We went in to look for a new freezer. We glanced through and were going to leave to make our decision when staff member Jarrett, came to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances and very personable. He helped us pick out the perfect freezer for us and arranged for us to receive it in just two days! Great store, great selections and great prices, all with an amazing staff!

The lumber is as bad as it gets. The mower selection is depressing. I don't think there's a single good mower, built to last more than a couple seasons.

This lowe's location is located on rt 31 in Brockport ny.The parking lot is clean and safe with handicap parking close to entrance.The interior of this lowe's has a clean appearance and plenty of items needed for your home or business.I love fall looking at all the holweeen things they have for sale.The employee who help me are always friendly and helpful.Great job to all the employees and owners who help keep my home looking nice 👍Gerry

This is a good location.Their is always Staff around if you need help, unlike the Orange Box Store.Lowe’s always seems more tidy and cleaner.As far as Lawn & Garden Lowe’s Choices are of more reliable brands then the Orange Box Store.I drive to this Brockport location which is slightly further than another one, because of the Staff here…Come here.It is worth the drive.

Lowe's has been hit or miss. I don't love it or completely hate it. It is harder to find knowledgeable employees. It appears that some would rather socialize than interact with customers. In the past, you would just walk past an employee and they would ask if they could help you with anything. The store's cleanliness and appearance is acceptable. As far as organization, I suppose it's fine. The only thing that I don't like is when you do have a question you have to hunt someone down but as long as they are helpful, all is well. There is a phenomenal employee named Mary. She was the cashier in the lumber area. If any Brockport Lowe's managers read this, she deserves praise, recognition, and a bonus! She is a rare gem possessing kindness, honesty, and common sense! She made my family's evening the other day! We left the store absolutely grateful and happy! Much thanks to Mary!

There are no longer checkout clerks. You get to struggle with a card reader that doesn't work. There isn't even someone standing by to assist. If you have problems, jump to another line and hope for the best. I'm not sure I will continue to shop there despite it's former convenience.Horrible.

takes the staff forever to get to any of the call buttons.Update: 5/11/24 this popped up for me to update, just so happens I was in today and it just so happen the call button for electrical went off so long it just started saying 'electrical.' finally, I went over to see if I could help because I felt bad for how long it was taking.Whenever you're there, ask for Neal. He knows everything about everything. The staff is all very nice but this guy takes the cake. I prefer Lowe's to home Depot because they don't limit the military discount

We were in desperate need of a new washing machine and looked everywhere online and read a million reviews. We narrowed it down and called the store first to make sure they were in stock. Patrick was amazing and ran back and forth to let us know the inventory. When we arrived, Patrick answered every single one of my questions. I had a lot because I didn’t want to get stuck with a washer like my old one. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciate the time he took to help us. They helped my husband load it on the truck and I spent a glamorous evening catching up on laundry!We definitely recommend this Lowe’s location!

It's a big box, and that's what you get. The employees are focused on inventory & not the customer. I have been here when there was no cashier (self checkout or the return desk). Once a request for help to select & load lumber was denied, which I couldn't believe. They were "too busy restocking." They are conveniently located, but not the cheapest, friendliest or easiest to check out.

I enjoyed a very pleasant and positive uplifting happiness vibe from a wonderful cashier named Mary at the contractors entrance. She went above and beyond her duties to make our visit and checkout experience go as smooth and efficient as possible. We spent close to $900. I would greatly appreciate it if the store manager would mention her positive achievements in the next store meeting. If I myself was the manager I would discuss a merit raise in her near future. Ordered a refrigerator for a rental unit. Was supposed to be delivered and when I called for time they said the system had canceled it. They then reordered and ended up charging me 3x for the same transaction. I gave it a couple weeks to work out and nothing happened. I called the store and after being on hold over 20 minutes they said they can see the order but they can’t refund me and I need to dispute it with the CC company. I asked manager to please give me a call. I’ve received no call. Very disappointed in Lowe’s. They used to have great service but I’ve spent a couple hours trying to get resolution with no luck.

most annoying store to go into. The loud speaker constantly has loud commercials of lowes ads and beeping for other depts repeatedly. The staff could care less about doing their job. The big carts are never available meaning the kids that work there don’t go out to the parking lot regularly to get them. Have to ask them for carts for them to realize they need to be brought in. Most of the lumber items don’t even have price tags.

Saw a item marked down. They said it was the last one and it was a unopened box, well there was tape on it that wasn't from the factory so I opened it. Only thing In the box was the sink. Faucet and all accessorys that were supposed to come with it were missing. Nice of them to repackage it and not list major missing items. I was told it was as is and thats why I opened it.

The young man that works in the flooring dept. at the Brockport NY store is outstanding. He knew exactly what he was talking about, he was patient, and super friendly. I highly recommend this location, I just wish I could recall his name .

Bought a zero turn Lawnmower, Lowe's had it delivered on a pallet….. then no key was included. Called the store and they claimed they “lost” the key and have to make a new one. I’m absolutely livid with this service.

It would be nice is staff had an idea what some of the merchandise is and not depend on hand held computer spent 5hrs over two day getting supplies for bathroom project .Two store Kennie in Brockport &Attila In the Greece store were very helpful.

Excellent assistance from Patrick in appliances at the Brockport store while selecting a new washer on Tuesday. Delivery was on Thursday that same week, during a period of freezing rain. Despite the weather the delivery guys were prompt, professional, and very pleasant. Very happy with our purchase and the great service bot in-store and for the delivery.
