Starts with his staff. They are nice and they're empathetic when your animal is not well.Dr.Rosenzweig Is willing to take the time that you need with You bring in one of your babies. I ask a lot of questions And he takes the time to answer them. When I had to suddenly put my dog down he came to my home And help make it less traumatizing for both Lincoln and myself. Compassionate and understanding is what I get from everyone in that office.

I just brought my dog here for the first time today. I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They are very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was nervous leading up to making the appointment, but once I spoke with staff, I felt confident that I made the right choice in a new vet. The Dr is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I trust his expertise. The team there was also very efficient with their COVID protocols and procedures. Everything went very smoothly. Thank you for checking up on my baby and I'm happy she is in good hands!

What a truly lovely and polite staff. I was nearby and had a dog emergency situation. They saw us as quickly as possible, the same day.Dr. Rosenzweig was so thoughtful, kind, caring and walked us through a number of options and gave us great advice.The pricing was pretty reasonable too. Highly recommend.

They have been immeasurably helpful with my recently adopted senior dog Bocce in figuring out some chronic diseases that were undiagnosed at the time of adoption and helping him towards wellness.

When my husband and I adopted a female dog that we brought to Argos since it was literally 2 minutes down the street from us. I have so many things to say but my reviews keep seeming to disappear so, I'll just say this. The vet Ulysses was not at all communicative, told us our dogs double dewclaws on each back foot was most likely due to inbreeding, and when asked his thoughts on DNA tests, he said that knowing the dogs breed didn't matter. Which is weird to hear from a vet whose entire lobby is full of Breed Specific Food. After a visit where we were to get the results for a hookworm test and he told us she tested negative but then when we were at the counter paying to leave and the girl handed us medication for her parasites the vet just told us she tested negative for and then wouldn't let me talk to the vet for one second even though we literally just walked out of the room, we felt pretty sketched out. Another thing that happened during that visit is that when he was clipping her nails he wasn't even looking and missed 2 toes. That was the last time we went there. Ulysses is pretty rude, too. We are now at a vet where the veterinarian immediately said "Oh, she has Great Pyrenees in her! I see those double dewclaws!" He was right! We did a dna test and that is in fact a common thing in Great Pyrenees dogs. It is not due to inbreeding! Our new vet is amazingly smart and kind and great with animals! Also, very communicative. We are so glad we left Argos and went to the Hurley Veterinary Hospital in Hurley. Best decision! Good luck, Be well, and love Doggo's

Our 14 year old Boston Terrier woke up in the morning shivering and unable to stand. We were on vacation and the vet was able to see us quickly. Unfortunately we had to have her put to sleep after trying iv antibiotics and fluid. They were wonderful in treating Melky and our entire family.

Dr Rosenzweig came to our house to put a beloved cat to sleep.He was kind, gentle, respectful...It was the most peaceful passing of an animal that we've ever experienced. We're very grateful to the whole team at Argos for making it possible for our boy to die at home in peace.

Dr.Rosensweig came to my home to put my beloved Ashes to sleep when the time came.That was over a year ago and I have a new cat, Poppy, that I bring there as well as our dogs. All I can say is this is a man who genuinely cares. He loves animals and you can see it in his care. I highly recommend Argos Animal Hospital.
