We've had such a great experience getting out golden doodle groomed. He always look adorable. They are always on time, and they follow our instructions to make him look like a teddy bear. He is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. Highly recommend Pup Culture Brooklyn!

For boarding, they wouldn’t accept her because she cried too much for us. She’s a pup, and missed us. I would think they’d comfort her, however they said they wouldn’t board her due to that. But… They take good care of my baby girl lucy. She’s always in great hands and kindness. As well as a really cute haircut and spa day! She also enjoys their play time. Very great spot and so far we’ve been to all of the pup cultures.

We love DUMBO pupculture. When we drop off Theo for daycare, Theo runs for pupculture as soon as we turn the corner. He absolutely can’t wait to go. The staff is always so friendly. I know that when I drop off Theo, he is loved and cared for as if he were at home. They send cute updates and photos about his day every once in awhile and it makes me so happy to see he’s enjoying his time there. They also throw great events for the holidays like meeting Santa and doing Halloween costume contests. Truly the best day care he’s ever been to - where the staff is phenomenal!

Brought my senior pooch there a week ago for doggie daycare during a day when work had an event and it was the most delightful experience for both me and my dog. The staff was extremely attentive, informative and helpful in making sure you're aware of any additional charges and/or prerequisites needed for services. They had a generous promotion which made it easy to sample their service, and I will definitely use their services again.The pen area where the dogs play is visible to the inside shop and the public sidewalk, so I could observe my dog for a bit immediately after dropping her off; I was pleased to see there was an attendant in with the dogs the entire time to ensure safety. So, although she was the oldest dog in the group, she would be fine along with the youngins. Highly recommend this establishment; they took good care of my baby.

My pug puppy Olive has been attending Pup Culture in Dumbo for day care since the day she moved here from Iowa. She has had a lot of surgeries in her short life (lost her eye at 2 months old) and so leaving her with people I didn’t know had my anxiety through the roof but Pup culture has put all of my anxieties to rest. Olive is in the best hands! They treat her like her own puppy. They are so loving with her. Send me consistent updates and even called to check in that she was ok with when she hadn’t been there in a week to make sure all was ok. The place is clean, bright and very fully staffed so puppies are always getting a ton of attention in each room. They also separate the dogs by size, age and personality type so she’s with her friends everyday. Each day when I drop her off she runs back to her area and doesn’t even look back at me. She loves it here and is completely wiped whrn she gets home. Pup culture is THE best thing to happen to Olive and I!

We have had a great experience with Dumbo Pup Culture. Our two dogs go there for daycare, baths, and boarding, and they love it so much that I can’t walk them by without them begging to go in. The staff is very attentive, caring, and professional: providing detailed personal attention, they have helped us out when one of our pups felt unwell during daycare, and keep us posted with photos and updates when we are away and our dogs are there boarding. There are regular good price breaks and incentives as well. Finally, our pups are still very young but are large breed and Dumbo Pup Culture has been great about them still learning leash training / acting like goofy puppies. Definitely would recommend for large breed and all dog folks.

Bradley at pup culture is awesome!! We really don’t have any good groomers in Dumbo, I was going to take my dogs over to LES to get groomed since one of my dogs was so terrified of their last groomer. But Bradley was very professional and caring, asked me about the style of the cut and the length. He was able to comb out the matted hairs and DIDN’T SHAVE THEM like a lot of other lazier ones would! The cut was absolutely perfect! Definitely will be back soon.

Need to give credit where credit is due. After my review, I received an immediate response from the manager and they addressed all my concerns. Good customer service is often hard to find but Pupculture DUMBO has proven me wrong. Thanks so much for your timely response, followup visit and great groom.OLD REVIEW OCTOBER 29, 2022I just recently moved to DUMBO and there aren't a lot of options closeby for puppy care. I'm sad to say PUPCULTURE proved to be a big disappointment. Seemed like we got a new groomer on our 2nd time around and many items were missed on our aging pup. Things that are necessary in a city like NYC, feet groomed properly, glands expressed well and face and butt kept clean and short for eating and pooing. And as most puppy parents know a groom isn't cheap and should last 2 to 3 months.When we called to ask for a touchup because the cut wasn't done well or properly we were told it would cost the exact same amount as a haircut. No discount, no coupons to offer and not even an apology for the easily remedied situation. I'm an incredibly loyal customer and if you treat me with respect, do a good job, and be worth the expense, you will have my business (plus great tips) for years. Unfortunately the customer service here is quite lacking and we will not be returning.While the front staff is usually very nice - this mistake will not be overlooked and I recommend going somewhere else for your grooming.

My Great Dane likes pupculture and the people there are very nice, helpful and love my girl. However!!! They do upcharge for dogs over 60lbs which I find disappointing as other daycares in the area do not charge based on size. I have also used this location for basic baths and grooms for my pup - this service is reasonably priced and they do a great job.

Bowie comes here for daycare weekly and absolutely LOVES it. Of all the daycare spots he's frequented, this one is by far his (and our!) favorite. The ladies are affectionate and responsive towards him and very patient with us! He plays, he rests, he plays some more. Bowie has been coming here since they opened and we couldn't have dreamed of a better spot for him to go in the neighborhood.

We brought Frida to pup culture dumbo. She has a very heavy undercoat that sheds a lot especially in this hot summer. She had a fabulous experience. her shampoo and grooming and defurring was next level.

Awesome first experience! Took my 3 pound maltipoo for a bath at pupculture. They were able to schedule me day of and took such good care of her! They made sure to call me 10 minutes before she was done and had her all ready when I came. She looks and smells great. Cleaned her paws, ear hair, teeth, etc! Very affordable too.

With the abundance of Dog daycares in Dumbo, we feel that Pupculture is the best for us and our pup, Millie. The staff is extremely friendly, caring and professional, and always welcoming for when we bring her in, whether that's for grooming or just daycare in general. We feel comfortable each time we drop her off, and they are great at communicating with us. Would highly recommend.The only one small suggestion (and absolutely not a complaint) would be if they could extend the hours a touch, especially on weekends. However, not the end of the world, because this place is a gem.

pupculture DUMBO is the best. we have been taking our 11 month old golden retrieved there since she was a small puppy. she absolutely loves it! we have recently started using them for weekly walks in addition to daycare and can’t be happier. they are in contact with us to keep us informed for any issue our puppy has on walks or at daycare and are very responsive to any questions. it truly feels like a family and we know they really care for our dog as one of their own. we will be moving out of the neighborhood in a few months but will still be making the drive to take her to pupculture because they are so wonderful! they go above and beyond in every way

I absolutely love them!! The staff is amazing and attentive with my Pixie Girl!! And she is vert shy when meeting new people for the first time, but the staff made it so easy for her to get to playing and interacting with all of the other pups. The staff even knows how spoiled she is and they even spoil her as well….lol I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about Pupculture DUMBO! We send our cockapoo there for grooming and always have a great experience- the groomer delivers exactly what I ask for and she always returns looking like the cutest version of herself. There is another groomer located much closer to our apartment and we still take her to Pupculture because we know we can count on a great groom and a happy pup!

My 2 vizsla's have been going to pupculture Dumbo for about 5 months now and absolutely love it, they drag us through the door every time they know their going. They are so well taken care of and the staff are all lovely. Not overcrowded like some daycare's we have tried in the past. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Pup Culture has been so great with our dog! He is so excited to see the friendly staff in the morning. The daily walks they provide make nighttime a breeze as our dog comes home tired and ready for bed! We used them for their boarding service as well and they were so helpful as they would give our dog his daily supplements.Would recommend Pup Culture to anyone in the area.

I brought my dog Newton, who is a bedlington terrier, to pupculture for a groom. Bedlington's have funky hair cuts and it's easy to mess up. Pupculture did an excellent job of identifying a groomer for the cut, and ultimately styled it according to preferences. Great work and great communication!
