Always clean. Employees are helpful. Stock isn't always replaced quickly enough. The pharmacy business office is pushy. But beats Walmart any day.

It has a hometown feeling shopping at CVS. Everyone says hi and knows my name as well as I know everyone there by their name. I feel I am an important person shopping there. And receive help when ever I ask. All employees go beyond expectations. The pharmacy is also very help. I pickup several prescription each month for my disabled son. Never have a problem and they are sure to remind me when prescriptionsare coming up. Have even been called if there is a problem with one of my sons prescription. The pharmacist Michael is very caring.I am pleased to be a customer of CVS. Thank You

I wish i can give no star! These women at this pharmacy are so rude. Just seems like everything is a bother! Took everything in me to keep my cool! The only person that saves this pharmacy is Michael. He's very helpful and pleasant to speak too but he isn't always there. So unfortunately I will have to switch! Consider yourself warned! Find another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a den of cougars who might have just gotten out of prison and hate there jobs and the customers. I asked where the Asian pharmacist was and apparently this was racist to ask. ( not to mention my wife is Asian) They are rude and treated me like I was a junky to get my pain medication. Although my rib is broken and I was in a significant amount of pain. I will never go here again.

My experiences with the CVS in Cornwall is always excellent. The pharmacy is very efficient. The staff members are friendly offering their help readily. I am very satisfied with the care provided and recommend this store.

I really hate this place. They have no follow through with attempting to get your meds, the pharmacist are nice, but the techs are often kinda on edge.Because of their lack of personal touch, I want the better part of a well without meds, multiple times.I guess I'm used to the service provided by privately owned pharmacies in NYC.In town there is a private pharmacy just down the road from this place, the service is SO MUCH BETTER! (Saying it loud for those in the back).

It's a CVS, a drug store that has designs on being a superstore with all the essentials for eating and health and beauty as well as prescriptions and the ability to get various injections. Staff today was helpful and no wait at self checkout but to be honest this is not always the case

Today while online at CVS this elderly lady was treated poorly by the clerk and I had to go off. The elderly lady about 85 had called CVS to find out if they had flu shots available, they told her yes. When she got there they had apparently run out of the special flu shots that are being given to the elderly. She was so sweet and simply asked the young clerk what was the point of calling and asking first only to find out you’re out. The clerk basically told her to move. I have seen this clerk be rude on other occasions and I couldn’t stay shut. I told her she needs to learn compassion. Then she told her Co worker I’m not taking care of “these people“ and walked away. So I told her you need to grow up and she said I need to stop antagonizing her and I told her to learn how to speak to people and the pharmacist told her to take a break so she left and as she left she yelled out you’re a 100 years old. At that point I just shut up. Needless to say I’m putting in a formal complaint. If she has a problem with old people she shouldn’t be working at a pharmacy. My young son was with me and said he felt sorry for the old lady because he felt the clerk just dismissed her like a piece of garbage. That’s exactly how I felt. #CVS

The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 1:30 p.m. and today they were not. I pointed out that it wasn't 1:30 yet and she told me we already closed the registers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Rude staff at the pharmacy. The woman told me I didn't have a prescription even when I showed her the email from my doctor confirming that he sent it to the pharmacy, then treated me like I didn't know anything afterward. The staff here is unprofessional and unkind.

People who work the pharmacy are so rude!! I’ve been going here for a very long time. I’m finally done! Will be transferring all prescriptions to another cvs. Everyone in the work force are facing challenges.. Being, short, abrupt with your customers, makes it ten times worse to go there!!

Online and store front say open at 7. Showed up at 720 with an emergency and the door was locked. Tried calling and got put on an automated message for 5 minutes and never got ahold of anyone. Will not be returning to this location.

Staff are ok but Manager is bit arrogant and not customer friendly. When I asked few items that were locked and he came and gave look that I felt awkward. May he is busy in receiving deliveries, but when customer asks something as manager should help with patience..

My mother was treated so badly that she was too upset to drive the car because of how badly she was treated by the front desk and store manager. He spoke to her viciously and refused to apologize. The man's name was Jamin and the store managers name was Sal. Please take your business somewhere else and support the people that have treated like this. We will never go back to this CVS unless there is an apology.

I found the pharmacy tech not very knowledable norcwhere they helpful. They did no poder to contact my doctor for a prescription refill. I suspect very poor management but I'm stuck as CVS Caremark is my drug pkan

Worst pharmacy! They never have my kids medications in stock even though they are daily medications. They refuse to order ahead of time then when they order it, takes at-least 5 days and they are way over due for the medications.
