If I could give 0 stars I would. This continues to be the worst CVS in the area. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and discriminatory with off handed remarks and comments. I’ve bought 2 400 gift cards from this location that happen to be fraudulent and was told to keep calling numbers because it might take you a while to get to the right person. It is by far the worst customer service. I asked 3 different people where to locate an item and was told 3 different aisles. Everytime I walk in here, I’m more upset when I walk out. I literally left my items behind because I just couldn’t deal. Please get better people who work here because I rather drive farther to another pharmacy.

Bought 2 fraudulent gift cards at this location. When I called to let them know they had fraudulent gift cards on their shelves, the manager told me “we have no control over that” and told me to call corporate. Great customer service!

Gaby behind the counter is extremely rude. She is constantly pressuring people to move from the regular line to self checkout (even if they are carrying 30 plus items). I’ve seen her do this several times and most of the time, people object and it causes a disagreement. Strange behavior and not sure why she continues to do it.

The pharmacy was great - the person who helped me made sure I got the available discount when he rung me up and the pharmacist came from behind the counter to help me find the best OTC cold meds for my mom that wouldn’t interact with her current meds. Overall, really happy to have people there who genuinely care about helping.

I always have such a great experience in CVS in Bethpage. The front end staff, especially Gabby, always great me with a friendly smile and welcome, they are there to help me find anything I need, and quick to help with my check out, and finding my coupons!The Pharmacy staff is also great. The Pharmacist Paul, is incredibly helpful, he reviews the medications withMe and always double checks allergic issues for me. He makes me feel safe and secure about any medications I’m prescribed. He has often looked up info about over the counter items forMe as well.No matter which part of CVS I am needing, often both, I am greeted so friendly, and helped quickly and easily with anything I need.Great Crew!

Just went to the pharmacy today. The lady in front of us was trying to get information about her passport. It was apparent that she was new to the country. When she answered a question about her birthday, she put the day in front of the month (26/3/xxxx). Instead of brushing off this inconsequential error, the pharmacist at the registrar rudely replied, “In America we say the month first, get used to it”. It was very appalling to us that a customer would be treated this way. When we went up we were met with curt replies and questions about what we previously said (despite saying everything correctly). She stopped once we gave her a stare that signaled that he were annoyed. Overall, it was very unprofessional behavior from the staff that definitely rubbed us the wrong way.

My daughter was reluctant to get the vaccine. It took 3 dedicated, nurturing, heart-warming employees to help my wife succeed. They remained calm and positive during this stressful time. The pharmacists and employees made my wife and I want to travel a little further to visit this particular CVS.

Went to pharmacy to pick up medicine I was told we are closed I asked if I could get it I have to go to work the girl said we are 3 minutes into our lunch come back at 2 did they ever they ever think of window is still open you should be able to get your medication if you get out 10 minutes late that’s when your lunch starts.

Closed for lunch 1pm-2pm but when the automated system called to advise prescriptions were ready there was no mention of the pharmacy being closed for lunch. So now we sit and wait for 2 o'clock. Communication is key.

Long lines, poorly managed. The pharmacy can't keep a pharmacist, the staff are overwhelmed and confusion is the norm. It takes them so long to find prescriptions never without a hitch. If you call the pharmacy , pack a lunch you will be on the phone a long time.It's obvious that this particular store has no full time manager. They seem content to let the place continue on the spiraling road to closure.

Recently had to purchase something at CVS in 308 Broadway @ Bethpage. We had had a bad experience earlier and had almost given up on CVS after being long-time customers.Fortunately, few days ago we encountered an employee by the name of Kim at the Bethpage Store(308 Broadway @ Bethpage).She was most helpful, informed and courteous and has renewed our respect for CVS.

My wife gets the same prescriptions every month. The dr calls it in and it takes them over a week to fill the prescriptions. We called the pharmacist and asked if they could check nearby pharmacies to see if another store could fill the prescription and they told us to call the stores ourself. They have terrible customer service.

I went to look for Covid test kits , met Kim and Gabriela at the front registers, it was a pleasure dealing with them , they were very helpful and pleasant . Will go there again .. Thankyou guys it was a very good experience. Excellent customer service .
