As much as I would love to give this store more credit the customer service has repeatedly been the worst I've ever experienced. Maybe once or twice have I been helped by a target staff member that has been kind. 9 times out of 10 the staff doesn't greet me, they don't smile, and they have bad attitudes as though I am ruining their day with my purchase. I end up leaving in a worst mood than I arrived in.I will leave one star because at least I've been able to buy toiletries for my baby without having to drive far.

Very poorly run Target. They are usually out of stock of many items, boxes in the aisles making it difficult for customers to pass. Starbucks never opens on time... came at 8:30am and they were still "closed" according to the employee, even though they open at 8. Also their return policy of $75 limit is made up! Nowhere does this state this on Target's website. They have unathorized printed signs posted at the register. How do you deny returns of unbulky items that you sell in the store?!? They sent me to another store to return. This is ridiculous and very inconvenient for customers.

On March 13 2017 my wife went to purchase items in anticipation for the storm. Almost everything was expired or close to expired. I understand this could've been avoided before leaving the store by simply checking the expiration date before leaving, but selling items that expired in February when it's now half way thru March is ridiculous!

Worst employees ever! Asked a woman to help me find an item they had online showing in stock in the store. 1st i had to say "excuse me" 3 times before she would even look in my direction. Then tells me its in that area and points. Nothing was there. She then takes out her little machine to check the sku # to see if its in stock. She says just read me the #. But then asks ,"can you read"? I read her the # and she says with a giant attitde, "we dont have it" like i wasted her time but is walking away mid sentence. And then throws me a look as if i was bothering her to do her job! Dont work in retail if you are a nasty troll that doesnt like doing your job!

Worse customer service ! You stand in front of the cashier, to be completely ignored. Proceeds to walk around the register to help other customers that arrived after. You mention it and all she has to say is Good morning, how are you? … Have a great day !

The store used to be a bit tidy now the cleanliness leaves less to be desired. Some items strewn around and black marks on the floor. Sad to see the appearance..Customer service could be better. Received wrong items for my pickup order, ordered raspberriesand some were bad. The locked items are a nuisance, the wait is utterly ridiculous.

I like this Target because it's compact and you can get the items you want quickly. Just don't look for this compact Target to have the same variety of items like a regular Target would. My main gripe is the setup of the checkout registers. The regular manned registers are directly across from the self-checkout registers with a cramped area in between. There is quite a bit of confusion as to who is going to which type of register. Sometimes, due to the lack of space, customers are bumping into each other getting around each other from the different registers. It would be nice if Target would completely separate the 2 types of checkout registers with a barrier of some sort to make the checkout process less confusing and cramped. Otherwise, it's a good place to shop.

If this target wasn’t close by I would never go in here again. Staff is unprofessional, unhelpful and they are always under staffed, honestly this is primarily a management problem. Let’s call it what it is. Supplies are always low, the store layout is poorly thought out. If you shop at other Targets you know that they can do better. But such is the oppression in this country, that a Target located in a predominantly Black and Hispanic area would get little to no attention.

Need to change their return policy. It's ridiculous that they limit the returns up to $75 only. So dumb! Appliances I get but clothing? I had to make two trips to complete my return.

Had never been here before, decided to give it a go. This target is very small and didn’t have everything I was looking for. Was greeted at the door and then covertly followed around by security and another employee. I’m assuming they wanted to see if I was going to steal because I look young. ANYONE is capable of stealing. Stop profiling people and let them shop idiots!

I had an issue with the self checkout after scanning half of my items in a full cart and the cashier had such a nasty attitude. She was pregnant and working in the front 10/13 around 2pm. She pointed to another one and said “use this one, that one stops working for no reason.” An out of order sign would be nice, considering I wasted 10 minutes of my time scanning my items already. At that point I had asked if she could ring me up on the register (there was no line). To which she responded the no register is for returns only. Which is bs, I’ve been shopping at this target since it opened so that statement confused me. Then to find out she blatantly lied, as I was leaving I tuned around and she was ringing someone else up on the register…if you don’t want to do your job, then why are you here? I don’t work for target so I’m confused as to why I had to ring the items up myself when they have cashiers just standing around declining service. I will not be returning to this location. Better off going to Valley stream location.

The worst target I’ve ever been too in any state or city! Jesus Christ the disrespect you receive from these workers! Especially the little Hispanic girl with the glasses and red hair that’s all ways at check out! For a store that’s always low on inventory you can at least have some customer service!

This store is smaller than others I've visited. The shelves need to be stocked in some aisles, the shopping carts' wheels were all broken (I had to switch carts 3 times, I have carpal tunnel and it hurt my wrist even more to try to push them around the store). If you're going there for baby clothes, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or order online. That was the only reason I took the trip out there with my baby. Needless to say, we're not going back there. I was only able to get a couple of things of my shopping list, it was very disappointing!

This target is extremely small but besides that, the employees are very rude and disrespectful. The lines are always long and the self checkout ever works. If it does, it doesn’t do cash. Them the employees blame the customers as to why they are not using the self checkout like it’s our problems they don’t accept cash. Very nasty women there that talk amongst their friends while the lines are long. I will not be returning to that target

We were the only person on line. One employee there to attend not behind the register. We scan our first item in the self check out, and the screen automatically says please wait for an attendant. Please pay people the proper wages so we can make use of ALL of your registers? You are ruining this country and customer experience. Walmart it is

Though it is a small location the staffing is not good at this location on top of them being rude.There is always someone screaming obnoxiously loud from the cashier line to get people to go to self checkout.In my last visit, I informed an employee that the self checkout machine I was using was going to run out receipt paper soon , she shrugged her shoulders and gave me attitude. Needless to say the service is very poor here.I placed a pickup order here and they canceled it because they did not have the item , and still charged me for it.This target is convenient and close to my house but I will not be coming back here.Ultimately, I am disappointed , Do better!

Went here today to pick up my order which I had already paid for yesterday. I was standing at the register where it said order pick up order I saw 7 employees standing in front of me talking to each other about there personal business one cashier looked at me and went right back to her conversation. So unprofessional and disrespectful to there customers. I walked right out and cancelled my order on the target website.who ever hired these employees should be ashamed of their decision. I mean did anyone interview these people. Needless to say I would never come back here again I rather travel a little further then come back here.

Did not like this store at all.... asked if there were any shopping carts - was told to go out in the parking lot and look for them. Shelves not stocked, Aisles were blocked with boxes ....couldnt get through! Self checkout? Two out of order. Very few employees around to help. Near the refrigerated aisles 5 employees standing talking not stocking like they were supposed to. So now, i have to find shopping carts, get items from boxes not shelves and self checkout?? And i am being charged for the privelege???? I should be paid!!!!

This has to be the worst target. Anytime i go there is a line. I tried to even return an item purchased frkm target with receipt. They refused the return stating they dont accept return over 75 dollars. So what in de hell u sell items over 75 dollars? The receipt even says RETURN TO ANY TARGET STORE for a refund. The mangement in this store is going against Target Corporate Policy. They need to investigated and closed!

Employees are very rude, lack customer service and not helpful at all. The manager insisted I can only purchase 1 item at sale price. She said you must purchase the other 2 items online and do a store pick up, because we are not a wholesale store. I'm confused, people shop here to buy in Bulk at times correct? However Starbucks was open mayne she didn't have her coffee.
