We have gone to this place twice now and both times have been fantastic! I’m not sure how to spell her name, but pronounced as Key, she is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! She takes such care for the animals and listens, but also offers her expert advice. The prices are very fair and their services are very efficient. You can see my cats before and after photos and my mini Goldens fresh new haircut in the photos. Thank you again so very much for taking such great care of our pets and giving them a fresh new look! And a huge thank you to Key for providing such wonderful customer service!!

This place was recommended to me by two people . My first experience there with my dog is the groomer / owner is rough around the edges , I thought what she lacks in customer service skills maybe she makes up with care and skills with animals . Picked my dog up the first time everything was decent , I could live without someone being nice to me as long as the dog was groomed . Made a second appointment for three months later . Today I go to drop him off , no greeting just last name no acknowledgment at all to my dog took the leash dragged him 3 feet across the floor as he peed until he walked on his feet and said see you in two hours . I went and sat in my vehicle contemplating if I should walk back in and grab my dog and tell her if your heart is not in this business anymore and you are nothing but miserable close up shop . I have a senior dog , small Pomeranian mix he doesn’t make it easy for grooming because he’s a nervous wreck . I thought maybe I’m being sensitive so I looked up reviews to see 4,5 stars , very nice lady etc,etc. What ??? Is this the same lady I’ve met because nice she’s not ?. She may be knowledgeable about dogs but her passion for four legged friends is completely gone and I will never step foot in this business again . By the way , looks like my dog was barely groomed and he looks completely traumatized. Yes , I paid full price for the service , tipped ,& said nothing to her most because my dog was brought out to me without being spoken to other then the price I owed . I’m sorry that I didn’t listen to my instinct and remove him from here before the grooming . Please don’t take your animals there .

This place is the only place that could actually cut my dogs nails. The lady was very nice. Also took my other dog for hair cut several times. I have now came back numerous times with satisfied results.

Best place in the area!! My older dog hates getting her nails trimmed even our vet thinks she's a difficult dog and We Do it All told me she's not that bad! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!!!

The ladies here seem either too old or too power full headed to clean out dog ears as everytime they never do for my dog! They even questioned my dogs breed...the one said she looks like a poodle and the other said looks like terrior and both cant agree that she is both! They only take cash and make it a little unclear of how much it will be until your dog is done and want you there at the time you dog is done which makes it stressful to get to the bank for the cash! I will now always go to this new place that just opened up in a new building but they have been in business for a while on transit rd next to the 400...the ladies here are very nice, understanding, and know alot more!
