Staff was very helpful. Was greeted with a hello and good morning as I walked in the store. Even noticed the manager helping a customer with her packages by holding the door open for her as she left. You just don't see that customer service anymore. Will definitely shop there again.

This is a good place for cheap party supplies or art supplies. You can also get dirt cheap toys to entertain your kids. They also have food like, soda, chips and crackers. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They look like they actually want to help!

They have tons of stuff and everything is at a good or great price! They even have clothes! I definitely suggest Dollar General! A lot of the employees actually take the time to get to know ya if you go there often enough, so it reminds you of a small Mom-n-Pop store as well...without the expensive prices! Unless I have to go extreme food shopping, I'd choose to shop at Dollar General more than elsewhere!

I thought all Dollar Generals carried the same items, but I learned when I went to this location that I was wrong, because this location was fully stocked and extremely tidy. It was nice to see. The cashier who greeted me was also very nice.

Mike the manager is So friendly. He always greets you with a smile and know most of his customers by name. Which I think is pretty cool. He is also good to his employees.

We were not treated very good. They were "off nice" to us! We bought a floor round fan.... When we brought it home.. the whole entire FAN ASSEMBLY CAME APART INSIDE THE FAN.. When we brought it back for a refund.. we realized that we were NOT given a receipt in the first place BUT THEY SURE WANTED A RECEIPT even though we described the guy that sold us the fan. I'm going to call the CORPORATE OFFICE tomorrow! I'm NOT giving up until I get OUR MONEY BACK! We even told the guy to scan the box that the fan was sold in but he said NO! We were told to bring it back the next day!! What kind of Customer Service is that?!?

I don't shop here very often, but noticed Pepsi on sale in their flyer so I stopped. Got way more than planned...a couple more stocking stuffers, office items, and 2 pillows. However, there was only one cashier, and the line was 7-10 people long at times! If it wasn't for that.. would have rated 4 stars

don't go during slow periods. manager is nice, as is younger staff. older cashiers make their technological impediments your problem. Also the customers stand way to close to you in line.

This DG store is large & has lots to offer. Stock was low in some areas, but clerks we're busy with carts & we're stocking other areas. Found a couple money-saving items while there.

Always find more than what I came in for and at very reasonable prices. Just stocked up on Easter candy. Brand name candy my grandchildren will love. Associates are friendly and helpful.

Always has great little finds for upcoming holidays that won't cost and arm and a leg. Go and get the best stuff early!! Great for everyday needs too, they have a little of everything!

We like Dollar General better than the "Dollar" stores because they always seem to have that really odd item you're looking for at the best price. Everyone that works there is always so nice and helpful.

Great for fast grocery and snack trips. Cashier's aren't always friendly, but the manager is. Cheaply made toys at times. Grocery prices are high though.

Parking is horrible. Checkoout lines can be long. Employees are very helpful and friendly. A lot of regular customers from the neighborhood. The store is kept up well and organized.

Absolutely love the bargains at Dollar General and the staff at the Brockport store are so very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are looking for a bargain or just need some home cleaning supplies.

Lower than low.. I come here all the time it's at least 20 minutes untill 8 and I get greated at the door with "Dude were closed I'm just to backed up to take your service" If I could put a negative I would.
