Wow! Exceeded my expectations! Decided to try this bakery after I saw a cake they did for my friend. The cake was not only so beautiful but it tasted amazing ! I ordered a red velvet cake because it’s my husbands favorite . I’m not myself usually a fan of red velvet but I think I could’ve easily eaten the entire cake by myself. It was moist and sweet but not overly sweet. Perfect . I believe it was the owner helping me at the shop and she was very nice as well. Will definitely be back !

Amazing on every level , I can’t rave about this bakery enough . First time using them for my son’s 9th birthday cake . They were quick to respond, gave me a fair quote and believe me I shopped around . Everyone couldn’t get over this masterpiece of a cake and to top ot off, it was beyond delicious. Definitely recommend! Thank you for making my son’s party even better !!

So as you can see the baked goods made it long enough for photos but didn’t last much longer... I absolutely luv this Bakery/Cake shop. The cookies are fantastic, the apple turnovers are scrumptious with great Apple filling. Donuts are fluffy ! Everything is priced well and they greet you with a smile. There’s only 2 good bakeries in Suffolk and this is one , Go - Enjoy!

I had a horrible experience at Dulce De Leche Cake Shop, which I thought would be perfect for my wedding cake. Unfortunately, the baker was extremely rude and spoke to us in a loud and unpleasant manner. She even claimed to be the owner and said she didn't care about our needs or requests. To make matters worse, she took away the sample cakes that my mom and I were still eating. When we tried to discuss the situation calmly, she only escalated the argument and eventually told us to go to a different bakery. All we wanted to do was try more flavors, but instead, we were met with terrible service and disrespect.I prefer to give my money to another bakery that provides everything, especially a high service.Do not go there if you don't want the woman to yell at you for no reason.

I will forever love and appreciate Dulce de Leche Cake Shop and their staff ❤️ The communication between the staff is absolutely amazing and they’re very willing so always listen to any concerns and fulfill your wishes! My nephew was just turning a year old yesterday and the way his smile lit up the room filled my heart full of happiness, he absolutely loved it !! Fun fact: Dulce de Leche Cake Shop made my nephew’s gender reveal party cake… fast forward a year later they once again came through with a beautiful cake for his 1st birthday! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!! Thank you Dulce de Leche Cake Shop 😊

The cake for my daughters family wedding dinner was better than I could have hoped. As requested they decorated it using a dog figurine and fresh flowers and it was beyond perfect. Absolutely recommend this Brightwaters bakery!!

This bakery designed and perfected the cake exactly how I wanted it. This bakery was not my first pick because I had no idea about it until my co-worker recommended me to them!! This was my first time ordering from Dulce de Leche Cake Shop, so I honestly took the risk of not knowing if it was even going to taste good because I just wanted the outside of the cake to look how I imagined it. Thank god that I went with my gut because not only did the cake look great from the out side, it tasted amazing! I got so many compliments at the reception from not only my guests but from the venue’s staff of how beautiful the cake came out! The cake even tastes great 3 days later, refrigerated. The cake was vanilla with Raspberry mousse layered with milk chocolate mousse for 2-tiers and the bottom tier was chocolate ganache and cookies and cream layered. I can not wait to order my son’s first birthday cake from here. Thank you Dolce de Leche Cale Shop!

I was just gonna go to a super market for a super fast cake. I’m then I remembered this place that I always drive past. I decided to give them a shot. Not only was the order process easy, I was able to text them a pic while I was on the phone with them. Not only did it come out nice l, it exceeded my expectations. The people that put one star over taste and cost are clearly idiots. That cake was delicious and it only cost $45. More than reasonable. I will def be coming back as long as the doors are open. I have enclosed a pic. FYI, the Encanto decorations were NOT done by the bakery, that was something we added. We did not inquire whether they had things like that or not. The name plate was something they do tho.

I called the bakery on Friday hoping they could make a cake for my daughter's first birthday for Sunday and I couldn't have been happier! It exactly what I was hoping for for her first birthday cake! Not only was it beautiful but absolutely delicious too!! 1000% getting all of our cakes here from now on and would recommend them to anyone! Staff was super friendly and accommodating with such a last minute decision.

They have the most delicious cakes ever! I have had them at a few parties I’ve attended and I was so excited to order this cake for my sons 4th birthday. It was beautiful, fairly priced and absolutely delicious. Their buttercream is excellent, seriously the best bakery cake I’ve ever had. I won’t go anywhere else for cakes!!! Unheard of service! Came in for a last minute premade cake for my mothers birthday. when I realized they didn’t have anymore dulce de leche premade cakes, Eugenia and her team helped me out and was able to whip out a dulce de leche cake SAME DAY! Came out beautiful! My mother absolutely loved it! The cake was delicious, moist and looked way too nice to cut :( thank you guys for making it possible!!!! Shout out to Eugenia! I wish I could give this bakery a 10 star rating! We ordered a Tiffany style cake for my mother’s 65th birthday. From beginning to end the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, kind, and patient in answering my many questions. Before picking up the cake I was highly pleased with the customer service but my goodness when I saw the cake my jaw dropped. Gorgeous doesn’t begin to describe it. The birthday “girl” was blown away. Everyone that came to the party had to see the cake. Once we absorbed how beautiful the cake was we actually ate it and all I can say is “wow, wow, wow”! This is the perfect bakery. I am so excited I discovered them and will never buy anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing experience from beginning to end!

Dulce De Leche Cake Shop made our wedding cake and we couldn't have been happier. Not only was it GORGEOUS (see photos!!) but it was perfectly moist, fluffy, and delicious. They also didn't charge us an astronomical amount when they heard the word "wedding" like most places tried to do. Very friendly, easygoing staff. Highly highly recommend!

This is by far the BEST and cleanest bakery in NY! I been ordering my daughters birthday cakes from here. They NEVER disappoint!! Great staff too. Amazing little shop! Came here for the first time on Mother’s Day w/ no clue what I wanted. Everything looked tasty and professionally made. The young lady who assisted me was a doll. She made recommendations and was super patient with me as a newcomer.I got chocolate chip cookies (nice and chewy) some croissants, mini cakes and tarts (peanut butter & jam was so die for!!) and everything I sampled was phenomenalI’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I’ve bought their cakes a few times for special occasions because they look really good they don’t taste great but then this year I called to get a graduation cake and they literally tripled their prices which I think is crazy. I understand prices have gone up but this was a ridiculous difference for cake that looks good but doesn’t taste great. And the to have such a price increase in a short time is tacky. SNS

Dulce de Leche is a wonderful bakery.I ordered 2 three tier sweet 16 cakes,Cupcakes, cookies, and other pastries at different times. EVERYTHING was as DELICIOUS as it was BEAUTIFULLY MADE. Went there this morning,I tried their Dulce de Leche cake at a party over the summer it was different from other cakes I have tried!Moist and delicious!I tried their little tarts and pastries and they were great as well!My husband loves the carrot cake.I’m going to get some Empanadas next it’s hard to find good ones.I read they are good.Nice shop and in a cute village.The service was friendly.

We ordered a red velvet with cream cheese icing half sheet cake for a birthday celebration. It was the most delicious, moist , flavorful cake! The decorations were just as we requested...done exquisitely with fresh rose buds and macaroons. The guest of honor and many others were filled with compliments. We shall return!!!
