I got to the store this evening at about 7:40pm before their 8pm close. I've been to the store dozens of times and have spent hundreds of dollars over many years. As I walked in tonight, a regular panhandler was going up to a car from standing by their doors.I wore my face mask in the store. A short time later a Muslim woman came in also wearing a face covering. A store clerk who always wears a face mask was also working. The security guard was walking around fraternizing with an assistant manager, talking and laughing. Then about 5 minutes later they came out from the back storage room. The assistant manager looked toward me and said "Sheisty". Then security walked up to me laughing, saying "Sheisty". He stated I had to remove my mask. I used two words, and left. Then I noticed another women in the store wearing a face mask. Atleast 3 other people had face masks in the store, in just the 10 minutes I was there.This is the same security that has not allowed me to wear my backpack in the store. Yet in going to 3 other locations nothing was said. I'm a bicyclist not a theif.I've also seen this security company employees spending time on their phones. Unequal treatment is wrong, as with not doing their job and letting panhandling continue.

Ohhh Boy... Awful experience at this Aldi's. First day out of the hospital to buy food. Upon entering, confronted by 3rd party security who demanded that my wife either place her small knapsack at the front of the store or leave. The knapsack contained personal dox and wallet. Spoke with manager outside and security worker followed us and engaged in harassing speech while I spoke with manager. Recorded on audio. Contacted Aldi's corporate who apologized profusely and compensated for security worker's misbehavior. I'll patronize Aldi's at other locations, but not this one. I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews. So unfortunate.

Not really sure whats going on with aldi, when it comes to fresh produce they do not execute majority of the time. most things have mold on them like the strawberries, zucchini’s etc and that’s pretty much every location out here in buffalo especially this one which seems to be the worst one also back in the day they used to offer healthier options and now there’s a lot of junk food.

First visit to an Aldi branch, after seeing many ads. The items there are good with reasonable price, might be limited but good. The organization and atmosphere is also good and gives comfort.

Great customer service, all the workers are sweethearts. It's a smaller store so they won't have everything, but it's always clean and stocked with what they do have. Bonus points for being in the Broadway market area, you can park and go to all the shops, it's Aldi, a Halal grocery, an organic produce shop, the Broadway market and a few others. Sometimes there's a really great halal food truck too, get the rice and chicken plate 😍

Some of the produce i buy at Aldi goes bad quickly. Its not as fresh and long lasting as it used to be 3 months ago. Summer produce isnt very good, im buying less and less.

The store itself is fine but some of these cashiers are extremely rude and bitter. This one lady’s attitude is disgusting. She acts as if she doesn’t want to be there and anything sets her off. We were putting the groceries on the belt and as we were moving the cart further up, she automatically assumed we weren’t going to put the rest of the groceries onto the belt and started giving this unbelievable attitude for no reason. The security guard didn’t even try to listen to anything and told us to be civil. He should be aware by now how some of these cashiers here don’t know how to speak to their customers. Learn how to tend to your customers or don’t work at grocery stores.

The store is clean, and very well stocked. I didn't feel fully safe here, and was glad to see a security guard by the entrance of the store in the store. The staff is curious and moves quickly, and helps with everything that they can for you. I give this store 4 stars because I have twice had people come up to me in the parking lot asking for money, so I don't fully feel safe here and I wish that there was a way to help with that.

Things are getting confusing they seem to not want you tobring in packages from other stores with you into the store. And don't have a safe place to leave them where they would be safe 😞 Has it changed yet? Can I bring my groceries in from the market across the street?

Store itself was fine, had all the low carb snacks i love. Bad part was there was a mentally unwell man in the parking lot that sprayed his snot all over my car when I would only offer him some of the food I had just bought and not hand him money.

The cashier is rude.It was near 40 mins before closing when we were checking out she said not to take her cart 🛒 away when we were going to put our food on the counter and return it. And she was so freaking rude.Thats all. I like Aldi but I hate rude employees.

They have changed the times. 9 to 8pm and they are out of stock. It's okay but I prefer the store on main and LaSalle. Normally they are stocking the shelves. Broadway gets busy very quickly but decent store.

Decent place to do weekly grocery. Respect the cleanliness, security and customer service. Some of the cashiers seem always to be mad. May be this is because they are tired in dealing with different types of customers whole day. I wish they could bring SWAI FILLET back to their stock. My mom loved that fish.That will be another reason I will go every week. Lol

Raves: Bathrooms are easily accessible in the front of store and you can bring your paid for items in the cart with you when nature calls after shopping! I do find a good many Organic items that I just can't live without! I am looking forward to seeing more and more of them as I am constantly clearing them out of whatever baby spinach and other greens when I see them. They have the best prices for Organic frozen​ fruits for Smoothies - trust me - I've searched and price compared! I just wish they would get Organic Pineapples and Organic Mangoes! I'm hoping to see larger packaging of these items as well! They do need more wild caught fish!Rants:1- Sometimes the fruits are not as fresh as one would hope. (Image Of 4 Spoiled Mandarin and the Receipt - submitted Monday September 5th 2022 Bought these Mandarins on Friday, September 2nd 2023) So not much has changed since I posted this review years ago!2- The parking lot sometimes has people asking for money or trying to sell you items. It's a bit trying at times when they don't back down and follow you to your car. If you are firm they'll leave you alone. I'm guessing, Security inside the store might help you deal with them if it doesn't interfere with their jobs inside.

Went shopping on Good Friday. Went got what I need and then ran across the street to market to grab a butter lamb and while in side the store manager had my car booted. They demanded I pay $60 to get it off even though I shopped there. I returned all my stuff poor customers service. I recommend people don’t shop there.
