There are few moments I will remember for the rest of my life and one of them was at Baby’s Debut seeing my baby’s face and little features for the first time, watching his tiny movements as I felt him flutter around in my tummy. I will never forget that indescribable feeling that I got to share with all of my closest family and friends, which made it that much more personal. Shannon and Bri were more than patient to get the perfect photos and gave me memories that I will forever cherish. This is not just an ultrasound this is an experience and I recommend it for everyone on this journey! :)

I had the best experience when pregnant for my son. My son was stubborn and the lady was very kind and suggested on ways to get him to move so we could actually see little man! We actually were able to see him with the 3D ultrasound and it was amazing my husband and I loved it! I will say though due to ultrasound tech trying her hardest on letting us see our son’s face this is the first time we actually were able to see the baby face! We then picked out a tiger with baby heartbeat in it. We loved this experience definitely worth going and paying the extra money to see your unborn baby.

Being pregnant is such an amazing thing to go through and baby debut makes it even more amazing and personal when you are able to see what you are growing inside up close and in person. My OB/ Perinatal center no longer does 3D ultrasounds so this was my only chance to see my baby up close and personal in 3D. Along with giving my partner and family/friends the chance to be there with me as well. Make an appointment! You won’t regret it!

I had an excellent experience with baby’s debut Clinton location! My ultrasound tech was amazing, we got to see every little inch one my growing baby and she made it a wonderful experience! No complaints at all about my experience with them! However, the massage therapist in their building ruined it completely for me within the last 5 seconds of being there. We had my young daughter with us who was crying and throwing a fit. We tried to console her but we were almost done with the ultrasound so we just decided to finish up. The massage therapist barges into the room, without knocking, and stated very rudely that her client is having trouble relaxing due to the crying baby. While I fully understand this, the way it was handled was completely inappropriate. It is an ultrasound facility, there will be children present at times. She needs to learn how to speak to people more respectfully or possibly move to a different location. She took what was an amazing experience and had me leave almost in tears because we weren’t leaving quickly enough. While I loved this location don’t know if I’ll ever be able to come back as this was just inexcusable.

Please add # of weeks suggested for 3D/4D to your site. No where does it say 24+ weeks for 3D/4D. I scheduled the keepsake 3D/4D package and I am 16 weeks. The questionnaire asked how far you are so the office is well aware before you show up. They waited until me and my family showed up to tell us 3D/4D wouldn’t show much since I was only 16 weeks and Baby wouldn’t be “chunky” enough. So offered to just do the gender portion for $60. I already knew the gender but of course i said yes bcuz many of my family members went out of their way to come see the ultrasound. The print outs were flimsy and none of the pics were clear enough to see anything. I’ve received much better quality from my regular ultrasound follow up appointments. I’ve uploaded Baby debuts flimsy unclear pic.

Went in for a gender ultrasound and had a fabulous experience. Tech didn't rush us at all, took her time finding a good pic, showed us lots of parts and got a great shot of the gender for us! My sister is carrying for us and she was so understanding to our situation. We traveled over an hour to this location and we absolutely have no regrets!

Our first pregnancy and Baby’s Debut was the best experience we’ve had so far. It was amazing to see our child dance and somersault on the screen. The tech we had was amazing and so personable. We live over an hour and a half away from this facility and it was WELL worth the trip. We will be making another appointment further in our pregnancy.Thank you, baby debut !!

I would recommend Baby Debut to everyone! The staff was extremely friendly and patient! I had to go back for a redo appointment as my baby boy is very stubborn and we eventually got amazing pictures as the staff did not give up & tried just about everything to get the beautiful pictures! I will be back if I ever have another 😉 thank you again!!

I made an appointment here for my son who is expecting his first baby. We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Our technician, Briana, was very friendly, very accommodating & very knowledgeable in pointing out the baby’s anatomy and what we were looking at. We did the gender reveal however did not want it revealed at that time.. Briana made sure that we couldn’t see when she was checking gender! The office space is clean, very inviting and comfortable. The pictures we were provided we very clear, and we were able to get clear views of our little guy! We were even able to get a recording of the baby’s heartbeat to place inside a stuffed animal (there are many to choose from!) as a keepsake! We enjoyed our visit there so much we will be going back in a couple of weeks!!

Amazing experience. I brought my momFor Mother’s Day and my husband because they have not been able to come to any sonograms due to Covid. So happy we did this. The staff was so nice and took their time. We got amazing pictures of our little. We all were so happy with our experience!

Baby's Debut provided me with great experiences during my pregnancy! I enjoyed BOTH of my 3d/4d ultrasounds and both staff members I worked with made me feel comfortable and excited! The room was relaxing and the pictures I received are irreplaceable! I highly recommend checking out Baby's Debut - Shannon and the other staff is awesome!! It was so amazing to watch my little one on the television screen while feeling the kicks/movements at the same time!

This was my second pregnancy and second experience with Baby’s Debut and it was so exciting! For the gender determination- Briana was great not only with us during the appointment, but made my 3 year old feel special that was with us also! She was very patient with getting our baby into the proper position to see HIS gender (second boy-yay!)And then for our 3d/4d we had a stubborn little love who didn’t want to move much, but she made it work and we still got a great shot of his chubby little face! I highly recommend them to anybody expecting! And gift cards would make a great idea for a baby shower present!

I came to find out the gender of my baby boy! We were going it for a gender reveal, so I didn’t find out until our reveal party later but the gender secret was kept by my cousin ❤️ I got to see the cutest shots of my baby boy and Briana was so patient as I had a hyper little baby and he wasn’t very cooperative. She was determined to find the gender and she did along with letting my see my babys face, little legs etc. too! I will definitely be returning and I recommend baby’s debut to anyone who’s expecting!!! Shannon is amazing also the whole staff is so sincere and kind!

Baby's Debut and Shannon offer families the perfect experience to meet their child before they are born. I had an amazing experience getting to see what my daughter was going to look like. It was incredible to watch her moving around and the DVDs and pictures are something that we will always treasure and is something to share with our daughter as she gets older. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and Shannon is personable and professional. It is definitely an amazing experience like none other!

It seems they deleted my review on Facebook and they’ve also disabled reviews for the Syracuse location. I actually recommended their service on Facebook and was going to give a 4 star review on google but after having my review deleted without even being addressed I’m upset.I went in for a peace of mind scan at 13 weeks and the ultrasound tech incorrectly measured his heart rate at the very start of the scan, it was significantly lower and his usual (she measured 116bpm when his usual was consistently high 150s/low 160s) and because of this I wasn’t able to enjoy the scan, I was worried that something had gone wrong. The scan lasted about 8 minutes and I got a few photos. The tech was otherwise friendly and professional but if you’re going to incorrectly measure a heart rate that’s a pretty big error, especially on a reassurance scan. I emailed Baby’s Debut about this before leaving a review but I did not hear back, then they deleted my Facebook review.

Went and had gotten a 4d sonogram for my youngest and it was AMAZING. They had confirmed the gender for us and it was such a pleasant and professional expierence. I would recommend to anybody expecting to expand their family. Prices and packages are great and it truly is a memorable time. Well done Baby’s Debut!!

This was a very positive experience that my girlfriend and I will probably never forget. We set up an appointment to reveal the babys gender, and after seeing the first few scans we both figured that we were having a boy, but we were told it was a girl!! We were both very excited for our future discovery! We plan to schedule a 4d scan in the near future to see just how our little girl is growing. We highly recommend this service to anyone.

We drove almost two hours to their new Syracuse office and it was beyond worth it! The baby wouldn't move to show her at first but she had me try a lot of things to make the baby move until we were successful! My son who is four was welcomed and treated great! Get the heartbeat stuffed animal, it is the best gift I have ever had! My son got to pick out a puppy (they have tons of cute choices!) that they placed a recording of the baby's heart beat in. He sleeps with "his brothers heart" every night! The room was clean, large, features a large tv and couches for your family to watch and the technician was great, we all loved her! Worth every penny, would recommend to anyone who is thinkin about it, just do it! Thank you again baby's debut!!

I was blocked from their site.. so this is my moms review from my experience. She wasn’t pleased the way the lady spoke to!VERY unprofessional! When we called to question our session and let them know how we felt about the pics we received they were extremely rude!! Questioning and arguing with a customer is NOT right! Daughter was turned to face the wall during the session! YES we know that you can not control the baby nor his movement but instead of turning towards the wall I suggest have the mother lie the opposite way on the bed so she can still see the screen. Not only was she facing the wall but the employee was too busy playing with her hair and watching the screen to answer questions! The employee asked if we knew how much it cost at a hospital? Wth!!! It is NONE of your business what insurance we have nor how much we pay. We paid for your service. Your service not once but we have came twice!!! The staff hung up not once but TWICE!!! We will Never go again or ever recommend any one!!!! So now since the customer is blocked from Facebook I will leave the review!! that right there is good customer service not even allowing the customer to leave an accurate review!

I had a great experience! I went to the new Hartford office for a gender reveal sonogram appointment. They got me right in, the sonogram tech was great! She was very nice and answered all our questions and made our experoenxe all over amazing! I will be going back for the 3d 4d sonogram and def recommend this office !

Melissa is AMAZING!!! My daughter was verrrry difficult. She was patient, and didnt stop having me try different positions until finalllllllly we got some amazing shots! I cried my eyes out in frustration, for the first while it was impossible to see her bc the umbilical cord was completely covering her whole face, then it was her hands and then her feet lol, and finallllly we got some good ones :) I was fit in last-minute and I desperately needed that to happen due to wanting to show off my precious babygirl at my babyshower which is 2 days away. Im very pleasantly pleased with the service, and the patience melissa displayed! She in the end made it happen and my heart is overjoyed! Thank you melissa! Your wonderful!!!

This place is the worst 3D place ever. My family walked in and wasn't greeted for starters. Then we noticed that the room was small. We have 4 children and expecting another and the lady seemed to have judged us as soon as we walked in. She then began to start the ultrasound without me present in the room. This is obviously a couples thing and in as little as 4 minutes of being in the room we left. The lady was rude upon leaving and my wife and I don't recommend this place to anyone at all.

I went in for a premier package 2 weeks ago. My baby boy was not cooperative so we had to go back. The staff was VERY friendly and I will recommend everyone I know to go here!!! They tried absolutely everything to get him to position right, but he was just to stubborn!
