We spent a fabulous fall weekend at the A&R Hacienda. The house is warm and inviting with special touches everywhere. The self check-in was simple, the house was immaculately clean and had everything we could need. Roy and Axel were excellent hosts and easy to communicate with. We spent time enjoying all the area had to offer, fabulous foliage, an amazingly beautiful cidery nearby, and a cute town that we could walk to from the house. Such a cute and cozy place to stay and enjoy the refreshing mountain air!

My wife and I were looking for a quaint Air B&B to spend a foliage weekend in the Catskills. What a terrific gem of home we were fortunate to find. The home was pristine clean and well equipped, loved the kitchen, and the owners attention to detail was everywhere we looked.The town of Callicoon was just around the corner and had such eclectic shops and a surprising amount of live music and cool bars in such a small area. We were hoping to hike some trails and experience a peak weekend upstate and we were more than satisfied with our choice of places to stay and the area we chose

The A & R Hacienda is a wonderful place. It deserves more than 5 stars. Anything you could possibly need is supplied. The beds were very comfortable. The out side fire pit area and lights are so relaxing,a great place to sit, with cocktails and watch the sunset. Walking distance to all that the town has to offer. You will love the place!.

Great winter weekend upstate. Stayed at the A & R Hacienda in Callicoon, NY with friends. The hosts were wonderful. Everything was set up, including a nice welcome basket with wine and snacks, comp. soaps and shampoos/conds., asst. Coffees, etc. The rooms were warm and cozy, as was the living room area. The home is centrally located to a quaint town with great shops, restaurants/bars, etc. We ate dinner in town at The Creek House, which was delicious, and a great breakfast at The Callicoon Cafe. We really had a wonderful getaway with friends, and enjoyed the weekend. Thank you to A&R for being such generous hosts.

Had an amazing fall weekend at this beautiful home. Roy and Axel have put together an extraordinary place that is perfect for short or long stays.
