I don't particularly like going to this store. Its mainly for convenience because when your ready to check out the self check out line takes forever and the lanes to be checked out by a clerk they are limited to about 3 lines when there are at least 10. Many employees are seen just standing around and when the lines are backed up for check out no one bothers to open a lane to help move customers through. What happened to customer care? Out the window obviously at this store!

I am so thankful for the pick up service. I can no longer walk the aisles and shop so this service is a lifesaver for me. The people that bring the groceries to you are so kind and helpful. I recommend using the service if you are busy or just can't go the distance anymore.

This is one of the cleanest, well staffed, well stocked Walmarts any shopper could hope for. They always have the baseball cards I'm looking for, and by miles and miles they beat my local small town Walmart. I travel on business every two weeks to this area, and I always stop for any needs I might have rather than my local Walmart.

Fist visit to this location. Off jump we noticed that they sell a lot more things then any of my local Walmarts. We were able to find paintball guns, paintballs, and the larger filled containers of CO2.The place was huge but the setup was kinda confusing. The employees actually asked me if I needed help and It was also wonderful to have an actual cashier cash us out and she was super friendly.I definitely recommend this location. If you're looking for something your local Walmart should have but doesn't this place probably does.

The Seneca Falls/Waterloo Walmart always has empty spaces on shelves and in the freezer section. I'm not sure what's happened over the past few years, but they have declined drastically in MY eyes. They need to do much better when ordering products!And the employees might not be happy to be at work, but most of them (probably 80%) need to be "trained" to smile at customers, instead of looking so miserable.

Tried to use selfcheck out today and got yelled at because “you can only have 20 items or less”. She could have said it nicely but instead chose to yell at my son and I. We had to wait 20 minutes in a line instead of scanning our 25 items and leaving. The cashier that scanned our items was unfriendly and was aggressively pushing our groceries as I tried to bag them.If you’re going to make us go back to regular checkout then the employees should have to bag our groceries too. You’re a WalMart not an Aldi.

Had a Horrible customer service experience was going through self check out ....mind you I had no idea they changed policy and only allow 20 items or less i don't really pay attention to the signs most of them are promotional and im always chit chatting I maybe had 26 items aaaand waited in line from halfway down the produce when I finally got there the lady said go somewhere else... then allowed a dude to pass through with half a cart full..And another woman with a full cart!!!

They restricted self checkout to 20 items or less but never have enough normal checkouts open so it always takes forever to checkout. Cashiers don't even bag your groceries like they do at other Walmarts.

This Walmart has 20 checkout aisles and even on a busy Sunday only 3 are open. Lines are out to the clothes and you can't even walk through the main aisle. I would love to say this doesn't happen often, but even the employees know this happens all the time. Someone in front of us asked an employee walking by why can't they open more checkouts and he responded, "because Walmart sucks". They would rather save a couple bucks then make a better shopping experience for their customers.

Crotchety elders and college kids that can't even be bothered to bag groceries anymore. Might as well open more self checkouts, especially since they rarely have enough aisles open anyways. Macedon is significantly better and cleaner.

Decent store but the employees aren't pleasant and do not look to bright. The worst department is the electronics department, they won't help a customer out with anything and are very rude.

Store was decent. But problem was that there were only 3 cashier's for over 50 customers. Was so slow I ended up putting my items back and leaving

Monday January 8, 2018 every cart in the store was in the parking lot instead of inside, grocery shelves were not stocked well and not straightened or faced. Produce department was horrible, not fresh, not stocked, limes were rock hard. Only thing I would have bought in the Produce department would have been Bananas. I have been in retail for 30 years and was completely unimpressed with this location of WalMart. This would be the Canandaigua WalMart.

Susan at self check out was a sweetheart when I forgot my credit card. She held my items for me while I went out to my car and then checked me out personally. Thank you, Susan!! You made my day

Very busy but it was a summer holiday weekend. This store is a super Wally world and finding things obviously takes more time. Parking is fine and the store clean. Produce looked amazing in the grocery section. I believe you can download an app to locate items and what isle they're in. The cashier wasn't real pleasant but I suppose they see a lot of tourists daily.

One of the more inconvenient Walmarts in that the pharmacy and pet sections are on the opposite side of the store from grocery. If only they had a Convenience Aisle in grocery stocked with the most popular items from other sections.
