Can't speak about quality of goods, but customer service is horrendous. The place looks run down from the outside. I arrived at 8 am on a weekday, when they should be open and had to call because the entrance was a door leading up steps, not apparent that there's a shop. They had told me they restock on Tuesdays, did not answer when I called (during business hours) to check a day before I drove out, and did not reply to my voice message (left during business hours). I called while standing out front and someone answered the phone, said they were sorry and that they don't have what I was looking for. Could not carry a conversation to point me to another place, and instead hung up while I was asking. I would not go purchase from them even if they stocked up and halved their prices. Save yourself time. I wouldn't trust their products if they treat customers like this, and from other reviews it looks like this is a habit.

Hung up on me! Rude!!Seemed annoyed when I called & asked what the store hours were (“we don’t keep any set hours; typically 5 AM - 2PM”). More annoyed when I asked what kinds of feed they have.Can’t speak to the quality of the feed but absolute garbage customer service.The one thing they did right - asked what I was looking for. I explained I was looking for pellets/cubes to kickstart my spring compost. That’s when he said “no we don’t have anything for compost” and hung up.Obviously horse feed is not specific for composting. I would have bought some anyway if he would have gave me the time of day!

I think this place's primary business is horse feed. I called them by chance. Yes. They sold chicken feed. I went. The prices were half of what we have paid on internet and places on Long Island. No frills. It's open. It's a bit dusty. It's not modernized. Think plumber's supply warehouse only more dust. They are open to the public- not just the trade. The staff are friendly and efficient. If you need to do your shopping with a latte in your hand, you'll hate it. If you want fast and inexpensive, you'll love it. (Not sure they have anything less than 40 or 50 pound bags here.)

I don’t think they care anymore. They don’t seem to be open except haphazardly and even if they are they still may not be interested in selling you anything if your a small order.

Very bad service, they have the doors locked and even when you call they still don’t open the doors. Went there three different occasions, same results

Excellent prices for hay (55lb bales) and rabbit pellets (50 lbs). Currently $ 32.00.(for both together)

This google posting said they were open but when I called it is open only Monday through Thursday. Super inconvenient.
