This guy have a 5 star for a reason, If I can give him 10 stars I would definitely do, he always take the time to answer any questions, I’m truck driver so he fixed my internet remotely, it sounds scary to trust someone to access your laptop remotely but I tried it and it’s 100% safe to do and I worked with him 3 times this way since I live on the road 24/7 , he saved my day and fixed my internet speed 🚀🚀🚀, I’m so happy with the results, price is really good too he deserves every single dollar I spent for his job, thank you Chester Teck

I must say Chester Tech Repairs is an excellent company. The technician assisting me, Alfredo, is a true craftsman in both technical knowledge and customer support. Due to changes I made in the routers configuration, I was unable to log in to the router’s admin page. I additionally made a dunce mistake (the kind where you would get slapped across the back of the head) when attempting to reset the router. Alfredo was very patient while conversing via email and eventually live chat. He was able to email me a video showing the factory reset procedure for my new router. Needless to say, Chester Tech Repair's support is top notch and if I lived in Chester NY, I would not hesitate to send my family members to his business. To get out-of-state support so quickly during closing time is a testament to how much Alfredo values his customers and how he wholeheartedly believes in the products he sells. Alfredo, thank you for your time and patience working with me.

My iPhone was smashed beyond belief. I arrived there thinking it was too badly damaged for repair, however, Alfredo took my phone apart in less than an hour repaired it with new glass, and it’s functioning even better than ever. He saved me a lot of time and aggravation so that I wouldn’t have to buy a whole new phone. I was convinced I had lost all my photos and files because I had an issue with my iCloud account as well. Alfredo was able to fix both problems quickly and efficiently. I would give them a 10 star review if I could! Can’t beat his prices either. Thank you so much for your time, effort and help.

I'm not tech savvy by any means, and needed help with information about a mobile Internet solution. Alfredo chatted directly with me, put up with my questions, never made me feel like I was stupid for asking those questions, and gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision. Hello everyone. I just finished the "setup" on my router I purchased from Alfredo. A little back story. I have been running a Mofi4500 for the last three years. Wasn't a bad device, but maxed out around 40MBPS. My area has recently updated the towers to 5G (I live way out in the country). So I contacted Mofi on three different occasions asking which replacement router would be the best. They recommended one and shipped it to me. Once I received the router, I could not get the thing set up and connected. I spent several HOURS on the phone, to only be told that they would have to reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me. I even tried to get them to activate the sim they sent with the router and that didn't work. I eventually returned the router and am now waiting for my refund. So the search continued.I found Chester Tech Repairs online and reached out via chat. Alfredo was quick to respond and answer any questions I had about routers in general and about my issue. He promised me that if I ordered the router he suggested, that it would come "ready to go", with no setup needed! So I ordered the router and two days later it arrived. Believe it or not, this thing was truly plug and play! Plug in your sim and plug it into the outlet. That's it!!! It was seriously that easy!!!! I was so reserved about it working and I was so wrong. This was the easiest router I have ever dealt with! Alfredo knows what he is doing and is very easy to talk to with no sales pressure at all.And my download speeds are absolutely amazing.Alfredo, thank you for being a good person! I called and spoke with Alfredo on the phone, he was super busy but took the time to invite me to come down and he would look at my iPhone 2020 SE for battery and port issues.THIS GUY IS THE BEST!He was slammed with 5 walk ins while I was there and was also… at the same time helping someone remotely rebuild or reprogram their system.Every single person was immediately acknowledged, and helped professionally within minutes. I don’t know how he did allThis at once, but within 10 minutes my battery was replaced and my port was now clear and working.As long as this man is in service, I will never go anywhere else for phone issues again.Plus ++++ the price was right too.Thank you so much.

Brought my phone in cracked with a geeen line and have the screen didn’t work. The guy said I have your phones parts coming today and will be done by end of day. Had a shattered back of an iPhone and dropped in to see if it could be fixed in a few days. Alfredo had it done in less than 30 minutes!The owner is friendly, and works fast. Other places were telling me it would be a few days before I have my phone back, but he had it done in no time, and it looks great. I am new to T-Mobile 5G Home Internet service and I am on the edge of their coverage map. I was not getting the download and upload speeds that I needed so I could work from home. After doing some research online, I stumbled across Chester Tech Repairs. I ordered the Cheetah Wi-Fi router on Friday and it showed up on Monday. I never set up any equipment like this before and had a little issue with it so I reached out to Alfredo through his online chat feature. Within minutes he had me online but I was still having slow download and upload speeds. He then walked me through the process of tuning the Cheetah Wi-Fi router to lock in certain cell bands. Within minutes I was getting exceptional download and upload speeds. He really saved the day. I later found out that he was doing all this tech support with me while he was out shopping. He truly has a high level of service commitment to his customers. I definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs to improve their 5G service.

I went in with no appointment and the owner fixed my rear camera in not even 10 minutes. If anyone needs there electronics fixed go to Mobile Rescue! You cannot beat his prices and his service if I would’ve went to best buy it would been tripled the price and would’ve taken 3 days. Mobile Rescue is the place to go for mobile repairs. Owner is nice,respectful, and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for future business.

You want easy? CheckYou want to pull it out of the box, put your sim in, and power it up? CheckI've been running my home network hotspot style for a couple years now, and I've never seen a device this easy to set up, and I've tried several. No tweaks needed for unlimited data, no messing with TTL if you tell them what carrier your running. Industrial grade parts and build at consumer prices. I wish I had found something like this two years ago when I started on this internet journey.Customer service is awesome, I honestly don't know how this guy has time to work with all the questions I asked, even before I purchased a unit I was offered lots of knowledge and assistance on finding the right 5G device for my situation.Seriously can't say enough good things about Chester's, they are tip top.

This is a solo guy just doing something he enjoys. His hard work and dedication to his job really proved all other shops and chains obsolete. Since I couldn't get to the shop to have my old iPhone fixed, I told him I would ship it and I would include a shipping label for return shipping. He literally took time out of his personal life to hand deliver my phone back to me. Please tell me what other business would do that? None. 5 stars isn't enough for him. I'm grateful that he did such a huge act of kindness. I will forever take my electronic repairs here until he retires. He did an amazing job on the repair on my phone making sure when I traded it in, that I will get the full value. He didn't try to upsell anything to me. As stated on a lot of these reviews it’s true, Alfredo is the BEST! My husband was there Saturday with some issue were his phone started an update but then it wouldn’t finish because of storage space but he couldn’t turn the phone back on to make space. Long story short Alfredo fixed it with ease all while assisting an endless parade of other customers the whole time. And the price was certainly right. Best customer service my husband has seen in probably his lifetime he says.Alfredo I’ve already started telling friends and family about you and will certainly continue to do so. Thanks so much! I got my phone from him for a great price and the rare instance I had an issue I brought it in and he fixed it and wouldn’t even charge me. I’ll always refer friends and family to him. Tried to drop off a Nintendo switch for an issue I was having for it. When I asked for a receipt (or some documentation of them taking possession of my item) I was told “we don’t do paperwork.” I was confused and said perhaps I was misunderstood; I just wanted a slip with some rudimentary info about what the item I dropped off etc… you know, normal business practice. (Like how dry cleaners do this when you leave a pair of pants to be cleaned.) The clerk immediately got agitated and I was told that they no longer wanted to work on my item because “if I was being this difficult about a receipt, I would be impossible about any repair performed. And I could go get fleeced by one of his competitors or Nintendo.”So only go to this shop if you don’t care about keeping track of who’s in possession of your expensive items.PS: to the guy at the counter, relax man. No accusations were levied, I just wanted a piece of paper saying you had my switch. Things get lost, stuff happens nobody brought up stealing the switch except you.

Alfredo is the man! He was able to repair my cracked screen while I waited, no inferior parts and a job well done at a reasonable price. He's also a great communicator, Alfredo responded to my appointment request almost immediately and once I got to his shop he explained everything to me about the repair and his work warranty. I felt much more comfortable with Alfredo working with me than those kiosk shops in the mall. Forget those people....go see Alfredo! Highly recommend.

This guy is impressive. My wife’s phone was blocked and no bottom, no function made the phone blink or change the screen. Went to my carrier’s store and they said…if Alfredo can’t fix it, no one will. The waiting time was too long so we took his business card and left. We call him the next day and we explain what happened to the phone. He ask for the defective mobile number and he fixed from his computer. What??? Nothing impress me anymore but what really impressed me was that he didn’t charge us a penny. He is a pure geek. A master. I had use his knowledge and his business many times.
