Best customer service!! This staff goes way above and beyond for their customers. Hard to find service like this anymore. A wide variety of goods for one stop shopping. Lots of parking too.The place is immaculate and smells amazing. Keep doing what you do!!

My first time using this pharmacy because I required a special compound cream that most other pharmacies won't mix. I opened the jar to use it for the first time yesterday evening and found what I'm assuming is a cat (or some sort of other animal) hair in my brand new jar of medicine.Called & spoke with a pharmacy tech to make them aware of the issue and his response was, "well it's a topical cream that you aren't ingesting so it shouldn't affect the efficacy of the medicine." - UM?? I'm sorry. This is unsanitary and not acceptable.Shortly after, spoke with a very nice gentleman named Mike who agreed that this wasn't acceptable, nor was his answer to me, and offered to have the script delivered to my office as I do not have time to return the old one/pick the new one up today.While it was kind for them to have the script delivered, their delivery driver did NOT call to let me know they were here for me to meet them downstairs to get it. Instead, the delivery driver had a complete stranger (who just so happened to be my boss), sign off on it and they gave it to her to give to me.??? I am not what I would consider a "Karen" and I understand that mistakes happen, but I have never had an experience like this with any pharmacy in my life. Mike was great, it's not his fault and he was very apologetic but I was never notified that my script was delivered AND it was handed off to someone who was NOT me. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience all around.

I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy, Mike is wonderful and the staff is so friendly ! They genuinely care about you as a person, your not a number and always take the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have . Emergency ? Consider it done ! This is a genuine old fashion pharmacy where you're treated like family.

Let me start by saying the owner and the owners wife are wonderful. People have not had any problems up until they had this new pharmacist come in. I’ve seen her before she’s nasty. She’s rude and I tell you I would run from this place once you meet her, she looked at me. You could find another pharmacist. I’ve had it with you. What is she talking about this woman that works here today and worked here before I actually said I would never go there again because her.

After joining a local community group on Facebook, I saw so many positive posts about the newly opened Medicine Shoppe in The Elm Hill Place.Being a small business owner myself, I decided to give it a try. WOW, I can't say enough about The Medicine Shoppe in Camillus. First and foremost it's close to my home and so convenient.Mike Machen is the Pharmacist/Owner of The Medicine Shoppe. Any time I have had questions about the medicines myself and or my family were prescribed, Mike always took time to answer my questions, address all of our concerns, calm our worries and fears about potential side effects.Another great convenient service they provide are flu shots. For the past three years, I have gotten my flu shots from The Medicine Shoppe. Every time I’ve gotten them, Mike is always great. It’s a great quick in and out and virtually painless.If you are looking for an old school real deal Pharmacy and Pharmacist, look NO FURTHER. You have to check out Mike at The Medicine Shoppe. You won’t be disappointed.

I transferred my meds here from Walgreens because I did not care for the pharmacists attitude there and neither do some other people I know that left as well. They are so nice at the medicine shoppe. It is like an old fashioned pharmacy where they know you by name and take care of you. I love it there and will not leave. Thanks to all of you there at the pharmacy.

As I was visiting the area I needed a pharmacy so I chose this one and I could not be happier the service the staff the environment we're all wonderful and everyone is so caring and friendly I would totally recommend this to anyone in the area if I were to live there I would choose this pharmacy a really great place!
