I ordered 2 large breakfast pizzas for coworkers. When I arrived at the half hour mark when I was told they would be done, only 1 was completed. The girl working and the manager comped the entire order for having to wait the 15 minutes for the second one. The girl working the phone and pizzas is hard of hearing and was having issues with her hearing aids. It was an honest mistake, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Few people and even fewer businesses have that kind of customer service these days. They are an A++++ bunch there. If you visit, please be kind as the people who work there are incredibly kind themselves.Just stopped in again 01/22/2024 to see if it was a fluke to get such exceptional customer service. It was not. The staff at this location are just a group of incredible individuals who excel at customer service. A++++ again!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Place is disgusting. Bathroom floors soaked. Toilet hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The subway bar has old dried up food in all the Crack and areas around it. Tables have same garbage on them I saw there 3 days ago. Staff is very slow. Tales 2 people to make one pizza while others watch

We made our first stop here today(6/13/23). Made a pit stop and picked up a couple of coffees, the coffee was very good. Nice store!

On our way to pick our daughter up from the airport we stopped for gas and my card decided to malfunction, an incredibly kind young man running the register without hesitation, paid for our gas out of his own pocket ensuring that we were able to get to our daughter on time, and allowing me the ability to call and get my card straightened out on the way without the stress and risk of running out of fuel en route. I can't express how thankful we were for his kindness. Luckily, we were greeted by the same smiling gentleman when we stopped back in on our way home to repay him!

There pizza is amazing it was late last nite so I stopped by dandy to get slice pizza an sandwich for my kids an cigarettes for me when we walked up to the counter the lady quickly left the register to go stand in the back corner she was doing nothing but making us wait the worker was the worse disrespectful immature person I have ever delt with I would definitely give it 5 stars bc I have never had a problem there in an out with no trouble but that girl working there most definitely made me mad and it was uncalled for

I got a propane refill...which is a pain for the staff...but they were very pleasant and took no time at all...very nice people...wonderful place!

We stopped at the Dandy Mini Mart for gas and subs. The staff was rude. They were out of several things for the subs, instead of polite I'm sorry, we got an annoyed how could you be so dumb as to want that. The kid at The checkout snot was no better, I paid, and he set down the change and walked away. Um I guess I don't need a bag or have a nice day. Ill go someplace else next time

Never anywhere have I been that an employee is counting the atm money. It's down every morning. Doesn't the service that provides the atm handle that? Very inconvenient

Extremly annoyed that they are changing their breakfast pizza to have sausage in it. I don't eat sausage and have had a slice almost every morning for a while when I pick my fiance up from work. They have lost a loyal customer! As a pizza maker/ manager myself you definitely make what will sell. If I didn't deviate from the recipe then no one would ever order. So sick of corporate businesses thinking they got this when they don't. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I just got fuel for my tractor trailer at this location in Campbell, NY and right now they currently have an employee working behind the counter handling people's needs such as food and money and other items and he is doing nothing but coughing and blowing his nose behind the counter!! Not a good thing while there is a virus making people sick and killing people going around!!

Bought sub at subway, had to wait in gas station line instead of just paying at subway. One person making / wrapping subs with 5 people waiting in line. Not impressed.
