Though I come here for back up pet supplies、 I have had good and bad customer service experiences. Last night was a good one she was very helpful and kind even though they were about to close and she was cleaning up.About a month ago not so much it was midday I went in to get a muzzle forp my small breed pup, asked for help he didn't even leave to counter, looking up at me as if I asked him an unrelated question. this place is a hit or miss

Ive worked here and it has some of the best people to work with a learn from. It gets tough when there's a lot to do while juggling with customers with a really long day added on to it but it's been worth it. Made many friends in co-workers, few customers, gained many exciting lizards as pets, and even on the worst days its been great. Sure beats being home bored to death.

the store manager Jasmine was rude dismissive and not helpfull at all. i walked in with a dead fish witch i had bought 24 hours earlier and sample water from my tank. Jasmine did not want to deal with me, her words. ive never been there and bought the fish somewhere else (diffirent petland location). buyers beware try not to deal with her. i had to call petland corprate they were extremely helpful and nice. the rest of the petland staff at the kissena location were very nice and professional.

Fish constantly have ich, left dead fish in tanks, dead bettas left in cups. Only come here because its the closet store to me. Only one employee knows how to properly cycle a tank. Everyone else seems depressed to work there. Was not greet when walked in.

May 2011: Nice place if you are interested in fish: clean aquariums, healthy-looking fish, good choices of both fish and fish-accessories. In terms of other pets, they have an OK collection of birds, happy-looking and clean, and a few small animals, including chinchillas, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Lots of accessories for dogs. Personnel wasn't that bland, and even if they weren't too knowledgeable, they were willing to help.

Where to begin here, first I'll start by saying I grew up going to petland hell I even worked at this store as my first job when it was across the street. But, the customer service here is completely non existent I honestly will NEVER go to the store again. I wanted a turtle platform which they had but they had it at 42 dollars before take vs Amazon or even Walmart selling the same item for 15 dollars delivered. When questioning the manager his response and attitude begged for a drop kick and a punch in the face. Being unhappy at your job is a decision but customers should never pay for that so whilst I was still ready to purchase a tank background and some other small items I spent absolutely nothing and will encourage anyone else to go anywhere else but here . A poor attitude is not tolerable especially in a market that has such stiff competition. RIP petland I will really miss you once your realize that your done. They only recieved one star cause I couldnt give them zero.

HORRIBLE! The Clerks name was Malachi and he was a rude as can be. He even had the nerve to say that my bank card was a fraud card, which is outrageous. I didn't go off because I was with my kids, he's very lucky. No customer service what so ever. You can tell he hates his job. Poor child needs to love himself.

For this being my local pet shop I say it's amazing the customer support is incredible they give you every piece of info and tips plus they have a lot of stuff for pets such as dogs and they had mostly everything for my bearded dragon my only complaint is that they should stock up a little more since I wasn't able to find some stuff but overall great place

unlike most petland's the people in this store seem to have respect and no fear against these animals they have a passion and which I don't see in other stores and they care for their animals as much as their own sadly many petlands have been closing down hopefully this one does not, give us one business

Great selection, really good prices and I've always gotten very healthy hamsters from Petland. A shame that the stores are closing.

This Petland Discount Store is a nice store in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the Q25 & Q34 Buses.
