Our experience with Charlene that pharmacist was THE worst customer experience we ever experienced. She is nasty, rude and has the biggest attitude. Left review/feedback with CVS. If they value customer feedback, they should address this individual because she is a poor reflection of the company and for Bronxville CVS pharmacy

Such an unprofessional pharmacy, the pharmacists who work there are extremely unprofessional in every way. Not the first time I arrive over 30’ prior to closing hours to pick up a prescription and they send me to the 24h pharmacy in Mamaroneck. For blood pressure medications or other uncontrolled bread and butter medications. They don’t care about the patient or customer.

this CVS is on life support. nothing on the shelves, no employees to be found. one frazzled, overworked pharmacist. this is what happens when private equity takes over a drug store chain and puts shareholder profits above all else. skip this and head to value drugs up the block - locally owned and a far better experience.

We visited yesterday. The staff were helpful. The store was very run/down. The carpet was very dirty.
