Visiting from Canada was pleasantly surprised by this cider millVery friendly and helpful staff and very family run type of vibeAbsolutely have to grab a dozen (or more) of their house made doughnuts. Their signature apple glaze and cin-sugar flavours are delicious and not overly dense or dryBe sure to also grab a gallon of their store made apple cider and try their apple cider slushies! Lots of other neat items for sale with a country store feelingGreat place to take the kids!

Nice shop! Maple donut, granulated sugar donut, and apple "fruit stick" were all good. I chuckled that the last item wasnt called a strudle. The hot cider was tasty, though only slightly warmer than room temp.The surrounding shop has lots of good gift giving items and "throw back" candy.*I liked the idea of halloween trick or treat tokens for a frozen cider (i just dont live in the state to use them).

Come here for the apple cider slushy around this time if year all the time. Stopped by on Labor Day to get a gallon of apple cider and a dozen of donuts. It was pretty busy. There was a long line outside. We waiting about 15 minutes to get in the door. Then had to wait in the long line inside. Only took us able 5 minutes to checkout. Mayor Bros is my favorite brand of apple cider so it was well worth the wait.

Local institution. Fantastic! Apple cider, donuts baked fresh made with the apple cider and without in multiple varieties. Amazing pies and other desserts. Huge selection of locally made and canned sauces, condiments and preserved products. Fudge, candy, cheese curd from New York state and other goodies along with seasonal decor. They serve cider slushies and hot apple cider during certain times of the year.Can get *extremely busy* on the weekends and weekday nights closer to Halloween. Prepare to wait in line outside if you are going during those times. Extra parking across the street and down the road a bit past the cemetery. Don't recommend parking right in front as it can be extremely difficult to get out with the busy road.

My family and I love the Cider Mill. They're doughnuts are the best, and their maple candy leaves are just as good. Their cider slushie are by far the best one’s I had yet. Absolutely delicious!

It's difficult to see all the donut options when it's crowded, but a quaint cute store. Wish we could see the cider press or donut making as we moved through the store. Loved the option to buy the "Harvest Pack": a dozen donuts, gallon of cider and an apple pie.

Absolutely amazing mill that my family has been going to for years! Fantastic donuts, pies and other pastries; huge assortment of local treats, candies and other goodies; and of course, arguably one of (if not THE) best ciders on the planet! Recently expanded parking lots help, but always be prepared to wait in line. Despite being almost constantly busy, they rarely run out of items and always have fresh baked goods, warm and ready to eat.Highly recommend to any lover of apples or the harvest season! Try a fresh baked cider donut with a cup of their famous cider-slushie. You will not regret it!

Underwhelming...We expected a larger place inside. A sitting area where you can drink your warm cider and eat your donut. Also thought we would be able to actually see the apples being pressed into cider.There were not many baked goods to choose from. The apple pie we purchased was not good. The cider and donuts are ok, but not worth waiting in line for 30 minutes.The staff was not very friendly.

My family and I love coming here. We ended up getting a dozen donuts that are always fresh, an apple pie, candy and a gallon of their cider. Oh and of course, cider slushies! Yum!

I'm sad to say after a 1/2 a dozen years coming here.With another 3 working here. I come to find my favorite holiday person was letgo. Colleen always made sure the store was clean, prepped, coffee was hot, and everyone in the store was taken care of with a smile. It's saddens me to know she's gone from the company and as I walked through the store today with coffee all over the counters, the shelves a mess,I could feel her absence.I miss you Colleen, Mayer brothers will never be the same without you

The donuts were delicious as always, they never disappoint there. The customer service (at the donut counter at least) is never great but tonight it was horrible. To be fair we did walk in about 5 minutes before closing however in my defense when I Googled the hours when I pulled in the parking lot it was still showing 8pm. So myself and my daughter went in to grab 4 donuts and literally stood there with an employee ignoring us 3inches from our faces like she thought we were going to leave if she kept ignoring us. Eventually she saw we were not leaving and unfortunately helped us, she didn’t say a word, threw our donuts in the bag then just shoved the bag at us. I understand they were closing and she was annoyed but none of that was necessary, I didn’t know they were closing and they were technically still open…if she would have immediately helped us we would have been out of her face in less than 10 seconds. I am beyond tired of going places to spend my money and dealing with bad attitudes.

THE place for apple cider and all things related. So delicious. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I had that option. Didn't give a 5 because the wait to go in has way out the door. Inside there was only one cashier but 6 cash registers. If you don't mind the wait, and can find a parking place, 5+.

Fall in WNY. Time for Fresh Squeezed Apple Cider. Ok a dozen fresh donuts also left the store... but not every donut made it home and some Apple cider didn't leave the parking lot. But the 9" Apple pie did get home... in time for the "game" or is it the "race"!Decisions, decisions...

I wanted to buy almost everything! They have a huge variety of apple doughnuts and each kind we tried was amazing. Every inch of the store has delicious food or holiday decorations. It also smells heavenly.

I'm originally from NY but now live in SC. NY apples are the finest. Apples grown in the South cannot compare to those grown in the rich soils of NY. I was thrilled to have found Mayer Bros apple cider in our local Walmart market some years back. My company hosted a Fall Festival for its employees & their families. I suggested an apple cider table and purchased (24) gallons of Mayer Bros cider. I had several people tell me they didn't like apple cider but once they tasted Mayer Bros, they were hooked and asked for a 2nd (even 3rd) glass! I was their biggest advocate that day. You should see an increase in sales! You're welcome! 😊😊😊

This place is awful. The pies have no flavor, the cider is watered down and the doughnuts are bland. The store is set up so you cant walk around and look at the items and the shelfs are empty and dirty. Nothing is properly labeled or has a price tag on it.The staff are some of the most rude and unhappy people I have ever seen, one of the employees kept bumping into people and not asking them to move. Parking is unsafe and the google maps brings you to a factory that has no signs that tell you about the store.Do not come to this place.

Thank you Mayer Brothers for helping your local fire department feed its members Breakfast your donuts are the best around.I am grateful for the excellent customer service and help I received when I called you guys a day ahead.I was let in at 6:30 and picked up my order and made it to where I had to be with time to get it on the table before everyone rushed in .

It is a must see if you have never been. Once you see it once, you can say you've been there. There is SO much to look at while you shuffle through the line. When it's busy it can be a bit overwhelming. The line moves slowly but consistently and you have to move along with it. The cashiers are very efficient, almost too fast to push you along.The cider slushies and my favorite. My son's favorite is their rock candy and of course the cider.

The donuts and junk they have is good but Shannon behind the counter was very rude and dismissive. While waiting in line i also listened to her be rude to other customers asking questions about the types of donuts they have. Not cool shannon just cut the damn pie.

I discovered this place last year because I was trying as many different ciders I could get my hands on. This is the spot if you want a nice frozen cider. The donuts are to die for! A new family tradition spot for sure!

On the expensive side for basic apple cider. A gallon cost seven dollars. Don't go on the weekend. There was a huge line to wait in before getting in the building. They have a bakery and bunch of seasonal things. ~Would return.

This year was terrible the girls boxing the donuts were rude and I had to ask 3 times if she had any Carmel frosted donuts!!!!!!! All she did was laugh..... the pie was not marked and it was a peach, raspberry one it was awful.. I spent $58 dollars and didn't even enjoy any of it..... Been going here for 30 yrs now and it's getting worse instead of better...... you need to hire more friendly people and if you know it's your busy season you should be PREPARED!!!!!! Line went by surprisingly quick! Cider slushies were delish as were their donuts. The cinnamon sugar are so soft, they are a must!
