Very disappointed in my shopping experience this morning. In all my years of shopping in the store have I ever had such a ride customer service experience from the Manager on Duty Kate. She didn't like that I brought my own bag. She swear under her breath. While packing the bag she placed my card next to the frozen food. And I was only her 3 customer of the day. It will be a while before I will shop at this location. It's been awhile since I have shopped this Dollar Tree Store. My experience tonight was pleasant and friendly. It was the cashier's first day on the job. She thanked me for bringing my own bag. I will be back in the near future.

Site seemed clean and organized. The staff were reasonably friendly. I came here for wooden beads for a project I'm working on. I was surprised by the amount of craft type stuff they have. They have a lot of bits and pieces that would keep kids occupied for a long time. Even some things I couldn't find at other big box craft stores like some raw balsa wood things.

Zero stars. A male worker was angry that I took my items to another register. He was running his fingers through his bang. He told me, "If I'm worried about bacteria, then don't come in the store." I asked, "What is your name, you ignorant beep!" I left my items and left the store. That was my first and last visit. They will not be getting any of my money!

Horrible customer service. The only lady cashier never told me my total, never asked if I wanted my recipient, never SAID one word to me or the other person I was with. Needs training 🤷🏿‍♀️

They have such an amazing stock of craft supplies and other stuff that you really would be able to use to make beautiful creations out of. I love the Dollar Tree Stores! This was one of the bigger and nicer ones though they are not all the same.

Friendly employees, and great location. To be perfectly honest, this store is overstocked with merchandise and it's placed everywhere, on risers and endcaps and stacks. Many unopened seasonal boxes too. It's a large store so you may not completely notice this. I still like this location.

Lisa deserves a raise and promotion!! She is such an asset to the Milton ave. dollar tree! Lisa went above and beyond for me! First she got all 16 of my balloons ready to go and THEN... she waited for me to get my car and helped make sure all 16 were secured down before I left!! Wonderful customer service!! Best dollar tree around!!!

Valentines day cards. I get all my cards here for every holiday. Sometimes I'll buy 25 or 30 for every occasion so I'm ready for the next holiday, birthday, wedding, death or graduation party! The only drawback to these stores is that the checkout line is always longer than I want it to be.

Great store with amazing selections, only downside is the cashier that cashed me out today was extremely rude and got mad at me and my 5 year old because a little pillow he wanted didn't have a tag on it, I offered to go back and grab one and she refused and got got stuck up and snoody. She rolled her eyes and told my son to take it, I gave her attitude back for speaking to my son that way. If she's in the store when I go there again, I'm walking right back out. Absolutely rediculous. If you hate your job that much, don't work there.

The cashier definitely hated her job. I asked her how she was doing and I got a dirty look. She didn't say anything to me at all.Other than that, there was a huge array of products and the store was neat

Prices are now $1.25 and like most stores they under staffed. Howevet, the staff they have are terrific, helpful and very nice. Always a great selection.

Just watched a "Manager" ridicule and embarrass an employee at register in front of me and all the other customers in line. He should be fired or at least removed from ANY management position in this company. It was to the point I and another customer he made uncomfortable confronted him for doing this. He was rude and arrogant and told us it was "not our business and to have a nice day!" I feel sorry for ANYONE that has to work with someone like this. He should not be managing people.

It says on Google maps they close at 10pm on Tuesday and we showed up at 9:40pm and doors were closed. Looked like a lady was still working but she ignored us. If you close at 9:30 please update your times on google

Well it can not be called the dollar tree now....now everything is $ 1.25...I didn't know that ...I was totally shocked...IN A DOLLAR STORE EVERYTHING IS SIPPOSED TO BE A DOLLAR....so now u people that own the store need to change the name of the store...

Exceptionally busy store. dont plan on shopping if you're short on time or expect good customer service, but the selection is amazing compared to stores in the area
