I am putting GOOD becuase I have had SOME good experiences but here is my story!Well it's hit or miss. Tammy is nice enough, but lets see I have had 3 ear infection, hematoma on the eye, cut perineum, bleeding nail beds. This was over the course of 2.5 years. I groom my dogs every 6 to 8 weeks. I give specific instructions. Mostly to not clean their ears anymore due to the "coincidence " of the ear infection issue. This last grooming same specific instruction to not pluck ear hair. I go in to get my dogs and my one dog is shaking her head and I look at it..sure enough it has been plucked and a ton of white powder all in there. Tammy said "oh I just did that one ear because there was so much hair" mind you I clean and do my own plucking little by little every week. She also told me that I was over reacting to my dogs ear and that is why my dog was favoring her ear. My dog was manipulating me she said quote unquote. Well next day guess what? another ear infection. Red, sore, oozing and dog in pain. Now I have to feel guilty that i sent my dogs to a groomer that continues to cause them problems. I really tried to communicate and stay loyal but this was it!!!! Not the cleanest or most consistent place. Sorry Tammy I am really disappointed. And we'll your response was insulting. Oh best part it's the weekend and I work. Every time same thing!!!!OK now she calls me in the am and said she wanted proof basically from the vet that my dog has ear infection. Ummm let's see I am an RN I think I know an ear infection. My dogs ear is beat red and oozing serosang fluid. I try to touch her ear and she yelps, she is hanging her head low to the left. Also she said ....dogs can't get ear infection over night. Well it's been actually 2 days.... 48 hrs is all that needed for fungal and or bacteria to overgrow in the right environment. Which would be if she plucked too hard and exudate was coming from the ear or if she got water in there. Again this is my third exact situation with her with 2 different dogs.. Come on!!!!!I just got back from the vet and sure enough otitis media and externa. And he concurs it can happen that fast and probably was from the grooming!
