This corporation needs to hire an adequate number of employees to properly attend to the store. One or 2 employees is not adequate for daily store functions let alone on the delivery day.Greed, corporate greed...I have boycotted all dollar stores until they start to publicly care about their employees...Only hiring part time to avoid providing health insurance (unless your the manager) should be illegal. Having 1 single worker... how to the get their mandatory breaks (required by federal labor laws)? They dont.How does one put away stock in the rear corner of the store and also watch the register? They can't. (It's against company policy to have a bell for customers too!!!).The dollar store industry raked in over 53 billion in revenue in 2022.... (even more in 2023)Why can't they pay a living wage to their over worked employees?Corporate Greed. Exactly like all other corporations who actively mistreat their workers, I won't be back until they show they care more for humans than dollars.One comment 5yrs ago states simply "meets corporate standards" oh really? Does it? Has it ever? How? Exactly how does this customer know that? If they are a member of corporate.... should they be commenting on their own business?

Employees are rude, loud and obnoxious. Went in to get a lead for my dog one night after she broke it. 2 employees were in the animal section, one end completely blocked off. Had to excuse myself to get to the leads. Then let myself out of the blocked off section because they completely ignored me. As I was walking away they started laughing. Very rude. Typical for Bolivar. Very rare to get even a hello at the register. Would not recommend. Would have rather driven an extra 30 minutes to go to the next nearest dollar general store.

This dollar general is absolutely wonderful they may not have everything I'm looking for but the customer service is above and beyond they are just amazing thank you ladies for everything you all are just a breath of fresh air compared to the workers in Wellsville both stores who have workers who just plain refuse to help not all but most of them quick for instance I asked one of the managers if she could help me find something or point me in the right direction and her response was an extremely rude idk followed by some nasty non verbal I asked for help in bolivar and those lovely ladies didnt even skip a beat they didnt stop helping me until I walked out the door and then some thank you both so much

Good store to get a general assortment of things that one would need. They sell clothes, groceries, pet supplies, household items, gardening needs, cleaning supplies, and more.

This store is brand new. It has moved to 120 east ave in wellsboro. Justbup the street from its' original location. Very clean and staff is wonderful.
