We try to support our local businesses especially now more than ever, however we are extremely disappointed with the services we have received. The dog we have is a 3 year old Australian Shepard that we have taken to Circle of Friends multiple times with no problem before. However, after getting my dog I was shocked. I gave it a night because I thought maybe it was just me over-reacting but upon further inspection this was not the case. They completely shaved her double-coat everywhere when we asked for a trim (I have always requested a trim and nails cut) and the over all cut is choppy and low quality. When I called to rectify the situation, she was unprofessional, unapologetic, and has no care for her customer relationships. I would of been happy with an apology and/or a fraction of my money back, but nothing was offered to me other than unwarranted attitude over the phone. Posted are before and after pictures.

CIRCLE OF FRIENDS are the only professionals who could groom my dog Cotton. Every other place told me she was too difficult to manage. They are the best most caring groomer around!!! I was so Blessed to find them.

Nancy has been grooming my long hair, Mini Doxie, for eight years.She has worked with me and trimmed my little girl better each visit.It's a beauty shop for pets.My little baby is beautiful!I have seen a lot of dogs in her place that were very nicely groomed.If I could give a thousand stars, I would.

Nancy is a great lady to work with. Her abs her teammates love aninals and make them look beautiful. You schedule a time that works for you, you drop your animal(s) off and she calls you within an hour and a half. They do a great job.

Excellent! Friendly and did a great job. Our lab has a lot of under coat. They did a better job than anyone else and charged us less than the condition around them. He hardly shed in the past 4 days. Thank you for a great job. Other places charge us what they would as if he was getting a cut. They are very reasonable.

The amazing Nancy Colprete, owner and groomer, takes great care of your furbaby from the minute they arrive. They offer many add ons to complete their basic grooming and grooming Assistant Denise, gets your pet ready with a shampoo for your pet's needs and combs the knots and snarls out before the transformation starts on Nancy's table. If you have any special instructions, Nancy will accommodate, or offer her expert suggestions. My dogs always look and smell wonderful when I pick them up and they have a bounce in their step knowing that they look so cute and adorable, too. They always end with a cute scarf around their necks or bows on their ears, perfection. There is also a small, cute boutique in the space, too that has everything from cards to clothing. I always leave feeling proud of how great my dogs look with Nancy's expertise. I highly recommend 'Circle of Friends' in the village of Brockport, our happy place.

Excellent customer service. Warm smiles and genuine customer care makes this little shop one of the best I have ever visited. Last visit was a simple nail trimming for my two dogs. I was in and out in no time with pricing better than another shop I used to visit in my region.

When Rocky knows we are going to the groomers, his tail starts wagging and he walks in their door like the happiest dog on the planet, that says it all to me. Nancy and her staff are wonderful and Rocky always gets a small doggie treat when he leaves.

We bring out 7 year old Shih Tzu to Nancy and he loves her! She is very kind and so is her staff. She runs a Pet Boutique next door that is well stocked with cute items at very fair prices.

I was looking forward to my dogs appointment here , I told them to call me ahead and leave a message so I would not forget my appointment. She insisted she did called me and left a message which I didn’t have plus she told me we talked also. I have no record on any incoming calls from them. Very disappointed . The way she responded to me insisting we talked offended me , she was rude and blamed me for her mistake.
