I Love New York Puppy Club!!! The best dog grooming ever!!! The groomer at NY puppy club Jessi is amazing! She takes great care of my elderly dog. My dog always comes back from her grooming looking, smelling and feeling amazing! The groomer takes her time with my dog and she always makes her look very cute. I am impressed by the way they take care of my dog even brushing her teeth to trimming her nails. Definitely worth the price and recommend there grooming service five stars.

Teddy got groomed today with Sonny. It was his first time getting groomed with her. We were very pleased and Teddy, just like our other dog, Doolin loves Sunny. She is gifted with dogs and very loving. I would recommend NY Puppy Club to anyone, their staff are animal lovers and very kind. And it shows!

Best groomer in town! We have been taking our dog to NY Puppy Club for years now and the service is always great. The patience the groomers have on our dog is very impressive! Our dog always come out clean, smelling good and with the perfect cut. No complaints - highly recommend!

I gave a five star rating b/c the groomer not only did a beautiful job but was extremely loving and gentle with my dog. I could tell by the way my dog relaxed as the groomer held her that Daisy was comfortable.My dog is 12 years old and has some new medical challenges so her comfort and safety is a priority to me. I don’t have the paper with the groomers name but I’m sure all the groomers there are wonderful - this was Daisy’s 3rd time there and will likely be the place I continue to take her to.Thank you !!

It’s hard for me to trust anyone with my dog but NY Puppy Club never disappoints. I have left my dog here for daycare and boarding- both very pleased with the service. My dog also gets bathed here and they always do a great job. Very friendly service. Would recommend to anyone with a little furry friend. They’ll be in good hands here.

This is an absolutely place for your dog to go for daycare and boarding. Bowie went there twice for boarding each time stayed for two weeks and hasn’t had any problems or disappointment! I feel a peace of mind whenever I send him there knowing Bowie will be taking care by the loving and caring staff. They constantly cleaning and mopping the playground which I am very grateful by watching the live camera provides during the day. This is a safe place for them to play and socialize. I am very glad found this amazing place for my dog and highly recommended.

I love New York Puppy Club. I shop there every week for my pups and cats. From dog / cat food, treats, supplements, grooming brushes, toys, and more. The staff there are very helpful, kind and courteous. I highly recommend this store for anyone to come shop. My mom also brings her Cocker Spaniel for grooming and continues to do so. Mine are seniors so I do it myself. Check them out.

My 3 yr. old Aussie Doodle has been visiting the NY Puppy Club since she was 5 months old. This gem of a place is our go to for boarding/grooming. Harley is well taken care of while in their hands. She is a high energy dog & enjoys playing with all the other furry friends while supervised. I love it, because I can check the web cam when I am missing her & know she is having as much fun as I am. I highly recommend this establishment for your puppy/dog needs.

Edit: 2024, Olive is 3! still going strong with my puppy club! Olive always comes out cute and happy whenever Jenny grooms her. Olive is not the easiest to groom but Jenny always makes her feel safe and always makes her look very cute!First time coming here w my 1 yr old shihtzu and no complaints here on all aspects. Jenny was super attentive and understanding when it came to how difficult my pup might when grooming. Olive came out looking like a new pup! Affordable and high quality ☺️

Their rates are pretty good compared to others in the area. They're very accommodating and were willing to board my dog with short notice (family emergency). The front desk staff is always nice, and when my dog goes for daycare, he has a great time. The grooming services are good as well; they listen to specific requests like please don't touch his ears, etc.

My dog Casper suffered in diarrhea for two days straight immediately after he returned home from boarding at puppy club. The first two episodes were within one hour after he got home. He just had his annual physical exam with negative parasite test in January right before boarding. We just did another parasite test due to his newly onset diarrhea, and it came back positive. My dog enjoyed the first few days of boarding as he played with other dogs in the playroom. But then the attendants told me that he attempted to bite other dogs and actually bit another attendant in the last few days of boarding, and that’s the reason why he got separated into another room in the basement where no camera on live. When he was also boarding with his vet for two weeks last year, he never had this type of behavior towards other dogs and humans. I did not know what he experienced in the last few days of his stay, whether it be getting too scared by other dogs chasing him in the playroom as I saw on the playroom camera (resulting in nipping/attempting to bite as self defense), or the anxiousness of being away from home. He also had a significant amount of weight loss during his stay, compared to the previous stay, when both stays were 2 weeks in length. We also observed that he returned home with persistent daytime sleepiness and loss of voice after boarding due to long time barking in the separated area.Customer service and groomers were nice at puppy club, as they picked up calls and replied to emails in a timely manner. But I am uncertain if I would recommend this place for boarding with my dog’s experience.

NY Puppy Club has become a lifesaver for me; Nova goes there for both daycare and grooming, and I'm very satisfied. Whenever he sees that we're going to the pink building, he starts RUNNING towards it, excited for daycare.There has been one case where he came home from daycare with one little cut, and they weren't sure when it exactly happened, but it wasn't anything serious since the vet was able to fix it.Heidi is Nova's groomer, and she is incredible. Nova loves her, and we try to visit her monthly, and he's always excited to see her.Strongly recommend NY Puppy Club. The staff is great, they care about the dogs, and will answer any questions that you have.

My go to shop for all my dogs. I've been a customer here since they first opened on 149st and northern. Not one complaint ever. All employees are respectful and have knowledge on the products they sell. Groomers show love to the dogs and come out and meet you when you pick up your pups and explain everything.

Friendly staff and professional. I take my dog to cut his nails, brush teeth and shower. This one time I took him just to cut his nails and brush his teeth but Joanna was honest enough to tell me he wouldn’tlet her brush him and that makes me feel I can trust this business and he also likes walking in without any issue. My dog absolutely loves going to daycare and overnight boarding. He gets to play all day with other dogs and we usually get him groomed before pick up! He always smells so good and is super soft! The staff are also very nice and helpful!! Love this place!
