What NASTY pharmacy staff. I hope this is one of the Walgreens shutting down. ZERO compassion or care for customers. As a healthcare worker I would never be nasty to sick people. Shame on every single person that works in that pharmacy. I’ve never wished anyone to lost their jobs but they really shouldn’t be working with people.

Honestly not the best pharmacy staff. My RX, that needs to be maintained, obviously, was 2 days late. I had to wait in the store for quite a bit after that 2-day late window, as well. I really hope they don’t do this type of thing with people that take more important medications than birth control. Ones that keep people alive. I’m embarrassed for them.

I pick-up someone's prescription(s) as the person is not able to get around. She calls me the day before to tell me she received notification that the prescription(s) are ready. There are many times I arrive there and the prescritpion(s) are just being filled on or haven't even been started.Went there yesterday to pick-up the presceiptions and they told me they were being filled. Then went there today (day 3) and only one of the prescriptions were filled so now I have to go back again tomorrow.

This Walgreens is clean and organized and I can always find an employee to help me find an item. It is mostly well stocked. Leonor is especially helpful and does it with a big smile.

They just called my husband and told him they are not filling his scripts and were very rude and hung up on him while he was explaining what happened with his scripts and his doctor. Wouldn't even listen to him. Hours are horrible, what pharmacy isn't open on the weekends. Some people work during the week. Definitely going else where! Horrible customer service!

Pharmacist was extremely helpful, joyful and she was a joy to spend time with even if for only a few moments.I am so angry with my cell phone because I forgot to get the receipt or if I did I cannot locate it. It was extremely important that I have it because of the credit card that I used.

I came in for a last minute card and gift bag. The selection was nice. The store was clean. No complaints there. However, the customer service was bad. There was a bell at the counter which I rang, as instructed by a little sign. No problem with that. I waited about two minutes then I rang it again. About thirty seconds after the second ring the worker, a lady named Ashley, came walking towards the counter saying rather rude comments about how she heard the first ring. She wasn't talking to me but she was talking loud enough for me to hear. I can handle myself just fine, but it's never nice to be met with a rude and snarky cash register worker. It didn't make me feel comfortable and it wasn't professional.

Waiting for an urgent painkiller prescription at 11. "We're backed up." The pharm tech said indifferently, "Could take a couple hours." ...OK no big deal I go and try to relax for a bit. Come back at 1:30 and the pharmacy is closed. I ask when they'll reopen and the surly cashier, so offended by my humble inquiry, rolls her eyes and curtly replies "They're open at two." We all have bad days but even with a severe neck injury I found it in me to treat the employees with respect which was certainly not reciprocated. Being decent is not hard.

Have been dealing more with the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Ellenville, NY recently as we have been taking care of my elderly in-laws. The staff in the store and the staff in the pharmacy have gone out of their way several times now to be extremely helpful and nice and have made sure that we are aware of and are taking advantage of all the services and conveniences that Rite Aid has to offer. Thank you so much for all your help. You have really made this much easier for us!

My recent experience at the Ellenville NY Walgreens defintely warrants the effort to write a review.The first part of the experience was in dealing with Marilyn on the phone.So rarely these days does anyone in customer care treat people with professionalism, knowledge AND sincere kindness.Marilyn encompassed all those qualities in full.When I then came to the store she made time to be available to follow up on the issue I needed help with in person.It was very apparent that this is a person who takes pride in their work.While at the store I also needed to print out a large poster for a Christmas gift.There was a glitch with the machine vs my iphone & I would be remiss to not mention how helpful Zoe was in the process.She sorted out the issue in no time & the result was a gorgeous print that I could then frame as a Christmas gift.My house is equal distance between two Walgreens & I will most defintely be making a left toward the Ellenville lacation vs a right out of the driveway in the future.To Walgreens itself; it would be wonderful if you could add the choice of matte photo paper.Just saying.Otherwise, thank you!

Pharmacy is horrible since the switch. Tried to fill an Rx for a common antibiotic for my son's strep - not in stock. I was told to have Walmart call and they'd transfer it over - Walmart attempted to call and was placed on hold for 15 mins. I attempted to call - on hold for 15 mins, finally got through and they said they'd fax it - 30 mins later and still no fax. Walmart has resorted to calling the doctor's office to try and have them directly send the script. This is ridiculous to try and get an antibiotic for a toddler with Strep. They couldn't be any less helpful. Walmart has been amazing with sorting it out for me!

This pharmacy should be shut down. Price gauging is illegal. Customer service isn't knowledgeable and absolutely snobby as if they have something to offer. Now they don't accept my insurance so they're working to close their own doors.

There is a short Spanish lady idk if she's the Manger but she is RUDE. She's been rude to me multiple times and I've watched her be rude to other staff members. Shame on Walgreens for keeping someone like that.

Since the pharmacy switched over from Rite Aid to Walgreens they have been late refilling a bunch of my prescriptions already. On top of that, there are other regular prescriptions I've been getting here for years that were never an issue are now backordered for months! I tried to stay but they made it impossible. Unfortunately like most of their pharmacy customers, I had to start going elsewhere.

Forgot my meds at home.... Ian the pharmacist in Ellenville was excellent. Provided me a great price on my existing script, even for just a few tablets. And helped me out of a day that would have been miserable otherwise. Thank you Ian in Ellenville!

This is the worst Walgreens ever. There is always a problem at the pharmacy. NEVER a smooth Transaction.Pharmacy is Closed on Labor day! Time to find a different pharmacy!

Horrible pharmacy. There is always an issue. They have no care about quality customer service and they give an attitude when it's their mistake. I have to use a different pharmacy because it seems management there doesn't care.

Very poor customer service. They shorted my wife by 1/2 of a CRITICAL prescription and even after calling Corporate, I'm left high and dry. I may refer this to my Lawyer.
