It’s nice to find a true professional that was able to help me with my pond pump.I was struggling and at the point where I was going to do something I dislike, purchase from Amazon.Jim invited me to his Koi Farm and he was able to show me my pump was now junk.Jim ordered me a new pump, and set it up to just attach easily to my system. Including a test run in his shop.The price was excellent, and with his advice,My waterfall is working great.We did get to discuss fish too.As an enthusiast for exotic pets for 40 yearsHis knowledge of his fish and the obvious beautiful conditions he keeps them in isImpressive.
