I think it’s better and cooler than other brands out there. The prices are less the home depo and lows.We saw many options in one store, hunting, outdoor furniture, clothing, decorations, mulch, tools, shoes, lights, guns, mask, fishing etcThe prices are cooperatively better here with more options. Must visit and they have a lot of better options for outdoor decors.Must visit

I love this place. You can find almost everything you need here. They have a good selection of rabbit treats for my pet rabbit. Their clothes are always a high quality.

I really like this store. It's a hidden gem for sportsmen. I picked up a predator call here yesterday. They had more of a selection than bass pro. They even had trap sets. I've never done any trapping, but it is interesting.

Amazing store. I rely on them for fishing bait. They always hook you up too. Love this store. I dont think enough people know what Runnings is about. They really do have it all.

Managers and staff lack initiative. They are not helpful. They do not put the customer first. Managers are seen chatting and avoiding doing any work and will not assist or interact with customers unless they absolutely have too. Managers are disrespectful, lazy, and rude.

I was interested in a battery pack(m12) for a heated jacket. Milwaukee-which was on sale at Ace down the road.The store manager stated he was not able to assist me. Disappointing.

Stores okay used to be better I had a little better selection in their firearms Department but they do not really cater to the bigger customers such as having a big and tall section but overall a decent store

I did a simple online order for one small item. When I arrived. The item was not as described on the website. I was treated very badly when I pointed this out to the girl at the checkout and also to the person that does the online order fulfillment. Also I will not go back. I drove 35 mi one way. Filled out a bunch of information on the website. Paid the money and I got nothing but a hard time. After I got my refund I went out in the parking lot and order the same item online from Amazon before I left parking lot. It was not a good experience at Runnings 👎

Prices are 5 stars for value. Minus 1 star because they aren't always labeled. Their selection of products is amazing. From chainsaws to chickens, firearms to fireside furniture, canning supplies to carb cleaner. Truly amazing what all they sell. One of my favorite stores. Really the only reasons I give them 4 stars instead 5 is the fact things aren't always labeled, and sometimes getting help from an employee can be difficult.

A good store with nice employees, and a good selection of products....a lot of the sections I shop in (example: camping, gardening) are often messy and unorganized. Which wouldn't be terrible..except things are often not priced. And if they are, the listed price does not match what it rings in the register for. This has happened twice (and it was the correct item and the price tag had the correct item on it) and they have 100% lost sales because I don't know how much something costs and I am not going to track down an employee to find out.

Amazingly good customer service in sporting goods recently. My son had a lot of questions and wanted to look at all options. A worker named Rick was extremely helpful - answered a lot of questions knowledgeably and with a lot of kindness. We were both impressed and we had a great trip to the woods with the stuff we got at Runnings.
