The customer service is so bad! The attitudes! They make you feel as if your are burdening them when you’re at the counter. I had a prescription sent for a brand and they filled it as generic without informing me. I reached out to the Dr. and he sent me confirmation of what he sent. They are disappointing to this community, I will not use them again. Do better for our community Chester NY Walgreens!

I would just like to say that the pharmacist at Walgreens in Chester, Miss Stephanie and her staff there are wonderful, helpful and kind people. I am a Disabled Veterans. Who has undergone over 30 procedures, and not because of my disability, but Miss Stephanie and the rest of the employees in that entire Walgreen are so caring and helpful, but not only to me I see how they speak and help everyone else that comes into their doors. Whoever writes a bad review often it’s because they are selfish and don’t really about anything but themselves I pray to God, that Miss Stephanie and all her coworkers will always be there, not only for me, but the rest of us who come to the Walgreens in Chester please take care of them. Please help them in every way you can. They are very deserving. I love them all with my heart and pray for them at night. Thank you. Have a good day.

The pharmacist is a psycho. One month she fills your scripts and the next month she needs documentation. She screams through the drive in window what medication I take. They are the worst. Looking for a new pharmacy. I just recently switched because I live close by. They act like they are doctors. They can check their records. They filled my scripts the last 2 months. Nut job!!!

Annette is completely incompetent at customer service. 3rd time I've dealt with her dropping off FedEx packages and she fiddles with her device every time claiming it doesn't work and she finds someone else to take care of my service. How she's been employed since 2009 I can not fathom. Please retire her and find someone more capable.

On Saturday 5/14/22 I went into Walgreen's Chester to pick up a pain medicine prescription ordered from my Dentist as I had a very painful toothache. Well the prescription was in the system but they had not acknowledged it yet. I told the clerk I needed it as soon as possible as I was in terrible pain, it took all I had just to drive to Chester I was in so much pain. I asked how long it would take to be filled and he told me he did not know because it was codine an it had to be approved by the pharmacist. I almost started to cry. The woman pharmacist sitting just to his left could hear our conversation, she came over and said to the clerk, give me that and I will fill it right away. She told me to take a set , it would be a few minutes! I was out the door in just a few minutes. Thank You to this woman Pharmacist who stepped in to help me ! I thank you so much!!!!!! You are an awesome person!!

Worst pharmacy it was so much better when it was Rite Aide. They literally leave you on hold for over an hour, and keep replaying the same message that there are more than 3 callers ahead of you, the drive thru is just as bad and when you question why the long wait they totally ignore you. Medication is never ready, rude staff, horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Pharmacy is top notch. Rest of store not so. Waited 5 minutes for someone to check me out. Several employees looked at me waiting with 0 help. Left and went to CVS. In and out.

Prices are ridiculous, online it’s a cheaper price and they won’t price check it. CVS has the same products for a lower price! The Phramacy is sooo slow, I always have to wait 20 minutes in line to pick up.
