Best place in the area. My dog actually gets excited when he recognizes where we're going. April and the Pet Pleasers team always go out of their way to accommodate schedules when at all possible, and pay such close attention to the dogs that when I've picked him up after a stay, their notes have helped me keep my pup healthy. Would recommend 100%.

My dog 🐶 enjoys going here when I have to go out of town. The staff is friendly and is happy to answer any questions I have. I have used them several times already and plan to continue to do so in the future as needed. I was disappointed the one time as they were booked up so I had to take my pup elsewhere. He did so much better at pet pleasers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks me for a place. Thanks again to the staff for making my pup comfortable.

I came to visit my sister, our dogs didn’t get along…. pet pleasers accommodated me and took great care of my dogs. When i came to pick them up they were so happy they kept running back to the staff giving kisses.I had no need to be nervous.I highly recommend Pet pleasers

Unprofessional is an understatement!I told myself 12-15 years ago I wouldn’t go back, I thought maybe things changed. I was right they def changed for the worse.The place I was referred to has not closed for a vacation in over 20 years, sadly they decided to take a vacation the same time I did.My first dog was a tri-pawed,, he was a hind leg amputee due to cancer. When my dad picked “him” up due to there terrible hours of pick up, they told him, “ “she” did well”. My dad explained that’s good, but she is a he. The girl proceeded to say “well he squats to pee”! Are you for real, a dog with 1 hind leg is supposed to do a handstand topee? Ridiculous!So many years later, the communication prior to going was amazing, kind & professional. That’s bc they didn’t have my money just yet.Upon drop off, I had 10 days worth of food in containers, all labeled the amounts etc. they proceeded to dump them all into a bin. They were given a brand new bag of treats, toys, bones, blanket, bowls etc.They took a marrow bone, an indestructible rubber bone & the dogs blanket.Our vacation was 1 week. I called 3 of those days to check on her.The last time they said she had bad diarrhea & they were giving her special food.My plane was delayed 1 hour & arrived just before 4 pm which is closing time. I called multiple times and had zero control over this.I drove straight there arriving at 4:30 but the gate was already locked for the day.We drove to pick her up the very next morning.They misplaced both bones she was supposed to have for comfort, never gave me the remainder of her treats & told me her food was all gone.I sent enough dry food for 10 days, enough canned food for 2 weeks being she only gets 1tbsp 2x/day when she gets fed.The owner then proceeded to rudely say to me, “ you wanted me to feed her 2 cups/day plus canned food correct?!NO! If they had listened or kept the labels I hand wrote on 3 separate containers along with a scooper, they would have known it was 3/4 dry food with 1 tbsp wet 2x a day.Now we all know why she had diarrhea!The owner then again rudely decided to throw a dig in by saying “OMG, I’m so sorry, I made you fat dog fatter”!Seriously, own your process, own your mistakes and take the care of peoples pets/children seriously.My dog now appears to have kennel cough, her behind is raw from not being cleaned from all the diarrhea, the inside of her ears are beat red & her upwards curly tail has been down all which has never been the case before.You should be ashamed of yourself & you should be returning the items you lost!My dog is. 35lb very active dog who I take for runs 5x/week, she is far from fat!You should run from here as fast as possible!

I’m so happy we decided to board our dog, Jake, at Pet Pleasers. After speaking with April the first time you know right away that your pet is in good hands. She called a few times during our trip to check in and let me know how Jake was doing and explained all that they were doing to keep him comfortable. I appreciated this so much because I know Jake gets nervous when he’s in an unfamiliar place and he needs a little extra love. Also, our trip extended longer than planned and April was completely accommodating. Thanks again!

We have been using Pet Pleasers for our dog for 5 yeears and can't say enough good things! Our dog has fear anxiety and they have made her so at ease here that she actually pulls us in when we drop her off! She loves it there! April and her staff take care of the pets as their own. Our pup is always clean and healthy when we pick her up and we love them!

I brought my dog there while on vacation we sent food with her and each time the $120 bag of prescription food came back empty which is impossible my dog is 7lbs that bag usually last about 4 months she was booked for 9 days we had a vet visit the day we picked her up she red , inflamed and the doctor and her assistant said she reeked of urine!!!! And that morning of pick up April said she gave her a bath my dog slept for at least 15 hours after pick up she was drained and smelled so bad over all my dog was neglected and not taken care of I will never book with them again!!!!!

I get anxiety over leaving my dogs to go on vacation. They can be a handful and I know they get very upset when I leave them behind. However, this past trip I had no anxiety whatsoever as I was confident they would be well taken care of here. You can tell there are real animal lovers working here. When we went to drop them off the girls immediately were fawning all over my dogs, talking to them, hugging them, and my dogs just loved it. They were thrilled at the attention and were kissing them up. When we handed them over to get them setup at the kennels my dogs didn't even look back or notice us leaving! A big sign that everything was going to be just fine. I was actually excited for them, they would have the opportunity to play in their big fenced in area while we were gone. In fact when we picked them up and brought them home the dogs passed out and were so tired- evidence that they were exercised and had a lot of excitement. The whole experience was very positive, I was totally reassured they would be fine by the girls. I will never use any other kennel. Pet Pleasers is the best in the business.

Having had my dogs to Pet Pleasers at least one or twice a year for the past several years, I don't think you'll find a better run place where your pets are treated like members of a family, rather than boarders.It's such a nice feeling to go away and not have to worry. One of our dogs doesn't take well to new surroundings and since he likes this place they must be doing something far better than the competition.Couldn't recommend them high enough. First class care and loving attention for your pets.

We never boarded our 5yr old lab mix Chandler. So nervous taking him there. Well that ended when he dragged me into Pet Pleasers. They gave me a tour and I left feeling much more comfortable. When I picked him up he was happy to see me but in no rush to leave. The staff was very good with him. If he needs to be boarded I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
