I have been bringing my daughter here for the last 3 years and was VERY impressed by the changes in the last year. Every year something new has been added and we are never bored feeling like we’re walking through the same things. Very clean and well kept, staff was very friendly pointing out the baby goats born recently at our visit on 5/3. Feeding the giraffes was a huge hit for all of us. This is one of the only zoos I’ve ever visited with such well maintained areas for the animals living there. Highly recommend!!

Recently visited - we had a good time in general. I find it a bit ridiculous when establishments like this do not allow outside food/drink so that you are forced to purchase their overpriced food. The entrance/exit in the main building is a disaster. People leaving/entering and checking out from the gift shop all in the same place. The entire main building smelled like public restrooms - the restrooms were also gag-worthy. They have updated a lot of the exhibits and they appear to have a lot more goats. The most disappointing aspect of the trip was the condition of some of these goats - some heavily pregnant. They are badly in need of a farrier; so many of their hooves are overgrown and look painful. We also noticed a larger breed of goat near the seating/food area who seemed to have some real trouble crossing the bridge over the water. Sad!

We love coming here. I'm not a big fan of the zoos but the animals look very well taken care of here. This was the 1st time we attended to see the lights, it was beautiful.

The Wild is a great place to see a large variety of animals as well as feed some. They have all the large Cats and two types of Bears. Giraffes and penguins, too.You can pay more for one on one experiences with some animals, not the dangerous ones.There are places to eat, pan for gems or fossils, feed Giraffes, or close yourself in a house full of colorful little hungry parakeets with a seed stick (my personal nightmare) and three bounce houses (decent sized under a roof with an arcade).The Wild has improved and grown itself over the years into a wonderful place to bring family friends and children for a few hours or all day and if you have children should be on your summer to do list.

I always enjoy coming here. It's so much more interactive than other zoos. My daughter always looks forward to The Wild. I think this is her 4th visit?There were some new or different animals since the last time I came, which is nice. I think we spent more time feeding the giraffes and goats than doing anything elseMy only complaint is that it's getting more expensive. I understand that it's not cheap running the place. I get it, and I cannot imagine the costs involved just with feed aloneWe'll be returning again before the weather gets cold, I'm sure. Maybe next time we'll spend more time feeding the ducks that timePrice for entry: $20

My friend and I went to the Wild Animal Park and had an amazing time. The facility was clean, the staff was happy and friendly and most importantly the animals all had very nice enclosures that seemed so much nicer than other zoos I have seen. We did the parakeet encounter which was so cool, we fed the giraffes which was intimidating but well worth it and we also did the sloth encounter which was the neatest experience we have ever had. We did buy the combo pass so we did the safari as well. The safari was neat, but not for the faint of heart with how pushy ostrich’s can be haha Overall, I highly recommend going to the wild animal park!!

Visited today for the first time since they opened a few years ago. Loved how much it expanded and how healthy the animals look. It was great being able to see the animals as well. My reasoning for 4 stars was the staffs riding around on the gators. They drive extremely fast for a place full of kids walking around. The staff also weren’t the politest when asking our 2 year old to move for them to continue flying around the park. The drive through safari was great and we all loved that experience.

Did the sloth encounter. Kelly was amazing. She was running a little late, but more than made up for that fact with the experience she provided. Super engaged, informative. She really exceeded any expectations we may have had prior to this. Got to see six sloths up close and personal. And also held one at the end. What amazing time thank you again Kelly much appreciated.

Great place to take the kids. Price is a little steep but not unreasonable for how nice the park is. There are lots of animals to see, plus you can feed the giraffes... that alone was worth it. Large gift shop area. The variety of animals was very surprising! Feeding animals, including goats, giraffes, and birds, is extra but very inexpensive. Large enclosed play gaming area also extra.

The park is absolutely gorgeous. They are doing some renovating/construction to make it even better but its not obtrusive. The kids had a great time and we added the day pass for the bounce houses which was fun. We will be back for sure, looking forward to some of their fall activities and getting to do the safari next time around.
