The manager (Toby I believe) went above and beyond to replace a defective item under warranty, even though the item was discontinued. The staff is always helpful and cheerful whenever I stop by. I also like that they keep their shelves well stocked.

I went in to get a couple of paint samples. They could only do one for me because they were out of sample paint. Very disappointed. After seeing my review, the manager Todd called me the next day and I had my samples that evening. He went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer

Decent store but at the same time its one of those stores where they pounce on you like a car salesman as soon as you walk in the door .I understand not everyone has experience in trades and knows what they're looking for , i prefer to ask for help if i need it instead of being asked and not only that sometimes im after one thing and just browsing prices on others.

I have always had really good experiences with service from this Store. The Manager-Todd always goes above and beyond to assist the customers and make them Happy with their purchase. I purchased a Weber grill last week from Ace in Champlain, NY and Todd called me within ten minutes to let me know that because of the purchase that I won a $100.00 gift card. Thank You Ace.

I give this one star for HOW they RELATE to their customers. First of all they won't let their customers use their restrooms. This is an expression that this store treat their customers as a second class. They are very "clicky" between each others. They made me feel like I was interfering with them... that simple.

todd, randy and the owner try they're very best on keeping people happy and wanting to come back to the store, the customer service all depends on who is working and when they are working.. for the most part ok service, only reason for 3 stars is because all the employees are out to get each other fired instead of helping customers!

Plenty of everything at ACE. Clerks are knowledgeable and generally helpful. ACE is more than a hardware store. After a year's absence I find even more hardware available. Unbelievable!
