I have been a customer for 10+ years at this pharmacy location. On 3/18/24 I went through the drive through to pick up my medications, waited for 20 min, with only 2 other vehicles in front of me. When I finally approached the window, the pharmacy assistant, Gwendolyn, was extremely rude and unprofessional and was seemingly annoyed when I struggled to get the door open on the med delivery system.When I explained that the drawer was broken, she rudely stated “I know.” I stated, “if you knew this, why didn’t you tell me?” She rudely asked, “did you put the payment in the drawer?” I said, “Why the attitude?” and she proceeded to laugh at me along with the other 2 working with her.Although the drawer was broken, I tossed my payment in the drawer anyways and then I physically had to get out of my car to be able to reach my arm in to get my medications. Her response was “Thank you for shopping at Rite Aid, have a nice day” with a sarcastic grin on her face.Later when I arrived home, I placed a complaint with corporate . I was promised a return call from the DM within 3 days in which never occurred. At this point I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Due to the poor customer service with this establishment I will no longer do business with Rite Aid ever again!

I always find the associates friendly and helpful. They have a good line of products and I usually purchase some. The pharmacist was great when I received my two shots necessary for good health.

This Rite Aid store and staff are always so good to my family. They took extra care with my elderly disabled mom to get her shingles and other vaccines. Thank you so much for your excellent service... again.

I didn't have any problems with Rite Aid itself but I had such an upsetting and disrespectful encounter with an employee that I had to speak on it.While in the store I needed to use the restroom. I went up to the door and did what I was always taught and what I believe any respectful person would do and gave a friendly knock on the door. A woman shouted that she was in there so I stepped back and quietly and patiently waited for her to come out. When she came out I saw that she was an employee and I started to give her a friendly smile when she scowled at me and said "Usually a locked door means someone is in there!" I said, I didn't know that because I didn't try the door and that I was sorry. She scoffed and mumbled something and stormed off into the stock room.This was completely rude & unnecessary. I was in the pharmacy to get antibiotic for a serious injury and did not appreciate being subjected to this behavior for no good reason. I would have expected a little more patience and compassion, especially from someone working at a pharmacy of all places. I've since moved my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street where the employees treat me like a human being.

I use this Rite Aid to pick up my Amazon orders. It is a great place to use for this purpose. I feel secure in having my packages stored here until I can pick them up. Everyone at this store is very nice and efficient. I never have to worry that my packages will disappear until I can pick them up. Signing up for their discounts was extremely easy as well.

Hi I would like to post here an excellent job to Ms. Erica Givens she gave us a moderna shots on our first dose last month I don't know why it didn't appear here., anyways yesterday I personally hoping that shes working there again & going to treat us for the second time & she did.. if you guys are afraid of shots DON'T BE because Ms. Erica Givens will take care of you.. I had a huge fear of needles but she made me feel comfortable and shes very nice also. I hope you had a great day!! Thanks again Ms. Erica 💗💗💗

As I stated it's usually great people here. The incident with confusion on my RX was figured out to be some glitch in the pay and go system. The pharmacy did reach out and make things right. Much appreciated!!

The people at this location are really kind and helpful, always helping customers find what they need. The prices are a bit high but you're paying for the premium. Good selection of medicine, soap, snacks, candies, gift cards, and much more. I shop here frequently and I can say that I enjoy it whenever I do. Would recommend this location.

I called to set up a covid test. I talked to the pharmacist. He told me to go on rite aid. Com and register. I did register.set my appointment for next day. Was told to be there 15 min early. I was there early was told to wait another 20 mins because the system was running slow and was told to move out of the way to let other cars thru . I waited the 20 mins went back thru. I was asked to show Id I did. Was asked for number given to me during register I never received one . With all the excuses going on . How will my test results come out
