My groomer was Kera, and she was the best!!! I brought my new dog in, Puddles, and it was his first groom. Not only was she thorough and gentle, but she just an amazing job. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future, even though it’s a 45 min drive for me!

I went in here for the first time last week to purchase some fresh water fish and plants. The store was short staffed, but Ken and Sarah took the time out to answer all my questions and grab what I needed out of the tanks! Selection is good and the prices are decent. I will be back for sure!

2/28 Excellent Customer Service!!! We purchased a hamster and a beta fish. We had a million questions and the two staff members working were GREAT! My daughter is over the moon about her hamster and my son cant wait to put his fish in his aquarium.

8 walked in with my new 100+lb ESA, Guardian dog. They have a great variety, however I went in at about 645 only to hear minutes later that they close at 7pm. I was then again reminded by an employee. I then asked her if she could help me, which she did pleasanty vs her seeing me and asking. She then hurried away. I went to the registers. The manager was so intetested in closing that she did not ring up one of the harnesses, a 60$ piece that was on the dog that I told her about. I questioned her because the total she was going to charge me was not enough. She then had someone else finish ringing me up. Customer service is important to me as a consumer. Big dogs spend big bucks, but it will not be there

Took my dogs there for vaccinations.. small dog crapped in his carrier.. believe it or not, Petco doesn't have a paper towel in the entire store.. I won't spend another cent there.

Kira loves to visit the ferrets! On this particular visit we went to buy Kira a christmas sweater in early December. They were 50% off and her little reindeer sweater got her a lot of attention at the family christmas party! Also the fish guy at this petco location is extremely competent and knowledgable. If you are looking for aquatics and have questions call the store and ask if he's there before you go. I forget his name but if you ask if the aquatics guys is there they'll know exactly who you're asking about.

This location never has enough workers. I typically alway waste time searching for items because there is never a worker available to help me out. There should be more labeling then just cat, dog bird. Just a thought.

I love the fact that Petco is so focused on pet foods and supplies that support the wellness and heath of pets. Their selection of some of the very best foods is great. My only complaint is it seems that some of their online prices do not match the actual store prices. Sometimes I will Google a product to check and make sure I know where the product is in stock and the current pricing and have found discrepancies with Petco. But the difference is not usually huge and this would not deter me from shopping there as I love their products.

Love Petco, this is where I get my dog special little dresses and this is where she is groomed every 6 to 8 weeks they do a beautiful job I love it there ❤️❤️ they also carry freshpet dog food which has eliminated any problems my dog had with going potty 👍👍 Melia loves Petco grooming & is a huge Buffalo Bills fan 😁

Gave it one star because they are WAY TO EXPENSIVE! Found the same size cat food I bought here for WAY cheaper at petsmart! So I returned it! Also for a 3oz can of fancy feast it’s $1.29 at petsmart it’s ONLY $.90 cents. I found a 24 box of fancy feast for $20.99 um yeah way worth it. I probably won’t go to petco anymore.

Terrible I’m convinced after they groomed my baby girl she got swapped or something. She looks nothing like my dog. Terrible cut. She seems traumatized and I’m confused is this even my dog. Don’t think we will return she’s been groomed many times never acted this way or looked like this I don’t think this is the same pooch I dropped off for grooming.

Customer service was excellent!! I was in the store buying a cage muzzle for my dog. I needed help choosing the correct size and fit and the girl who helped me was outstanding! I wish all customer service reps were like her :) And she priced matched for me which saved me money...I will definitely be back!

I don't have a problem with the overall store but I do with the grooming service. I made my appointment about 3 weeks in advance online and it 4 days later it was cancelled with no reason why. I was told via text message that I could rescheduled but I rather brush my own dog's teeth at this point. I will not be using their grooming service in the future.
