This Bay Shore store offers a variety of items 99 cents and up. Staff at the register was on the phone and unattentive to customer not paying attention to purchases items on the counter, not paying attention to customer and later had a attitude towards customer. So we left everything on the counter without purchasing anything.

I got my wallet stolen november 5 and the person purchased something with my card at this store and i’ve been goong everyday to the store trying to get incontact with the manager but i still cant.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Worst 99 you could go to, nothing is actually a dollar. Staff is super rude could careless about your concerns.

I was there this Saturday 1/16 was charged $9.99 for a case of 40 bottles of water. This place rips people off, dont shop there. They take advantage of people. How can they get away charging that much for water? Don't keep giving your money to a place like this. Give it to other local businesses that treat people with respect and appreciation.

This is generally a great store to shop at. On the other hand they seem to like closing up the store before the posted times. I was there one Thursdays night at 8pm and the gentleman came to the door and said sorry we are closed. I took my phone out of my pocket and looked at the time and showed him it was now 8:01pm and he just proceeded to yell at me thru the door were closed were closed Which seemed very unprofessional to me As the sign on the door clearly stated closes at 8:30 PMPLEASE UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS CLOSING TIMES ON GOOGLE AND DOOR SIGN TO WHEN THE DOOR IS LOCKED FOR OUR COMMUNITY. THANK YOU!!!!

Friday Nov.12 6:22pm. I went in to purchase telephone wire and it was stacked high on the wall. I asked for assistance and the lady at the front handed me a pole to help myself.I got the product made a quick return to the register. The cashier took the item and with a weird look, she spoke in Spanish asking the lady about the price which was clearly on the front. $1.29 she looks at me like I did something wrong. She backs up and tries to peel the pricee of but,, my eyes were on her. This was an attempt to change the price. I was disgusted with this type of service.

This place is horrible. My wife bought a balloon for 1.99 and it flew away once she walked outside. The staff saw this happen then my wife asked for another willing to pay for it on her debit or credit card but they made her spend another 10 dollars to purchase it.l. Because you need to purchase 10 dollars worth on a debit or credit card. She was furious and so was I. This is not our first time having a bad experience at this store.

Clerk 1 gave me the wrong receipt. I bought 5 items for $1.49 each. She handed me a receipt for 3 items @.99 I think the “& up” is for some people who they see fit to overcharge. The woman also pawned off a George Washington dollar coin when the woman before me paid with singles.

We only voice customers' experiences. We received complaints about the older woman who in charge of the store. Sadly she has been described by some customers as being miserable and having an attitude and being extremely rude with sone customers. Some Muslims customer complain about being offended by her playing her Christian music, while she can be nosy, nasty, and gossiping behind customers' backs as they leave the store. We hope the owner pays attention to this and do something about the situation that this woman creates and is making customers go somewhere else.
