Walgreens gave me a wrong prescription and when I returned it they did correct it but reversed the charge. I paid $450 for the prescription which met my insurance deductible. When trying to fill another prescription they tell me my deductible is not met. They never refunded me the $450 and won't fill my new prescription for the normal copay. They want me to pay an additional $438. So sorry I chose to change to this prescription plan.

I have been a CVS customer for years, when we lived in Queens, and for the last 3 years in Levittown. We used the CVS in Levittown, and left them for some reason, and went to Levittown in Hicksville. Hated it from day one. We were too lazy to switch. Something happened recently that made us wanting to never go back to CVS. We transferred all of our prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. Extremely happy with the customer service in the pharmacy. I started complimenting the staff to someone who I thought was the manager, ended up she was a pharmacist. But all of her coworkers heard me, everyone of them smiled and appreciated my warm thoughts. My next receipt I will scan the QR code and give a good review there also.Keep up the good work.

I placed an online order for some freeze product on 3/22 for pickup and by the time I reached home I could smell the items in the bag did not smell so good. The products expired from Mar 7thDisgusting 🤢

I had a customer trying to pick up a FedEx package and they were very combative and rude throughout the experience. I would highly suggest choosing a different FedEx location for this

If I could give this PHARMACY ZERO stars I would. They apparently feel like calling people everyday, but when going to get the prescription its not filled. Pharmacist is a joke and had no care that I have been told for 2 weeks that my prescription was ready to come in and SHOCKER its not, but it will be ready tomorrow only to find out ITS NOT. How much longer until this PHARMACY kills someone with its negligence? If it wasnt for the fact that my insurance is making me use them I wouldn't be.

I will never shop in that store again…they sell fake visa vanilla gift cards …I purchased a $100 one and the recipient told me she tried to use it twice and it didn’t work…vanilla customer service is a joke because u can’t speak to a human…they tell u gift card number is invalid and hang up…Walgreens could care less…they show me printout that card was activated and that’s it …no refunds on gift cards …nice racket they have …tried to fight it with my bank and they said Walgreens showed purchase was valid ….are u kidding ????

This Walgreens behaves in a highly dangerous manner for a company that is supposed to be providing medication for people who are ill. Walgreens decided that they were not going to call me to tell me how much my prescription costs because THEY felt it was too much money. They did not tell me about a savings plan for the manufacturer, and they did not tell me about good RX. They simply did nothing they did not call my doctor to coordinate a different medication and they did not call me to inform me of the cost. I work in healthcare and know of those resources and sought them out myself. My copay went from $3000 to 0. This should have been the job of the pharmacy to inform of savings plans. Rather, they decided to do nothing. The lack of effort and caring about the job that they're doing is obvious, and something needs to be done to educate their staff on what their job actually is. I will no longer be using a pharmacy where the pharmacists truly don't care about the patients they are serving. Corporate will be notified of the highly dangerous, lazy way their pharmacies are being operated.

Terrible place to fill your prescriptions. It always takes hours to get something filled or simply refilled. The pharmacist is rude and nasty. I guess they don’t teach kindness in all their years in school. There is a way to speak to people even if you are “very busy”. Quite possibly starting off with an apology for the delay rather than getting an attitude might keep customers happy.I’ve been in that line of work and I know what’s involved, I get it. But telling someone that you’re prescription is only going to take longer by keeping her on the phone is just plain unprofessional.

The pharmacist Renee was the most caring and compassionate person I have encountered in a long time. I was going through a rough time because my mom died.I needed a refill on a prescription medication and she made sure she moved heaven and earth to get it done. I was undergoing a lot of anxiety because I ran out of my medication and she went above and beyond to help me.Caring people like this are hard to find in today's society. Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciate her so much. I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves.

Pharmacy line is always very long. It should be for medication only pickup OR, staff more people at the pharmacy so the line moves faster. Pharmacy could be moved to the center of the store so you have "eyes' on the entrance for theft concerns, etc.

AVOID.Looking for a new pharmacy as of now. Have stuck with this one despite numerous issues for a few years. Every time I pick up my own medication I have to ask for my address to be updated, despite the address being over 6 years old. The last few times I've picked up medication for my husband they said our insurance didn't cover it, only to see that they were looking at the wrong insurance. I know it is not the doctors providing them the incorrect addresses and insurance because they never had the previous ones.I don't know if it is their system that is the problem, or the pharmacy staff. It is unfortunate because this store is right on the way home from work.

I am so mad at this store. I ran in yesterday for a quick purchase and I get on a long front register to pay. As I am standing there trying to keep distance from people who are top of each and people hacking up a lung, an employee walks over and says anyone not buying a home Covid kit can come to this other register!!!! How do you have me around sick people and why why would you make your main registers for this! If I get sick Walgreens it’s on your carelessness!!! Your manager owes all of us an apology for putting those of us running in to pick up something at risk. I live with my 80 year old mother who is an asthmatic. So thanks a bunch !!!!

Went in for a scheduled booster vaccination for a 3:00 appointment. Several people in front of me had been waiting for almost an hour for the same type of vaccination with no one in sight to either check in or give the vaccination. Waited at the window for a while. No one came and I left. I will never go back to any Walgreens ever again. Most are poorly run but this one is at the bottom of the food chain.

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to thus far. Always a wait on the phone. Pharmacy is never on point. Even today, a total of 30 minutes on hold for 10 minutes each of my 3 calls to the pharmacy. Maybe not enough staff, management to blame, who knows.

After moving back to Levittown our family has been using WG Bethpage for about 6 months and although there are usually lines at the Pharmacy pickup, the staff moves it along fairly quick and have always been helpful and efficient. I like the pharmacy’s hours and this WG is open 24/7.

Got my Covid-19 Booster shot here.Very helpful and courteous staff.They were quick to direct me to the correct vaccine site and even did a fast check in and within a few minutes I was done with my vaccinations.Great service even though they are a very busy place.Overall very happy with the pharmacy services here.

I visited Walgreens very early in the morning cuz I don't get off of work until midnight so there was no one else in the store besides the cashier. It was great for what I went for. Had no problem finding items. Store was clean and had hand sanitizer readily available for customers.

Drove 20 minutes to this Walgreens desperate to get medication for my 4 year old who is so congested he is vomiting. Forgot ID. They would not sell me the medication nor would they allow another person to buy it for me. The level of both Incompetence and lack of compassion is mind blowing.Pathetic.

Arrived on time to get a Covid-19 vaccine and they said I was too early. Waited half an hour just to realize they had forgotten about me. There was no one on the line at the time I arrived. Horrible experience and staffs were not competent at all.

As of 3/25. Apparently someone drove through their front door this morning. They're repairing the door and letting people in through a side entrance. Only 10 customers in the store at a time. There was a line. The employee outside was helpful in explaining the chaos....

Hands down the worst pharmacy; you could call five days in advance during the slowest season and your prescription will still not be ready when you get there. Really can’t figure it out but without fail every single time.

I wish I could give a zero to this place it is absolutely horrible. Every other time that I'm here they're out of stock of the prescription that my physician sends in. my five-year-old daughter needs her medicine what the hell am I supposed to do? They don't even have the courtesy to give me a phone call to let me know that I'm out of stock and if another site has it. Is pharmacy is completely unprofessional and useless

Walgreens management is letting people walk in with no masks on at the Bethpage location. This happened on 2 different occasions these people walked right by management and they said nothing to these people or asked them to leave. This isnt a safe place to shop.

I have insurance they try not to use it and charge as if I don't have it. This happens all the time everytime I go I get different price takes forever to get prescription filled no one in store takes 45 min..

This is my favorite Walgreens! The staff are always so friendly and attentive of your needs! There is almost never a line since they are quick with checking people out!
