Very rude employees there were more concerned with talking with each other than helping customers..... will never go there again ... people paid for talking ... there should be table and chairs for employees to sit at at registers to tell you what you are doing wrong.... instead of being nice to us ... and telling us if we are not happy don't come back ... which I will never and I will tell everyone at my Apartment about how little they do to help customers........

My insurance company stated clearly that dollar general a accepts OTC. Manager here says NO, it's my choice not to accept. For healthy foods. ?!!

Employees were nice.. store was clean, quiet and well organized.. prices were pretty reasonable compared to other stores. Great selection of name brand stuff.. I love the variety that they have.. lots of snacks, home goods, some clothes, toiletries, and much more. Definitely would return if in the area.. huge parking lot. Lots to look at in the aisles.. always a good sale going on.. can really find whatever you need

Store is very congested, can be hard to get down some aisles because they have a cart in the way and you can't get around it if there's even 1. Staff is usually very friendly. Store doesn't seem clean because it's so congested.

Great place for vleanung supplies or party items you can throw away. Can't beat the price.....seasobal items are pretty good for outdoor decor.Clean and neat so it's easy to shop around.

Staff was rude. The one “manager “ was on her cell phone not helping the other lovely woman cashing everyone out. Mind you the line was about 15 people deep. All that “manager” did was stare and complain about how her job sucked and didn’t want to help out. She was terrible, on the other hand the lady that was cashing out was very pleasant and I would definitely bet she would make a ten times better manager. Considering that she actually cared about the customers. Her name was Nancy and if I could hire her I would.

I wish they would put in backroom coolers so they do not run out of milk every other day. This also happens in Shortsville every week. The chain apparently is to cheap to install them. Last week there was an issue and only one employee on register, the other was on break. She had to go find her she did not know what to do. My husband was 5th in line there were 5 more behind him. He got so frustrated he put his one item down and left. The chain is cheap will not pay to have enough employees to cover there needed. Freight everywhere. Always a disaster area having to move around those carts. So much turn over its insane. For the ones that stay, it must be there only choice for whatever reason. Convenience is all they have going for them. But if you need milk in a small town you may have to drive elsewhere.

Every single aisle blocked with merchandise that needed to be put away. Store is a mess with things just thrown around everywhere. Employees having long conversations with customers (friends) after cashing them out while a whole long line formed. It doesn't seem that anyone working there cares enough to do even the bare minimum for customer service. There has got to be a management problem somewhere for things to be such a mess.

Although it is store policy to accept cash to load onto PayPal through the app. I have never had issues at any other dollar general even stores with employees that have never done it before will follow the on screen instructions and give me no issues. This lady told me they dont do it and I need a PayPal card, I explained to her that all she needed was to scan the paypal barcode which stated could be used at any dollar general (the app actually directed me to this one). She pulled out her cell and called a supposed manager who said no stores fo this. I was refused service.

Whenever I go in this store I always have a long wait to be checked out!! The ilses are always filled with merchandise that it looks like someone started a job but decided not to finish it.

Employee in Naples sold me purified water. That was an error. I had asked for distilled water. No problem with swapping out the two gallons and receiving correct water for my CPAP machine. I did have my receipt.

My favorite store to run grab anything I need because it's always fully stocked. The manager is so wonderful no matter how busy he is still greets me with a smile.

The manager & most staff need extensive training on customer service & who pays their paycheck. Store is a mess, attitude of employees is bad yet based on management any wonder why!

I received another email saying 50% off clearance. I get up to the checkout and the cashier pulls out a piece of paper from behind the desk listing what was REALLY 50% off. I left my whole cart and walked out. False advertising as bad as their coupon policy!

Great store for great deals.Dollar day app on your phone gets you extra savings.much cheaper then a grocery store on food items.They sell gift cards,cigerettes,clothes,paper goods,household items,party items just about anything you need.

I like it because it's a 10 minute walk from my house to the Dollar General very comfortable place lots of varieties of different things I think it's okay I have no complaints

I'm not sure about this store in particular, but DG is a company with numerous OSHA violations. They need to focus more on educating and training their employees on the importance of workplace safety.

Well maybe someone should go out there and see what a mess it is carts all over gotta move carts to see what's on shelves or If anything set up be honest u need someone who can handle that store and get it in shape like other dollar generals boxes all over too cant get to the shelves

Dollar General has great prices on generic meds. Very inexpensive for good brands like Rexall. Could be a but cleaner though.

Great prices and selections. The store appears very cluttered. It's kinda hard to navigate the aisles with all the clutter.
