Rude rude rude... the sales person complained and didn't even try to help me with sales. He complained to his sales partner about me for taking to long looking for the coupon. I asked for help and his response was that he knows nothing about coupons and sales from the store. He sounded so fed up when I'm asking for help. I used to be a regular customer and bought so many tools from helpful sales people from this store in Cortland. But these two rude sales people are awful. I chose not to buy my tools and supplies from them. I walked out not without letting them two know how rude and disrespectful they were to me. Awful experience and never buying again from a store that I once loved to buy from before.

Was kind of in a hurry, only employee was on register until an assistant manager came in and then about five people showed up out of nowhere. Not as bad as Lowe's, but at least there I can get a tool off the shelf without a reset team to move beams out of the way to move products.

I love Harbor Freight. They have a ton of great items at more reasonable prices than the other big box hardware stores. I always find some cool gizmo I didn't know I needed (and probably don't). Fun store to parooze. Staff has always been polite.

The Manger thought he was going to rip me off on a exchange for the same exact thing Coverd under warranty claiming because the price went up since I bought it which was a joke because it don't matter if it was on sale when I bought it when doing a even exchange for same item but if I was to get something different then it would matter the price but not on a exact exchange so becareful he will try getting you for hundreds if not safe

Has a bunch of things you need, a bunch of things that are daily use and plenty of knick knacks. I mean you are not getting the best of the best, but you get a decent product at a decent price.

A dangerous place for me to shop because I always find things I REALLY need - go in for a paintbrush and come out with $50 worth of tools! Generally the quality is average but considering their prices, I am ok with that. If I need really top grade stuff I have other choices. But for many of the things I use regularly, or things I leave at my seasonal cabin, Harbor Freight works great.

Stopped in there today to pick up a can of penetrating oil. They had just what I wanted. I usually find what I'm looking for at harbor freight, and the service is always good.

I like shopping here but you're attacked by sales people from the minute you walk in. The first time is good but then it's just annoying. Maybe because I'm a woman and they think I don't know what I'm looking at or buying. Whatever the reason its overkill. You can overdo the customer service.

Good prices but some of the stuff is made very cheap. If you need a cheap air chuck, tarps ratchet straps or something I recommend but I'd pay they extra at like lowes or something for power tools and bigger items.

All harbor frieghts are the same except the employees and that's what matters,first off if you use Debit and have a return call them first as they can only return debit as cash and keep less than $200 in the drawer so if you buy a big ticket item and try to return it there will be a long wait

From first hand experience I have seen how badly this store treats their employees. They over work there employees and expect them to take on responsibilities that are not in there job description and makes the employee feel obligated to do those activities in fear of loosing there job. I have also watched this store grant vacation time to employees then at last minute revoke that vacation time and for them to work while telling the employee that they need to step up and work. The managers and intermediate managers of this store should be ashamed of themselves for putting there responsibilities upon every one else.

If you don't have a monthly paid for membership then the offerering is no better or worse than you can find anywhere else. I rarely find good deals or a quality product.

So nice to have this in Cortland now! My dad loves tools and we would always have to go to Ithaca or Syracuse to visit a Harbor Freight. They always have great deals!

I love harbor freight. They have solid tools. They are not the best of the best. But they get the job done. Great for crew tools. Great for dirty jobs.
