We had a birthday party and it was awesome! The package included everything you'd need. There was no need to decorate or clean up on my part, which I loved. I would have purchased a few more decorations to include with theirs, but it was still nice. Each kid had a coloring activity and they played 2 rounds of Birthday Bingo before pizza. It was so cute seeing the kids decorating their own cakes and making their own sundaes. I would definitely recommend a kids party here!

This place is awesome! I ordered the ice cream nachos with vanilla soft serve, chocolate and peanut butter sauces, Reece’s Pieces and whipped cream. It was extremely delicious. The size was very good for the price.

Lily was an absolute delight to talk to on the phone as I was ordering my son's birthday ice cream cake. She was polite - patient and overall helpful! I highly recommend going to Charlee's ice cream for all your sweet treats. Last detail to note.... the cake tasted delicious and it was made fresh. A+

We visited as part of a joint workshop for kiddos to decorate cookies and ice cream cake with Sugar Rush Bakery. We had a really great time and the cake was DELICIOUS! We can't wait to go back for just ice cream soon.PS - they have Dole Whip for any Disney fans out there! 😁

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful ! Came here on two different occasions no different result. I will not support this business and make sure I will never recommend anyone to this business. It’s cost NOTHING to be nice and polite to your customers. Value your customers!

Super clean, friendly and passionate about serving our community. The selection of ice cream flavors is exceptional. They also offer other choices like the new AHT Power Protein Shake + Dog Friendly Sundaes... literally everyone can go to Charlee's and find a treat they are looking for! It makes it super easy for us fitnes goers to grab something healthy on the go! I highly recommend Charlee's.. bring a friend and swing on over today... you will NOT be disappointed!

It's nice to have an ice cream parlor in Camillus. The soft-serve vanilla is particularly good and the hard ice cream served is the Perry's brand. They have tables inside and several benches outside where you can sit and eat your ice cream. One novelty they feature is unique sundaes, said to be designed by the owners' children. Another is that they have drive-through service. We've enjoyed both visits we've made since they recently opened and will return. By comparison, I would say that they are a step down from Gannon's and Abbott's, but on par with most other ice cream parlors in Syracuse.

Oh we came here after a day of hanging out and my two boys and our two friends who have a little girl all loved it. Pricing is perfect and the options they are are almost endless. Great little spot with some seating inside and some activities are available for the children. Or big children to do lol

Love the ice cream and prices were reasonable. Portion sizes are large and filling. Very friendly staff and decent amount of tables. Plus they have a drive thru window for on the go.

great prices and LARGE serving sizes (I think all cones between 3-5 dollars max)! Very friendly service, and offers soft serve and "hard" scoop ice cream. 10/10 would reccomend.

Stopped by Charlee’s tonight and enjoyed the best Classic Butterscotch Sundae I’ve ever had. This was perfect. The soft ice cream used in the sundae was on another level entirely from what one would expect. This stuff was creamy, smooth, and really delicious. I am truly impressed. PS…they’re really nice people there also. Give the place a try…you won’t be disappointed!

We went through the drive thru with three little kids on a busy Friday night. The staff we interacted with were courteous and professional. They had plenty of staff so we were served quickly and efficiently. The prices were fair and our order had a little bit of everything (hard and soft ice cream, sundae, and a 'bomber'). Everyone was happy and will be sure to come back.

THE best ice cream around. We just ordered an ice cream cake and they made it exactly as requested with extra crunches! It was beautifully decorated and what I loved is it's easy to cut . Not like other ice cream cakes I've had in the past that were rock hard.We also grabbed a peanut butter sundae to go, so many toppings that we didn't run out before the ice cream as finished.

First time there on Sunday. The 2 people that waited on us were so friendly. I told them it was our first time there. They explained a little bit about the place. I purposely went there because we heard they had soft serve Pumpkin. It was awesome. We will be back.

Went there 1 time, and got the dairy free ice cream, it was delicious.... Went back today and asked for the same ice cream, ate a few bites and was disturbed to realize we had been served frozen yogurt that contains dairy... broken trust, will not return

Wonderful little place. Listening in it sounds like they can do orders ahead of time for what I'm assuming is birthday related. Their superhero flavor hard served icecream is wonderful, very similar to fruity pebbles.

This family is amazing and even when they're busy, they serve you quickly. The kids and parents are amazing at serving, and the ice cream is delicious. My dogs love there doggie dishes.

Ok, seriously the cutest ice cream place ive ever been to... and I've been to A LOT so homey and clean inside. Very inviting. I love that there is a Drive-thru ( Genious) very reasonable and ice cream is Delicous!!!

Gorgeous place, takes u back to being in HS taking your date to friendlys. Owner was there super friendly. Only down side is that it's in a over packed plaza, u have to drive around the building and need a scout to find the entrance.
