Huge outlet store, has lots of variety and inventory for men, women, kids and toddlers. Their restrooms and fitting rooms inside the store checkout process is fast and easy, lots of discounts and good deals. Associates are friendly and helpful .

The store was clean and organized. Staff was friendly & accommodating. I believe the associate I had the pleasure of dealing was named Brandon(I might be wrong) however he was trying to convince to me to buy a barbie Hoodie for my daughter. He was not too pushy but convincing. The manager acknowledged us before we headed out. Overall always a good visit for us.

Absolutely worth it to stop by this Old Navy Outlet. They had a large selection of clothing, for all sizes. Beautiful prints and pieces.

Went shopping at this location. Had an unexpected great experience. One of the cashiers, I really wish I could remember her name (cashier 3359989) I think her name was chantel? Anyways, wonderful person. She gave advise automatically about the drinks, and even provided us with a map and directions on how to get our next store. She worked super quickly since the line was long but also felt I rushed at the same time. Super proficient at her job and I really hope she gets recognized for her work and customer service.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This was my first time in this old navy, and I was doing some back to school shopping withFOUR KIDS. They had to try clothes on to figure out what fits and what doesn’t. And hour went by and I’m still in the store and while in the fitting room a Security officer came to approach me and asked me if I needed help. I was very confused at the time because I’m in the fitting room with the kids while they’re trying on the clothes. I said no and asked him why is he asking me if I needed help. He told me that the Manager of the store ( Malcolm ) called them and told that I’ve been in the store for too long over and hour and I didn’t ask anyone for help!I then asked to speak with the Manager because I was beyond confused and shocked.Once a manager came towards me, I asked him why was security called on me. He’s response was for the last few weeks we have had a few incidents and I asked him what does those incidents have to do with me right now. He’s response once again was just oh he’s just doing his job coming in the store and he doesn’t know who called him the security officer. I called the security officer over and had him repeat in front of the store manager what he told me and he just looked at him as he was clueless.So shopping at a store for over an hour is now a crime and from what he stated I didn’t ask his employees for help meanwhile I asked two employees at the time for help looking for items. But I guess he felt uncomfortable with me being there for an hour shopping for four children for back to school. Never in my life have this ever happened where they felt as if I was in their store for too long. And tried to put whatever incident that had occurred on me. I had to ask him out right what do you think I’m here doing trying to steal. And he could not give me an answer. I went to another store before Old navy and spent an hour there and they was nothing but nice and I spent over $1,000 there. And here at old navy that would’ve been well over. I left the store because this isn’t how you treat your PAYING Customers!!! This is such a bad representation for Old Navy.

Great prices. Next trip, I'm going to look around more in the adult section. Forgot to look at coats. Great sale prices on baby clothes. Even got a shirt for our dog for 88cents. Lol

I didn’t really see a price different to the average old navy. I spent $30 bucks on 4 pairs of boxers I don’t feel that was a steal of any kind.

If you want to pay 12$ for an «outlet exclusive» t-shirt that they sell 10$ at regular stores, that's the place.Bad service too.

The people are friendly but our manager Yalonda is something else. She is very disrespectful to her employees. She keeps minors after 9pm on school nights total disregard for their homework, blames them for not being able to stay. She thinks everybody who work their cant do their job right. She just up right disrespectful to all of us and she going to run the business in the ground if she keeps it up. 4 people already want to quit after a week of opening Shame. shame

Warn you all DO NOT go to the restroom inside the store. It was unusual for me to see a bathroom inside the store, but I went in there as I got to go. Well, I got scold by a guy after I got out. A lady must have told him as she was the one who got in and out the restroom. The guy told me told me that there was a sign "it's close." I said that I didn't see it and apologized. It was a little bit harsh and nasty for me the way he said. I was treated like I was a thief cheat to go their bathroom on purpose. I understood during the covid pandemic everyone was scared including me. I assured you I kept my mask on in the bathroom and no covid. If they do not allow customers use their bathroom, then block the hallway, put a door, or lock it so that customers including me can't go. This is a better solution than scolding customers. This was the first and the last time I go to Old Navy Outlet because of the way he scolded me.

I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE.First off, my sister in law was followed around and felt extremely uncomfortable untill her payment went threw and then she received a great big smile, yes she is a women of color.Second, this is supposed to be an outlet and things where priced way higher then they are where I live in NYCThird, it was a messy i even seen a worker place items on a shelf where it didn't belong.
