Prices are good and folks were nice but there's no wine in the store - none. They have beer - strange. Folks that work there didn't seem to have an answer when I asked.If you want wine you'll need to buy it somewhere else.

Store shopping experience was overall good, nice staff and store, but...A lot of the shopping carts are in serious need of maintenance. It took me three carts to find one that didn't make an intolerable squeaking and/or vibration noise. Everyone looks up to see what the loud noise is coming through the doors, both employees and customers.Other than that, very nice store.

Clean store pretty much an find everything your looking for. Not sure of who works there because the people stocking the food didn't wear like a uniform. So if you couldn't find something you don't know who to ask.

This store is 30 minutes from my house. I looked online to see what time they opened which was 6:00am. No where did I see that the deli had different hours. At 7:45am I asked a nice young man at the deli counter for a pound of turkey. As he turns to start my order another employee says “oh you can’t help her we don’t open till 8:00am. Now mind you I am THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE! Great customer service! Told the store manager and instead of saying what was it you wanted let’s get that for you, I got an apology and an “I’ll speak with her that was wrong”. Price Chopper…do better!!! If your deli has different hours, which makes absolutely no sense, it would make sense to put that online as well. I’m sure they don’t care but they lost me as a customer and anyone else I can tell not to shop there.

Good prices and friendly staff and good fresh food. I stopped here after crossing the border to buy some fruit to snack on for the rest of my trip. I was driving late and thankful for a 24 hour grocery store at the first exit past customs!Update: This grocery is no longer open 24 hours, but the rest of the review still stands. I went there last Friday and arrived an hour before closing. The cashier was friendly and my fruit salad was fresh!

Poor lighting, and I do not agree with the policy that you can't put a puppy in a cart, but you can hold a pet. I needed to grab bread and milk, so the mindset that one cannot put a dog in the cart because people put food there, yet you can hold the animal to reach in a cooler full of produce or anything else confuses me. I do agree with the right they have to have any policies they want.

Updating my 5 star review to a 1. Would be a zero if I could. Just wanted to stop by, get my items and leave since I live close by. I always have a decent experience here. The woman working self check out on 5/22/22 around 5:25pm was awful, snarky and sarcastic. After I said I didn't need help, I'm at self checkout she was gossiping with another associate pointing and both looking at me gossiping. I know just me shopping there doesn't affect much but you guys just lost a customer. I won't be returning here and neither will my family. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's conveniently located or I wouldn't even come here. With the prices how they are at this store, being so rediculously high, you'd think they would offer paper bags to their customers. It honestly is just one more expense on top of the inflated prices. I didn't even get everything I needed just because I wasn't willing to pay the outrageous prices.

For the most part PC is a good market, clean and most of the employees are pleasant and helpful. The real problem is the deli, time after time I have had a bad experiences to the point I will no longer purchase anything from there. Today was the last straw, the deli staff ignore you, they think if they don’t make eye contact with you that you don’t exist. I know everyone has to multitask now but the deli is a customer interaction point. Yes you do have to deal with people. I will now take my deli business to Mr. Gooley that is just down the road. I didn’t want to have to split my shopping to a couple different places, but now that I am I will have to consider weather it’s worth shopping at PC altogether.

Good store, employees are always helpful. I do find it is often out of stock on items or doesn't carry items that are in the sales paper, especially if a new product. I will stop by the Price Chopper in Plattsburgh to get the stuff if I really want it and Champlain is out. Plattsburgh is in a bigger area so has a larger selection plus fresh seafood, hot meals, etc area. Champlain definitely does what it can with the building, location, and products.

Not bad for a quick trip if you need a few things. Some prices are really good while others seem too high so pick and choose what you think is best. If you have a lot to get I recommend going to plattsburgh to the Market 32 there. Hopefully this one gets converted soon so we can have more of a selection at fair prices all around.

The prices are decent and they carry a wide variety of foods. This location in champlain is a smaller location so they dont carry quite as much as market 32in Plattsburgh, however their meats are always good the hot food sections, fruits n veggies, deli and bread selections are still great and i cant think of a time that they have been out of anything that i was looking for specifically.

Also there's never been a time when I've gone there for something and it was not in stock and that's huge

As a Canadian, we go there to buy what we can't get this side of the border. Because of the exchange, there are few things that are less expensive anymore. They have a good loyalty program, take advantage of it

Not much to say about price chopper. The only thing good is the convenience of being close. They are super expensive compared to every other supermarket, but they are the only one within 20 minutes driving.

I had the most pleasant experience therea couple of weeks ago.I had bought a product ( indian sauce) at another Price Chopper and couldn't find it in this smaller Price Chopper. I had 2 employees looking for this particular ingredient until we met with the store manager and then all 4 of us, were looking for it.The manager finally decided to put a free sticker on the container of Almond milk which was in my shopping cart to thank me for being patient and also, for the fact that they didn't have this product in their store.This was such a kind touch and I have mentioned this incident to many people around me. Thank you for being so considerate! Lucie

Have to shop around your prices are outrageous. Jacking up prices just to Jack them up is not fair to the consumer. You should have to post the reason the prices have changed on so many products.
