They really need to update the tubs as they're always disgusting and flooding (or at least let customers know if they plan on continuing to sell self washes that there is an ongoing issue with it) and bring your own towel -trust me. otherwise decent location and despite usually getting a poor attitude from staff- there's always a few kind and welcoming gems in there too.

The guy who was working with the fish and reptiles etc. was so cool and helpful, went there for coco coir for my land snails, it was pouring and I had to pee so bad they only had employee bathroom but he told the guy on headset I needed to go bad and they let me most places don't care....he was really helpful with picking out what i needed and stayed and talked awhile about shrimp and other animals etc. loved my experience. My little buddies are very happy now that I have the right substrate.

I rescued a puppy last summer and needed to get her groomed but she was scared of her own shadow making me skeptical to bring her anywhere. I decided to try Pet Supplies Plus and was so lucky to have Ashley as our groomer! Ashley spent hours building a bond with Fiji before grooming her to make sure she was comfortable and now getting groomed is our favorite day of the month. Fiji walks in the store and drags me to the grooming corner so excited for her spa day. Ashley goes above and beyond every time for Fiji and I am so grateful for the relationship we have built!

I have a friend in Buffalo that has 3 young meows. I'd send him food using Amazon, but the cans often arrived dented. I found out that this store was in close proximity to him so gave it a go. I absolutely love it! I find better deals and he can pick up my gift within an hour or two. Super fast and convenient. They also have a fun point system that is a great incentive. I'd highly recommend this Pet Store.

Dog Discrimination:Didn't receive service, groomers proceeded to tell me that my German Shepherd should not be given a hair cut and that I would indeed be making her suffer because "German shepherds have 2 coats and it keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter". I informed her that this was not the first time my dogs hair was cut. She responded in saying my dogs fur was "already ruined" I have given my dog haircuts as well as had them done professionally. She insisted that she did not feel comfortable providing my dog service based on the dogs type. The groomer from what I saw indeed had a haircut herself and had what seemed to be clippers in her hand shaving a dog. I'm unsure of why service is not provided to everyone/dog regardless of type but I would not recommend this store at all...

Clean, great location, but oh, so cluttered. Staff are amiable and knowledgeable. Merchandise was organized and stocked. Adoptable pets are cared for and socialized. All cages had been tidied recently - even with a major holiday. Too much stock on carts and on the floor. Although the store’s locale is great, there’s not enough square footage and navigating aisles can be adventurous. One of the adoptable cat condos faces the wrong direction and as I was there an hour, customers did not see the cat inside. Locating items and checkout was fast.

I go to this particular location of Pet Supplies Plus only because of Ashley, one of the groomers there. Ashley is the only groomer I bring my two golden doodles to and they adore her. The whole grooming staff though, Bella and Seb are wonderful to my pups and treat them like family. I've recommended a number of people to Ashley.

Went to pick up an order and there was just a cart full of live beta fish sitting behind a shelf. They were all stacked up in the smallest possible containers. Dozens of themBeyond depressing that they treat living beings this way.

When walking into the store immediately immediately felt uncomfortable. When you walk into a store you should be greeted. We spoke. No one spoke back I don’t know if it was because we were black but my child and I were both uncomfortable. No one asked if we needed any assistance and that was our first time visiting that particular pet supply plus Very poor customer service, and I will not be visiting that store again

Bella is a GREAT groomer. My dog is not the best customer. He’s actually been ‘banned’ from other groomers. Bella is so patient, kind and understanding with him. I am so grateful. She had made me a repeat customer.

I have a small Shih Tzu mix, who’s a little difficult to groom. I’ve been trying to find someone who would be willing to work with my little fur baby. Ashley at Pet Supplies Plus, is literally an angel sent from above. She was willing to take the time to work with my baby Chanel and surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much Ashley for an amazing experience for Chanel and I. We will definitely be back to see you again!

The store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The self dog wash is amazing brand new equipment and makes washing my dog so much easier. Prices are a little higher, but well worth it for shopping a local business, and they always have coupons, which means you end up saving more than you would anywhere else.

Be very careful about using this flea collar on your dog. We have a small terrier mix, almost 17 years old, but healthy. A couple weeks after putting this collar on her, her appetite and energy dropped off. Started to lose control of hind quarters. Took the collar off, and gave her a bath and washed all bedding. She started to perk up after a few days. Took her to the vet, and waiting for blood test results to see if there is any permanent kidney or liver damage. Be careful of this or any flea collars. Many of them contain insecticides that could be detrimental to your dog.This one-star review is for the collar, not the store. I have previously given this store five stars.

Today, I brought my golden retriever in for grooming. He smells great and felt soft but when I got home and with further inspection, his hair cut was not the best. It's blunt, uneven and a bit too short. His tail looks like they grabbed it, pulled it up and cut straight across. The hair next to his genitals ( if he had any) is so short and uneven. Some parts are cut to the skin as if he was getting prepped for surgery. I'm not sure who groomed him but they need a bit more practice with long hair dogs.

Shop here every 2to3 weeks for my dogs food. Tried to use 10.00 coupon today which I do often since I get them in the mail. Had an extremely rude cashier who would not accept it since it would not scan in the system? Then proceeded to throw in the trash. I may think twice before coming to this location again. Before today I have never had any problems.

I would like to recognize Ashley in grooming. she helped my puppy that was traumatized by PetSmart. Sadie can actually get all her nails clipped now. She was so good and patient with her. And Lance the manager. He is so amazing and he actually is so great with his staff. Actually recognizing like giving them lunch AND thanking his staff which almost never happens anymore sadly. But they both go above and beyond. 100 stars! They don’t get paid enough they should get a raise. Seriously. Or at least buy them dinner or a bonus. Appreciate your good staff that has passion and takes pride in they’re work. Because that as well is a hard thing to have now a days. But I was serious about the raise

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have everything my cats need and want at reasonable prices. Only fault I found recently was when buying a Betta Fish, I asked what food they were feeding the Bettas because you can't just switch it on them, the one girl was very knowledgeable on Bettas but didn't know what food and after looking it wasn't marked anywhere, so she referred us to a guy that's in charge of feeding the fish and he had no clue about Betta Fish care and feeding. We ended up buying what was there food wise since they only had two options. Blue Moon is Thriving......

Took my Australian Shepherd in for a bath and groom on 7/28. Today is 8/3 and he smells awful. He is a house dog. I questioned the fact that he looked the same when I picked him up. I was told that he was bathed by a student. I didn’t pay money to have him not washed well by a student. I was told that since it has been more than a week I would have to pay again. Really? I complained when I picked him up and now he’s smelling up my entire house, is that how you conduct business? I question your policy. Maybe if he was an outside dog I wouldn’t be not happy. PSP did a fabulous job with my German Shepherd, but this one that’s a no.
