OMG! The BEST!!! Everyone is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I asked about cat food & treats and got all the answers!!! They also have more cat toys in stock than I’ve seen collectively throughout my life. Amazing!

Its really nice to have a high quality pet store in the neighborhood where i can get all my usual things but also discover new brands and foods.Got my dog Larry the pumpkin pour over from here. He loves it and it’s good for him!! Also compared the price to online and it’s pretty competitive!

This place is everything for your pets. The staff is friendly and so caring. The kittens and cats are so adorable. If your looking to adopt a cat, and you have a safe and loving home this is the place to consider. The adoption fee covers chip, shots, spay or neutering. I'm so happy we got our babies from Bushwick Bark.

Prices are a bit too high, but the staff is friendly.Update: I have picky cats and to find a good+healthy dry food is a bit of a task for me, however, Monique helped me out with the best brands the store had & even offered me free samples of the food to take home so I don't have to spend my money on the wrong product. Updating it to 5 stars for sure!

The most helpful and informative staff. I have a cocker spaniel with allergies to everything leading to constant ear infections. I explained my situation to the associate and they recommended a kangaroo based dog food and honestly it has been the best for our dog. We are a consistent customers and our dogs love it here.

Best pet store in Bushwick & beyond! I used to travel from Manhattan to come here but luckily I live in Bushwick now. Love this place so much. They carry only the best pet foods PLUS the staff is so friendly & knowledgeable!! So excited they opened a second shop, it’s even more convenient than the first. Love you Bushwick Bark!!!

This location and the Knickerbocker location are fantastic! My Maggie never wants to leave and they have great selections. So much diversity in food, treats, and toys. The staff is very nice and knowledgable too.

What a great store! Full of essentials for our fur friends. Friendly staff and space. The kind of neighborhood shop I wish there were more of. I stopped by for an adoption event (apparently there is one every Sunday?) but will go back just to be a customer from here on out!

I bought a dog jacket here for my puppy and it fell apart within the first 6 times of my puppy wearing it. He didn’t chew on it or anything, he was absolutely content with his jacket and wearing it. When I brought it back to Bushwick Bark on Knickerbocker to at least get an exchange, they refused.How is it fair to a customer to spend $60 on an item for my dog that can easily be exchanged or at least get a refund and you’re going to tell me no, you can’t do that because it’s against company policy???I was told to go to their location on Irving to talk to the manager and upon arriving to the Irving location, was told the manager was “out of town”. So now, not only does this small business refuse to please the customer in doing whatever they can to help, they’re also liars.You will never be getting business from me again because you clearly don’t care about customers concerns and your policies are backwards.

Your employee was very knowledgeable and helpful (small blonde woman with a little dog). She helped me get in and out with what I needed and made so to maintain an appropriate distance to help keep everyone safe. Thanks again for being so conscientious of the importance for proper Covid protocol. It was my first time here, but I will definitely be back. I hope your other employees are just as helpful.

The store itself is great. This is about the groomer.1. There was no electricity when I walked into the store2.The groomer was either overworked or too lazy. I’m thinking it was the former.3.The groomer expected my dog to be free of all tangles or he was gonna shave him.4. He said he didn’t have the “proper tools”If you have a poodle mix of any kind I would avoid this place until they hire more staff or get better workers. I have seen legitimate matted dogs receive proper haircuts vs what he wanted to do to my dog. Avoid unless you just want them shaved.

I come here often because it is close by- Though the blonde woman who works there is always extremely rude! I’ve been a customer here for a long time, and any time she’s working I’m met with sarcasm, dirty looks and grimaces. I’m always super polite & kind but she always makes my experience here unpleasant. I wish more POC worked at this location.
