The French Dip didn’t have hardly any flavor. This was likely due to unseasoned meat as it was very bland. No cheese on the sandwich and the au jus was not au jus at all. Upon politely voicing my opinion of the sandwich, the owner didn’t apologize, offer a partial refund, or provide any reasonable customer service. He made an attempt to defend the quality of the food and continued to ring up the bill at the register. One would think an owner of a diner would want to ensure he is offering a high quality product. A simple google search will show what Au Jus is supposed to look and taste like and a very simple French Dip recipe calls for seasoning the meat. Very disappointing meal today and the lack of customer service/pride in the product from the owner was sad.

The place looked pretty busy on a weekday afternoon, so I figured the food had to be good. And I was correct. I mean, it’s a diner so you cannot expect gourmet food. While you’re there, if you’re in the market for a new to you car, you can take care of that as well. In addition the diner features a small assortment of unique merchandise. And clean bathrooms! What more do you want?

Terrible wait time and terrible service. Stopped with grandkids on our way north. Always been good food and fast service in the past. Not this time! Waited over 45 minutes to get our food. Pancakes for the kids, a burger and a blt. Apparently waitress forgot to put the ticket in? Owner said “sorry. Things happen.” Yeah, we won’t be back!

Went there to have a quick bite to eat, and the staff was amazing atmosphere was great, food was excellent, everything was perfect. Prices were good I would definitely recommend this place! So if you want just a quick bite to eat by yourself or if you want to go out to eat with your family it’s a good place either way great all the way around. They also have some very humorous commercials on the radio! Definitely recommend!!Parking: The parking is free and there’s plenty of parking spaces!Wheelchair accessibility: I didn’t see any, but not sure.

I have been to this place multiple times, and I have been waiting for the right moment to post a review.Honestly, this is place is good and bad. In other words, it is a hit or miss. I have had delicious meals where the food is fresh, perfectly seasoned and coked, and other times where it is not suitable for the palate. My take: they must have different cooks.The manager must check on staff and set standards for whomever is in the kitchen.

So I read previous reviews & based my decision on that. I was ok with the breakfast. It is like your own or home cooking no special added features on your plate just what you ordered. Hubby had the French toast..no powdered sugar😳😫 what's that about? Had no flavor or sweetness. Just 2 slices of bacon, the over easy eggs were pretty. Just a meal guys. Decor definitely needs an Update. Most of the customers are elderly in towners on a 2st name basis. So that said it all. Enjoyed the coffee & was determined to eat what I paid for...It was not much..

The food was delicious, and my server Sara was wonderful! On my way home from a camping trip, I saw a sign on the side of the highway and I'm so glad that I decided to pull over, what a calming pleasant experience, with delicious food. Thanks again Sara and everyone in the back whom I did not see who prepared the food :)Oh also I got the corned beef hash with two eggs and coffee.

Great food and easy to get to from Rt. 17. I had the lamb and beef gyro and it was fantastic: warm, soft and fresh pita and tasty filling. Onions rings are also great.

if i could give this place a 0 i would. the french dip was absolutely disgusting. we asked for cheese after finding out it had no cheese and our waitress gave us 1 slice each. the au jus was more of grease then anything. we used to go here all the time and no problems all the sudden it went completely downhill. when i asked for a cup for the au jus the waitress gave me a dressing cup with lids that did not fit the cup and had a hole, when i asked for the proper lid she goes my bad not even sorry. we told her our concerns and again no sorry just looked at us. the wifi here sucks worse then their food. so i’m gonna take a quick guess that their wifi sucks so you can’t read their reviews and get stuck paying for food that isn’t worth paying for. quick way diner is called that for a reason i guess. a quick way to lose business. i do not recommend going here for a quick bite. at the end of the day gas station food would be a better option.EDIT: as i sit here reading reviews i can see how the owner praises how good their food is and how they survived 36 years there. how about instead of praising it take some advice and voicing opinions from customers who pay to keep you open.

Classic diner. Huge menu. The food was good but nothing to rave about. The burger meat was a little tough and there was a tendon or bone in a burger. Good value. Solid choice for something off the highway. Clean bathrooms. Did I mention the menu is huge?

They are so friendly in this diner. I haven't been there for 30 years and it's still the same... which is a great thing!!!! Or server was awesome, the food great, the place was clean including the bathrooms. My hubby highly recommended the honey dipped chicken and chocolate shakes!

I’m glad my family and I decided to come here.The Hispanic waitress was so nice and attentive.The food was delicious and many options.The restaurant was clean and following COVID rules so we felt safe.The food is not over price so I’m coming back.

There were 5 of us that dined in and not a single person was happy with the food that was served. When asked upon checkout how the food was, I kindly voiced my concern and the owner just sat there defending how great the food was and how my opinion on the quality of food was wrong. He shouldn’t have asked, if my opinion was not going to be considered to better the business and experience for others in the future. I will never return.

My Husband, I and our 2 kids where traveling through and decided to stop here annnnnnd LET ME TELL YOU… BEST SERVICE AND BEST FOOD OF OUR LIVES ❤️❤️❤️❤️ anyone who gets the chance to stop here PLEASE DO! They are super sweet and very on point!!! We will be making this a regular stop on our trips now!!!!!! I'd give it 4 1/2 stars honestly. The food was good, but I felt it could have used just a little more flavor, but that is just a palate opinion of my own. The service though, that was top tier! I honestly have not received customer service this good in a VERY LONG time!!! Smiley souls literally teach a course on how to perform customer service in the restaurant industry! Great job!
