in stock and they are under staffed. There's a very good nice lady cashier named Muriel she is very nice, she greets everyone and always goes above and beyond to help us.Some of the other cashiers are too slow and don't know what they are doing. If they don't know how to do it they will try not honor your coupon or discount mostly the Indian or Middle East lady does that and is very slow incompetent worker.03/24 as of now it hasn't gotten any betterIn fact it's a lot worse. The store is always poorly stocked. It's gone down terribly.

This is by far the worst Walgreen’s I have ever been to. Picking up a prescription is always a nightmare ! The line is constantly ridiculously long and my prescription is NEVER ready on time. Today I waited 9 hours to get eye drops, COMPLETE waste of my time.Going there after 10pm is SCARY. This Walgreen’s is always filled with low lives and heroin addicts. Stay far away and pick another pharmacy! I would rather drive an hour to another Walgreen’s than ever step foot here again.

Takes forever to even just get one or two things here - they don’t have enough staff and the staff just take forever. Im not always in a rush but it’s just frustrating to wait 10 minutes plus in a line when there’s only one or two people ahead of you. Just doesnt make sense to come here.

OTC and Pharmacy staff completely ignore you. They lie about receiving calls from your physicians. While you were next to your doctor when they script was called in. Make snarky remarks about your name while on the phone with your doctor. Can never find you in the system, everytime it is as if first time you are picking up the medications. I do not recommend coming here at all. Please if you are feeling sick and need compassionate care go anywhere else but here. All items are locked and I do understand the reason why. But no one ever is available to retrieve the items for you even when they are NOT busy.

I’ve been switched over from RiteAid because of its store closing, doctor sent over 2 prescription, got email saying insurance issue, been trying to call for 2 weeks, kept getting disconnected after waiting my turn on hold. Finally had my doctor resend my prescription to CVS… got my prescription the same day.Didn’t believe the reviews at first, believe it now!

If you try to use the FedEx service at this Walgreens location, beware. I've lost my FedEx packages at this location twice. After countless phone calls, it was eventually resolved, but the staff is completely unaccountable, unprofessional, and a total disaster.

Walgreens? An all American company? Caring for the middle class and the low income people? That’s what people typically think of the conglomerate Wallgreen! Well, let me tell you, this caring mother company is taking advantage of us all. I went to get an Arm and Hammer saline solution from for my well congested sinuses, and I paid $13 for it!!! This is salt and water in a sterile form. I used to pay for three of those in Costco $10, and now they are $20 for three on Amazon. My small neighborhood pharmacy that I’ve been a client of for the last 30 years is selling it for $8.50. Now, you tell me how an American conglomerate could not afford to give better prices? American public, wake up! We are being screwed by the big corporations. We are the one that make their existence possible, but we are the ones who could also walk away from them. Walgreens, stand behind your statements as an all American company, or evaporate!

Really Bad experience at the Pharmacy. The staff I encountered was really slow, only 1 person serving the customers?People don't bother waiting in line, cuts in and the pharmacy staff does nothing to address it and start taking their order, even as I started complaining (because they know each other???)Seems to be a new team there. And quality of services really started going down.Time to find a new pharmacy!

This is the first time I’m writing negative review in my life. Customer service at this store is terrible. You can only take passport photo between 9am to 5pm but if you go between that time , they will say passport photo machine is not working. If you go with your own photo and print there , they will still charge you $16.99 and get yelled at. Not going there ever again.

I used to really like this Walgreens but it’s apparent that their pharmacy is not being managed well. The lines are always long, validation takes forever the staff isn’t as friendly or willing to help. Maybe it has to do with their wages which is unfortunate. Overall I hope this stores management understands the importance of customer service and reliability because there are many other options in the area.

Terrible service and there is never anything in stock, this was always my last resort when I had to pick up essentials and being close to my apartment. Honestly it’s as ratchet as Hempstead Walgreens, but they at least have better customer service.

Terrible Pharmacy! Not sure if they are understaffed of if they just don't care but it's impossible to get on the phone with them after they call you with insurance issues about your prescription. You can wait an hour on the phone and it will ring and put you back hold 10 times until you get tired or it disconnects or until its lunchtime and then you have to try again later. In person isn't much better, long overdue for a switch. Regret using this place EVERY TIME for prescriptions.

If that can choose 0 star. I will put no star. Its really bad. The person didn’t want to do a lot of job. Then tell me cancel my order. But when I go to the store they told me I need to wait one more day. But another morning just give me a call told me they cancel my order. That really bad.

This Walgreens is severely understaffed and has extremely long lines at both the cash register as well as the pharmacy. They have also locked up all of the merchandise and don’t have enough staff to unlock items in a reasonable amount of time. I would avoid this store if you have any intention of receiving good customer service.

I am giving Walgreens two star because usually the service is good but last week Saturday I went to purchase a bottle of cologne which they had in the locked showcase. I pressed the button requesting assistance for someone to come and open the showcase and stood there for about 5 minutes while still pressing the button and no one came. When I looked around there was only the cashier and I decided that I was not going to walk around the entire store to get assistance. I walked out knowing that I will never purchase another cologne or perfume from there. I went to another pharmacy in Manhattan and did the same and within a couple seconds, two persons came to assist me, now that's great customer service.

Extremely slow pharmacy staff. They have 1 tech to man the front of the pharmacy while there are 5 others in the back. They need more pharm technicians. Perscriptions are NEVER on time. I opted for text messages and i recieve notifications when my perscription is ready, but upon coming i am always told that it is not ready. Im sure they have a deadline to fill these and im sure they never manage to fill them on time. Lines are extremly long. Expect to wait atleast 20 minuetes for your medication.

Yesterday I used the 1 hour photo kiosk to print out over 300 photos for my father's funeral today. A few hours later I picked up the photos, headed to my father's house to work on a few collages that needed to be done by yesterday night. However when I looked through the photos I realized most of the photos printed out.. all the important photos weren't there. I drove back to Walgreens and explained to one of the staff members who worked in the photo center. He was genuinely concerned and immediately printed out all the missing photos that were on the order. He didn't charge me and offered to add points on my walgreens card as well as refund me %50 of the original order to compensate however I declined. All I wanted was the photos. I don't recall this gentleman's name but I wanted to say I truly appreciate him being able to help me. He definitely went above and beyond to help a customer out and was sympathetic. Good job, Walgreens! Please promote this kind man!

I wouldn't say this pharmacy, at CVS, has poor service; in fact comma it has no service exclamation point I called to speak with a pharmacist comma listen to muzak for 20 minutes, and then finally the phone rang, and rang, and rang, ad infinitum! Oh, then it hung up on me! Don't walk, run from this Pharmacy!
