Best dollar general around and manager Kristy is the best manager this store has ever had. She is super nice and goes out of her way to help you and her employees are very nice and helpful as well.

The store is fine. the people who work there are very nice. I know it was messed up in the past, but the current manager, Ida, has straightened it all out. I see that someone left a negative review,, saying she "fires good employees." Sure she does.

Read a lot of mixed reviews of this place but the store was well stocked, the employees at the counter were very polite and efficient. If you’re visiting and restocking in supplies for your stay like we were this is a good place to buy your snacks, ice cream treats and cereal than the Peck’s market across the street. Mostly for the pricing and selection.

I have not only been a customer since dollar general open, but I Started working there 6 months ago. I love my job and most of all I love the customer interaction. I would never disrespect a customer. All my customers love me. I think Dollar general should have a comment box.

The store wasn't very clean or stocked well when it first opened but now store is always clean and stocked. The manager and employees that are there now are very courteous and friendly and always willing to help you with anything. A great place to shop.

I have been in several Dollar General stores Over the past 6 months. This particular location is by far my preferred choice and it is always clean, organized and staffed by friendly, courteous associates. Prices are very competitive Especially when you utilize their digital coupon program through the Dollar General Web site and/or app. There is a decent variety of products in stock such as general merchandise, frozen and refrigerated foods, canned goods etc. It seems that in my general area, every time you turn around there is a Dollar General store. They are popping up all over the place Which obviously means they are doing well and in my opinion that is due to their pricing. In rural areas such as mine, it is a very welcome sight to see all of these new DG stores because in some instances the closest grocery store or department store maybe 20 miles away or more. It is nice to see a chain discount store like this serving the lesser populated areas which are so often forgotten. One other thing that I find very appealing about these stores are their operational hours. They are open from 8:00 a.m. To 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week.

Great prices and merchandise. I just don't understand why they only hire female employees. Your lucky to see any male employee at all....THERE IS NOT ONE MAKE EMPLOYEE AT ALL!! Asked around in store and out was told only,had 3-3 make empmyees ever at this location and now they Do NOT HAVE 1 MALE EMPLOYEE AT ALL!!They Refuse to hire a Male was told the Store Manager Maria will Not hire any Nske employees , do far for the last several months this has been a true Fact!! A more qualified male will not even get a chance,and 4 of theses makes have been applying since before thus location opened.

open at convenient hours when everyone else is long closed. Better prices on items than pecks, so I shop at both. Store is a bit disorganized,, employees not as friendly as when first opened . No male employees which is strange

One of the better dollar generals I have been in. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. They’re open late in a small town so it’s perfect for everyday shopping or last minute items!

The store manager ida is really disrespectful she clearly doesn’t know her job very well. She fires good employees. I don’t think she has is smart enough to be running that store very disappointed

Only one employee in store and it was impossible to find her without screaming at the top of your lungs. Probably easier to just steal the stuff instead of waiting for someone to show up at the register.

At least 3 full grown adult employees were hollering like children in the back when stocking today(12:30pm). Trash all over the floor around them.Checkout takes way too long. Its a burden to come here.

I love the DG in Eldred. The woman there are friendly and i think the girls with the tatts and piercings are awesome. If you dont like DG then dont go. Im gonna continue to shop there. Best thing that came to Eldred

The experience was very very bad the lady in the cashier is full of tattoo and pearcing every where disrespectful they don't even give a time to people to talk very very nasty people .I like dollar general I always shop there bus guess what I will never comeback to eldered dollar general
