They had the part I needed but lacked an employee to assist me.I ended up using Google to find the correct replacement part because they no longer carry true Husqvarna parts.Also, no actual cashier. Self serve kiosk but still had to wait for an employee to remove the security device

Avoid at all costs. Was given attitude for a large mulch pickup, so this time I ordered it to be delivered (same day). They failed to deliver a $300+ order of mulch, and after giving me the run-around all week (literally hours on the phone day after day talking to people who had no idea what was going on) I had to get Lowes corporate customer care on the phone with them to actually get them to do anything. Ultimately they said there was nothing they could do (despite the mulch being in stock) they refunded the order (which of course will take potentially weeks to process) and said I had to re-order it. Why would I even consider re-ordering considering there is apparently no guarantee that anything will actually be delivered, and the store will take no responsibility? They had all kinds of excuses, placed the blame on a third party delivery company, claimed their hands were tied since it was an online order through the Lowes app (essentially blaming me). Terrible management. Looking forward to reading their pithy response to this with their standard boilerplate "we care and want to make it right". Don't make me laugh.

Bought a sleeper sofa online from Lowe's. It broke after few days. Called Lowe's and they told me I had to bring it back to the store. They don't care about transport, even if the couch breaks. You will need to find a way to take it back to shop. I checked with them after the 90 days had passed, and the associates at the Return center in Henrietta told me I could bring back the couch. When I finally was able to find a truck and bring it back to the store, they tell me I have to check with the manufacturer. Unacceptable behavior and irresponsible staff!Update: not only they don't care about the customers, but they also have no idea how to reach out to the manufacturer of the products they sell. They were not able to give me a phone number for the 'ghost' manufacturer. Ridiculous!

I went to the Lowe's in Henrietta store with my 81 yr old Aunt to buy vertical blinds. We asked an associate nearby for some help. They needed to be cut down. It was not her area and she pressed a button for the proper person to help us. We heard it announced over the intercom several times that help was needed in the blind department. We were there at least 15 minutes or more waiting for someone to come. An associate was approaching towards us and I asked if he was there to help us. He said no but he saw the proper person was headed our way. However, no one ever showed up. When we went up to the cashier and told her she did not even pay attention. There were like four customer associates just standing around in the front. That was very poor customer service all around. We will not be returning there.

I was in Lowe's this morning. Got to go to check out and all that was open was a self-checkouts. I had an item that didn't have a barcode on it from the plant department, the gentleman, who I guess was overseeing the area, told me that I would have to go find something that related to the same inorder to purchase. So I left the item behind. One of the top reasons I hate self-checkout. If there was an associate running a register they would have found a price or called for assistance. Disappointed in Lowe's today

I have purchased numerous items from Lowe’s over the years. Their staff have always been pleasant and helpful. The selection in each department is very good. The prices reasonable, except now with inflation. But we are all dealing with that. I recently went to Lowe’s for a few items. I was very disappointed to find no cashiers and only self serve registers open. The associate helped me cash out my purchase. I can’t say that I will never shop at Lowe’s again, but I will definitely stop to check out your competitor to see if they have cashiers. Not everyone likes self serve. And you are losing money and customers every day you don’t have cashiers.

I was so pleased with my visits this morning, I needed some soil. Of course the garden center is an open, but a very nice store employee said, may I help you and he loaded everything on my cart and help me check out and then write to my car. I was very appreciative. Thank you.

BUYER BEWARE ON MAJOR APPLIANCES! My wife and I bought a refrigerator through this Lowe's store to have an actual local person involved in the process. If you expect good and helpful service, look elsewhere for it. Our order got shipped out of Syracuse and damaged in the process of installation. The Henrietta store could care less about helping out a customer who probably got them a commission for the sale. We got forwarded to a call center who was not sympathetic to a simple request of replacing the door that was dented by the installation technicians. The delivery was rushed, shoddy, and no care taken for my house or the appliance. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.Update: 12-28-23After spending more time on the phone with Lowe's, their solution is to make me go call GE to get this issue resolved and also call their delivery service myself to find out why the service didn't contact me about the property damage they caused during the installation. My opinion about Lowe's continues to lower and I will definitely be giving Home Depot my business for large purchase in the future.

Customer service has been absolutely awful. We have been trying to order a smart shade since Black Friday and it still has not been ordered. We’ve tried calling the store and no one returns our calls or no one picks up the phone. The only way we get to talk to anyone is by physically going to the store. Even then it’s difficult to find someone to help us. I wish they would get their act together. We already paid for the shade back in December.

Deceive people. They do not refund money for the goods. if you don't have a sales receipt. When presented with a debit card they say they don't see the purchase. The purchase is visible on the bank statement. support doesn't help. I won’t go to this store again and I will try to dissuade everyone from doing so.

Customer ‘service’ is awful, both in-store and on the phone, where they park you on hold until you give up. Products so poor in quality that contractors won’t install them if you buy them there (really!). My plumber wouldn’t install a brand new toilet I purchased at Lowes, citing a 50% failure rate on these. Junk products and even worse customer service. I purchased a snowblower and a toilet and when I asked to see what contact number was that they had to call me, the cashier couldn’t be bothered. As a result, I didn’t get the delivery updates. Then when they delivered my snowblower and my toilet they just left the toilet stacked on top of the snowblower. Thanks, really enjoyed wrestling that down.

I purchased a washer about 6 months ago and it is broken already. I have been trying to reach an appliance associate or manager for the past 30 minutes and request a repair appointment for the past hour at the warranty 800#.I've been sent in circles and transferred several times, just to be told that no one is available.Next appliance purchase will be made at HOME DEPOT!!

On November 27th, I ordered a leaf sweeper online. According to the online invoice, the estimated pickup date was listed as November 29th. There is mention on the invoice that the item is delayed but is being worked on. I have gone to the store twice in person and was told that the item has not yet arrived at the store. It is the holiday season and I can understand a delay but it is already December 8th as I am writing this review. The problem with continuing to wait is that any leaf device like a sweeper or blower is no longer useful because there is now snow on the ground. Today, I went to the Henrietta Lowes’ website and canceled the order and will never again purchase anything through Lowes. The reason why I delayed ordering the item until November 27th was because of health reasons which prevented me from completing the yard work any earlier. The leaves are still not picked up in my yard.

Ordered approximately $7k worth of kitchen and laundry appliances in 1.5 years time. Wouldn't give me a refund without a receipt for a item worth $39.99, seriously? Customer representative told me that theft is an issue since covid. Well, that's understandable, but then proceeded to tell me that can't issue a store credit? Well, that is unacceptable, gone are the days when the customer has some rights. I think I'm more let down that I had to waste an hour of my time dealing with this, hope management reads this, but I'm sure they don't really care as either.

Bought a washing machine and paid for delivery, installation and for the old one to be brought out. Delivery driver leaves the new washer in the middle of our entry way and leaves. Says it’s bc he’s not allowed to touch our washer hoses due to some rust. (They came right off when I installed it myself) I call to be refunded the extra money and I’m told by the warehouse manager that wasn’t going to happen and that they don’t do installs anyway. Apparently the sales reps at Lowe’s will promise anything to get you to buy.

Purchased an Ariens deluxe 24 snow blower through Lowe's in Henrietta, NY. My son and I were excited. When we took it home my son noticed some missing parts. I checked it out and he was correct. Probably my fault for not checking it before taking it home. Guess I trusted the company too much. But now I have to call Ariens and order the missing parts. Hopefully they won't charge me. I won't bother calling Lowe's because they'll tell me to contact Ariens. I'm very disappointed.

I purchased a 15-amp Siemens arc fault circuit breaker for around $50 from this Lowes location for my pool motor which kept tripping. I had to exchange because it kept tripping and I needed a 20-amp. I’m used to shopping at Home Depot which takes returns without receipts no problems so I did not keep my receipt, purchase was paid for with cash. The item was still in original packaging and worked fine (just the wrong size) - see picture. However at Lowe’s Return clerk would not return item without receipt (even though it states on their policy posted right behind that they do accept returns with no receipt), citing an exception for this item. Note that I have not had to return another item to Lowe’s. Most of us don’t have time to waste with this kind of stuff and recommend you stay away as well. Terrible service.

I had to find paint that would match my apartment's wall paint shadeIt was quite difficult, there were about 40-50 shades of white. Fortunately I met Larry who helped me with the process - I had to return multiple times, since the samples were not matching. I decided to paint the entire wall and not run back and forth. Larry was there again and he had some great ideas on what would work the best for me. And it did. He was very kind, polite, professional, and listened to me, which made the whole process smoother. The paint saga ended successfully. Thank you so much.

Super friendly staff! We bring our dog Moose here a few times a week to work on his therapy dog training, and he loves coming. The staff always ask before petting him which we appreciate so much. This is a great place to bring your pup!

Staff was so helpful. I had to purchase a new kitchen faucet and all new plumbing for under my kitchen sink. I took a photo on my phone from under my sink and the staff set me up with everything I needed to get the job done. He asked if I had the proper wrench which I didn't know I would need so I also purchased that. If I didn't have that wrench I would have had to go back out shopping again just to get the job done. Thank You Lowe's!!! Saved me a lot of money doing it myself.

Abandon hope all ye who dare enter...This place has become a complete wasteland over the last few years. There is never anyone where you need them, the registers are never open, aisles are consistently blocked by carts/ladders/pickup orders, lumber is complete joke, and management has done nothing to help their staff succeed.I became a Home Depot guy earlier this summer after it took me over an hour to buy five gallons of paint. I had to buy more matching paint this morning and waited more than 10 minutes for someone to show up at the paint desk.Just awful.

I like Lowe's. Generally has good selection of items. Today I was looking for flooring, specifically luxury vinyl plank. Very limited selection in a stone/slate/tile look that I want for my project. I know I can look online for a slightly better selection but I will have to order samples.

We just left Lowe's in Henrietta. They had 1 checkout person and she was working the self checkout. My husband had 10 to 12 bags of soil and mulch in the garden section and all those registers and outdoor exits are closed. He is up in age and he had to push the big cart that also had a 6x6 8 foot long board on it to the registers. Ar least one of your sales associates walked right by and didn't even offer to help.. we'll think twice before coming back to this storePathetic 0
