Had my car towed to Williams Toyota (Elmira). I knew ahead of time they would not be able to look at it for a couple of days. When they did get to look at it I was notified right away about the issues. The repairs were authorized and I was told it could take several days (parts). On the second day of the car being worked on it, I was given a loaner. I no sooner got home and received a call my car was done. (I honestly would have been more than ok with the loaner 😊.) My car drives better than it has in quite a while. The people at Williams are top of the line! ALWAYS courteous and keep you informed the entire time. Why go elsewhere? This place is amazing!!!

I have dealt with 3 different Toyota dealerships, and Williams Toyota beats them all in professionalism and honesty. I drive an extra 20 miles to get to them, shows how much I trust them. Honesty and trustworthiness is a huge factor for me. I have resisted turning in a more local dealership due to long time personal friendship.

They answered questions, shared information, and were friendly, yet professional. Tara contacted me online, and the salesman's name who sold me the car was Justin. I could not have bought a better car at a better place anywhere else. 5 star experience without a doubt.

From the time I first arrived inquiring about the Corolla, he took down all my information, showed me models that were incoming, and helped answer any question I had. My husband and I were from out of town. We noticed a problem with one of our tires. We called Williams and they said to come right up. They took our car back right away and we were back on the road in less than an hour. The folks at Williams are the best.

I am not easy to deal with when shopping for a car. I am very indecisive 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t help it. But my sales rep Andrew and finance guy Joshua were extremely patient with me and were more than willing to listen to all my concerns. I am surprised that they didn’t go bald dealing with me. 😂 I highly recommend both of these gentleman when purchasing a new car from Williams Auto Group!!! I stopped here on my way through the area because the tire warning light on my Prius came on. They quickly checked my tires (all equally low), reinflated them, and I was on my way. While I was waiting, I used the restroom, which was nice and clean, and helped myself to the complimentary coffee. I'm glad I stopped by.

Well after going through many car dealers online looking for a new Toyota Corolla Cross LE that seemed to be the perfect size for us, moving up from a Corolla SE 4dr sedan, I was on the Williams Toyota site and was informed that they had exactly what I was looking for by Tara Funair who helped me with an appointment to test drive and also with an estimate for my trade in. The rest is history we were greeted by Justin Valent at the door and we proceeded to test drive 3 different Cross and to our surprise Justin happened to mention a hybrd that just happened to be the same color blue as ours and he gave us some details about the battery and warranties that we just couldn't resist. Thank you Tara and Justin we are very pleased so far with our new Toyota Cross SE we are happy with our trade in value and the overall good price for our Toyota Cross SE. Absolutely impressive! I haven't used a dealership in years but my desert baked/ little used inherited Gen 2 Prius needed an OEM hybrid battery. After speaking to a few Toyota dealerships none could match Williams genuineness, price and attentiveness. It was worth the drive to go this route (I wouldn't use my local Toyota dealer). But even more than that, Samantha in service was incredibly efficient in making all the arrangements I needed, following up on everything. Also was able to speak with Mike (hybrid specialist) both coming and going. He answered all my questions and concerns. I felt they were not just treating me as a valued customer but that they were my advocates. Williams honesty and integrity has gained my trust...not easy these days!

This place is so welcoming. My sales guy was Michael and he was so kind and answered any questions I had. He offered us drinks and donuts and snacks (my son was happy about that). Michael even stayed after hours until we left the parking lot. While the car was getting serviced we shared pictures of our animals and had great conversations. I would recommend this place to others and ill be going back in the future. Thank you so much for making my family feel so welcomed!

You folks are always good BUT I had an issue yesterday.. I didn't have enough funds to pay for the service.. fortunately my wife, after some finagling on the phone was able to pay.. usually she is not with me but the Lord was... I'M NOT SCREAMING AT YOU.. just making it large so you look..IF A PERSON GETS INTO THE SAME SITUATION AS I DID, YOU SHOULD EITHER OFFER HIM TO DRIVE ONE OF YOUR USED CARS TO GO HOME AND GET MONEY OR EVEN HAVE SOMEONE FROM TOYOTA RIDE WITH THEM.. you don't know how it felt worrying about that.. that's when Toyota SHOULD help.. that is my opinion and I honestly think it's a good idea..

I love this dealership. I had such a wonderful experience buying a car, and that’s saying a lot from someone like me who gets anxious about this kind of stuff. Not only was I treated with respect, I was taken care of like I was a family member.I came in looking for a used car but was offered a brand new one still on the truck being delivered. I was helped by Matt C who said he would call me as soon as it came off the truck. Later that day I got the phone call, and he said I could come pick it up. Matt C and Matt V both stayed passed closing time to help me and answer any questions I had and to show me the features on the car, and he even filled up my gas tank! At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. I was able to leave with a 2023 Toyota.The building and vibe inside is nice too. There is plenty of places to sit, have a snack, make some coffee, etc. while you wait for your car to be serviced. You can tell they care about their customers.Overall I am very pleased with how easy the process was and how professional and personable both Matt’s were. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

My husband has bought a couple of vehicles from Don. He’s always been thrilled with the service, but this time, Don went above.This little red dog has been in every vehicle my husband has had since 1998.He recently traded his Tacoma in on a SUV, and a week later Brett realized the dog didn’t make it home this time. We had to go to Williams for a routine maintenance and we asked if anyone happened to find him.Yep. Don had dog on his desk, ready and waiting to see Brett again.It might seem silly to some, but it’s the small things that mean the most. THIS is customer service.Thank you!

These are the worst dealerships in our area. Service can't diagnose anything. Had to pay independent mechanic to get an actual diagnosis. Now I have to take an hour away for warranty.Can't be trusted.Will sneakily slide in 3rd party warranties.WATCH OUT!!

We are truck shopping. We have a gentleman who has a truck to sell us, but it has been caught up in title work for 2 months. We live in Ithaca, so we drove down to Horseheads to check out Williams Toyota. We are chatting with a sales rep, telling him we might have another lead, but we are unsure. We see a great truck, and ask for a test drive. Andy- sales guy- takes our license to copy. I go over to get some coffee, and see Andy and a gal talking in an office, clearly annoyed by something. Not for one second did it cross my mind it was my husband and I they were talking about. I head back to the little sales cubby and out of nowhere, the gal had come out and was grilling my husband about why we wanted to test drive, and how do they know we are serious. She said they weren’t comfortable. She never introduced herself or anything. We found out a little later her name was Allison- we think the sales manager of all things. If Andy and Allison had given the situation just a little more thought, or at least given us the benefit of the doubt, WHY would we have wasted a perfectly good Saturday to drive to Elmira, to test drive a truck if we weren't serious buyers? If we wanted to just joyride- we could have gone to our local dealer, 5 minutes away. I am a middle school teacher and value every second of my weekend, so this was very frustrating to me. We went down the road to Simmons Rockwell, told a really great sales rep the story, and he walked us over to a very similiar truck, gave us the keys, and told us to test drive for as long as we wanted! I’ve been treated poorly before but WOW! We are going to reach out to Randy and Dalton Williams to try to understand why we were treated so horribly. Willimas has several locations so Binghamton beware also.
